Not only are her injections smooth, precise, and easy, but her communication is outstanding. In fact, she reassured me that if we needed a little more, I could always come back--something I really appreciate and trust. The facility is a bit of a hidden gem in Vallejo--clean, welcoming, and well cared for. All of the ladies there are fabulous and make the experience even better. Highly recommend Lisa Messina if you're looking for someone skilled, honest, and incredibly talented. Five stars all the way.

First off, I'll say that this is a review on their products that they sell and their customer…read moreservice. My former facial spa place closed down and had no where to purchase my Lira Clinical products. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. I decided to give them a try so I made my first order to curb side pick-up. I had no issues at all with this order. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics. Due to the last phone interaction with who ever that staff member was, I decided not to schedule any type of facial procedure here, now that my schedule finally opened up some. It's a shame since I was looking forward to trying them out. I'm sure they do excellent work.

As a point of clarification, you are required to complete an extensive questionnaire after making your reservation, as such the reservation information including payment should be link to said document. I responded to said email with the type of card but was not comfortable listing my CC number. I received a subsequent email canceling my reservation without any reason as to why. I responded to said email beseeching her to reconsider as this was for a celebration and we were all looking forward to the experience. My email went without response. I made one last effort calling and leaving a message and again no response was received. I came in for a consultation hoping to get some guidance, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. The owner was not friendly -- in fact, she was noticeably rude and dismissive during our entire conversation. Instead of listening to what I wanted, she constantly talked over me and acted as if I should already understand everything about hair color like a professional stylist. I showed her my inspiration photo on my phone, and instead of politely asking to take a closer look, she snatched it right out of my hand and walked away without a word to view it under different lighting. I found that completely disrespectful. Needless to say, I chose not to book an appointment. The energy was unwelcoming, the attitude was unnecessary, and the entire experience was a major red flag. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They discussed the quantity of product, the areas, how one area treated would affect the others not being treated and vice versa. Only after a detailed plan and agreement between the two, the product was finally applied. I felt so special and secure about my decision to go to their clinic. They also insisted that I return in 2 weeks to make sure I got the best results possible. They also advised me about what and when to expect results. I was happy with the results almost immediately. Within 72 hrs, I was completely thrilled.
