First off, I'll say that this is a review on their products that they sell and their customer…read moreservice. My former facial spa place closed down and had no where to purchase my Lira Clinical products. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. I decided to give them a try so I made my first order to curb side pick-up. I had no issues at all with this order. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics. Due to the last phone interaction with who ever that staff member was, I decided not to schedule any type of facial procedure here, now that my schedule finally opened up some. It's a shame since I was looking forward to trying them out. I'm sure they do excellent work.

I came in for a consultation hoping to get some guidance, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. The owner was not friendly -- in fact, she was noticeably rude and dismissive during our entire conversation. Instead of listening to what I wanted, she constantly talked over me and acted as if I should already understand everything about hair color like a professional stylist. I showed her my inspiration photo on my phone, and instead of politely asking to take a closer look, she snatched it right out of my hand and walked away without a word to view it under different lighting. I found that completely disrespectful. Needless to say, I chose not to book an appointment. The energy was unwelcoming, the attitude was unnecessary, and the entire experience was a major red flag. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were a small group of 7 woman in our late 30's to our early 60's, and I believe we all left this experience with the intent to come back again for a sister night, and possibly a sleepover. Asleigh, the owner of this new shop, really cultivated a cozy space where you can come in and loosen up. Her assistant (and sister, by the way) was there to help keep the party going. We arrived at 12:30, and I can just say...the time flew by....if we didn't have dinner reservations in Napa, we probably could have sat over the steamer enjoying our lavender soaks with rose petals all evening long. Especially when the bubbly was free flowing, and refills happened easily on request. I'm not an expect on the health benefits this seems to have on your vulva, but I can say it was like an intimate spa date aimed at giving your Yoni some special attention. In my mind, I imagine coming in yearly for your birthday, or even as a cleanse to your sexual being after a bad break up. There was an element of ritual and manifestation to the whole process that created the same dopamine release you get after a facial or a massage. And more than anything, I really love when I get to support budding, black businesses that are sex positive and really encourage women to embrace the power of their vulvas! I will definitely be back for a Yoni Steam at Bare Fruit. Thank you, Asleigh and Tinka.
