Haley was exceptional. #1 She listens to you, and empathizes with the patients need and concern. #2 she is skilled and aware of blood vessels, draws back properly on there syringe to determine she is not in a vessel. The place is suuuuper cute and the staff is ADORABLE. Their email and voicemail return is perfection!! Now my experience: I lost 15 lbs on HCG with Elan. 7 in the first 3 days. They do paired with a slim shot and b12 and appetite suppressants etc. This location offers HCG injections and orally with no b12,slim, or appetite suppressants. I choose injections. After 12 days, I only lost 1 pound. The doctor was very fast as responding to my emails, and phone calls. After 15 days, she suggest I come in and go over my eating journal and give me 23 complementary injections so I can not waste my money. My 23 days we up on 12/31. On 12/29 I called again, and spoke with the Doctor. She did not offer any complementary 23 days of ANYTHING. Stated that I should take a break for a few months etc. So I lost 5 pounds!! I'm 141 now. My goal weight was 130. Now I will be going back to Elan for $250 more Because it's clearly worth it. read more

I am a very happy lady. Yesterday was my third time to Infinity. My first was last June to get Botox, and fillers for a July wedding. I hadn't realized til then that I developed such a deep frown line between my brows that people started asking were I got the scar. Fixed that right up. I had gotten lip fillers, and parentheses fillers as well. Loved them. I am coming up on my 50th birthday, and just want to look fresh again. I had gotten so many compliments last year. I love everything about infinity Wellness! The front desk receptionists were kind and so welcoming.. I brought my daughter in for laser hair removal. My daughter was nervous since she's on the younger side but Haley made her feel so comfortable and relaxed, and so it was a very positive experience for her. The numbing cream was a life saver. Getting injectables (in the face!) is a very scary process. What if I don't like it? What if something goes wrong? Meeting Melissa (RN) all fears will be washed away. She is very warm and VERY personable, and has many, many years experience in the aesthetic industry, which I feel is key to good results. More important than experience, Melissa has a real eye for what looks natural and beautiful. She has a real passion for what she does and seems to get personal joy from helping people look their absolute best. Melissa is the best. I had filler put in to the deep creases on the sides of my nose and what are called marrionette lines that go from the corners of my mouth to the chin. She knew exactly how to inject the product for maximum results of the filling. When I saw myself in the mirror, I felt I had an instant facelift. BUYER BEWARE! I am sorry to have to write a negative review of Infinity Wellness Center, because I have always liked Dr. Messina. She was my family doctor for years before she opened the Center. She did two laser treatments on my face about six weeks apart in order to get rid of blemishes, freckles and age spots. I had to postpone the recommended third treatment for six months because of an injury. However, when I was ready to return, I was having doubts about whether the previous treatments had worked. Also, I was concerned about tiny discolorations that had appeared just under the surface of my skin all over the areas that were treated. I thought it would be good to have Dr. Messina take a look before I had another treatment, so I scheduled an appointment with her. Then, a day before the appointment, Cheryl called me from Infinity Wellness. I'm not exactly sure who she is. The receptionist called her the "bookkeeper", but she referred to herself as the "manager". She was insistent that my only option was to schedule an appointment with the nurse to do the third laser treatment. Her manner was very brusque. I lost patience with her and told her that I did not want to pay for another treatment if the treatments were not working. She responded that, "the laser treatment doesn't work for some people". That was a surprise! Dr. Messina had not told me that was a possibility. If she had, I would not have undergone the treatments. At that point Cheryl booted me from the practice. Since then, I have been calling her, because I wanted to understand what happened in that phone call. I wanted to hear her experience of our conversation, and to take responsibility if I contributed to the communication not working. I sent a letter to Dr. Messina so that she would be aware of the problem, and, over the last six and a half weeks, I have called 12 times and left seven messages for Cheryl asking her to call me. I finally took time off from work to go to the Center to try to talk with her. I called in advance to make sure she would be there. However, when I arrived the receptionist told me that Cheryl had left early and was gone for the day. In fact, it appears that she was at the Center, but was avoiding me, because I found a message from her when I returned to my office. According to the time stamp and caller ID, she phoned me from "Infinity Wellness" shortly after I was there. Her message informed me that they are "discharging me from the practice". It was obvious from her message that she had misunderstood why I was trying to get in touch with her. The next day I tried again to see her, but the Center was closed. That afternoon I received a stunning message from the Vallejo Police to inform me that Cheryl had filed a report, making the outrageous claim that I had been threatening or abusive at the Center. What!!! I have been a yoga teacher and counselor for 40 years. I don't do threats or abuse! I had a polite exchange with the receptionist that probably lasted three minutes. There is something weird and toxic going on at Infinity Wellness. I have written a letter to Dr. Messina describing my experience. She has not contacted me. Much as I liked Dr. Messina, I would recommend avoiding this place. read more
