First off, I'll say that this is a review on their products that they sell and their customer service. My former facial spa place closed down and had no where to purchase my Lira Clinical products. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. I decided to give them a try so I made my first order to curb side pick-up. I had no issues at all with this order. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics. Due to the last phone interaction with who ever that staff member was, I decided not to schedule any type of facial procedure here, now that my schedule finally opened up some. It's a shame since I was looking forward to trying them out. I'm sure they do excellent work. read more

Lisa Messina is truly exceptional. I've had Botox and injections all over the world--from Europe to Thailand, and with some of the best doctors in San Francisco--and I can confidently say she is one of the best injectors I've ever had. Not only are her injections smooth, precise, and easy, but her communication is outstanding. She genuinely listens, takes her time, and chats with you in a way that makes you feel completely comfortable and understood. I never once felt pressured to do anything I didn't need. In fact, she reassured me that if we needed a little more, I could always come back--something I really appreciate and trust. The facility is a bit of a hidden gem in Vallejo--clean, welcoming, and well cared for. All of the ladies there are fabulous and make the experience even better. First time here, so far so good. Glad to have a medspa in my neighborhood. I will update since they recommended a low dose. [Update] 2 weeks out. They decided to put approximately half the botox i was receiving at another spa over the past several years. I explained i have a trip coming but agreed to come back in if it wasn't enough. It wasn't. Today she gave me 6 more (still far less than usual) at my expense and when I told her I'd rather get the effective dose than continue to come back in, she said come back in 2 weeks. Again. My last spa adjusted my dose at their own expense. I never came back twice. Kinda disappointed that ill be going on my trip, probably with ineffective botox despite going in twice. This was my go to place for fillers and Botox...for several years, only because it was local and seemed very professional. The very first time, I was disappointed with the results but since it was my first experience, I really didn't know what to expect. The girl that worked on me seemed annoyed that I called back after a couple of days and asked about my results. So I let it go. I had several more treatments by the same gal and I must say I had decent results but the they were so painful, made me cry every time. The final treatment I used a different person and once again I was not happy with the results of a specific area I asked for her to concentrate on. I called a couple days later. They were so offended that I was not satisfied after spending $1200 for the visit they even reminded me that I had been unsatisfied 3 years earlier... Really? I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it unless I wanted to spend more money. They made me feel as if I was being unreasonable. I said that's okay I'll find someone else and today I did. I found Benicia medical aesthetics. Janeeh was extremely professional, she made me feel far more comfortable asking questions and made recommendations for treatment that were never mentioned previously. Many salons advertise all sorts of other services and I was afraid that they would be disappointed that all I wanted was a facial. I made a good choice with Infinity Aesthetics. While they offer a wide range of services they were quite ok with me wanting just a facial. It was a great facial. I believe the aesthetician was Amy. I was so pleased and relaxed when I left. I went here for a Hydrafacial treatment last month, and I wanted to share my overall experience and give this place a review. Brief background - I casually indulge in getting my skin pampered once in awhile, but definitely not as much as my schedule allows me to do so. I travel for work and I'm simply basing this review against my past experience with other places like La Costa Spa Resort in San Diego, Silverado Spa in Napa, Nuansa in NY, and Eilan Spa in San Antonio. BOOKING PROCESS - 5 Stars Both Karen and Layla were a pleasure to work with, and they made the booking process quick and easy. They accommodated my schedule and worked with me to get the date and the time that I wanted. Awesome! FACILITY - 5 Stars It's not as big as the Spa places above that I'm comparing this place to, but, it's got a very charming elegant vibe to it. I definitely felt relaxed and comfortable during my visit, and it felt more organic and personal than the other bigger places that I've been to. Definitely a gem of a find in Vallejo. TREATMENT - 5 Stars Lori Ann went over the treatment with me explaining the full process, and how this treatment benefits my skin type. She also explained what to expect from this Hydrafacial treatment overall. She was fantastic from beginning to the end, and I have to add that this woman screams passion when it comes to her work! She gave me great advice and even followed-up with me post treatment to make sure that I was doing well. Never had that happen with the big ones I tell ya! I highly recommend trying Lori Ann if she's available. Kudos Lori Ann!! OVERALL - 5 Stars If you're in the area or live in the Bay, this place is definitely worth checking out and worth the drive. If your travels lead you to the Bay Area for a visit, make this one of your stops,,, you can't go wrong getting a treatment here. Idk about this place. I've been twice so far for Botox based on one of my employees recommendation. Once in October with Dr Messina and yesterday with with another Dr. and the experiences couldn't be more opposite. The first visit I arrived I called from the parking lot as requested and was told someone would be out to get me. I was picked up and taken to the exam room and Dr Messina was right in. She explained everything as it was my first time getting Botox , got to work injecting 21units and I was in and out in 15 mins. Minimal pain, no bruising. The second visit I called as requested and no one answered. I was still just on hold waiting for someone to answer when the front desk attendant just appeared beside my vehicle to take me in. While inside I waited and waited past my time where I was entertained by the conversations thru the door. The irony of hearing someone complaining about their time being wasted by online consultations while my time was being wasted was not lost on me. Once the dr finally arrived it was just awkward. She wasn't sure what we were doing as my file from the prior visit had gone missing? She figured it out and asked if I wanted to go over pricing or just do it. I told her I didn't need to know, just do it. She then tried to go over the pricing again and I told her to just go ahead, I don't care. She seemed incredulous and asked me if I had a problem. We decided there wasn't a problem and she went ahead with the injections. Not minimal pain as before. I never received a billing statement to my email as stated and thought the flat charge of 400$ to my card seemed unlikely based on unit pricing and requested a bill. 32 units in the same area that took 21 a few months ago? And the final charge to my card changed to 416$ (32x13) after I requested a copy of billing. Like I said, completely opposite experiences each time. First one great, second low key fishy. read more

This is a hidden gem in Vallejo. We love Melissa, the RN. We had benefited from her expert care before and loved finding her here. The receptionist was so polite and so helpful. Getting an appointment was easy and hassle free. The Dr came in and talked with us, and we were taken great care of, better than a spa in San Francisco. They actually spent time with you.
