I purchased a package of three Potenza RF Microneedling treatments for full face/neck. My first treatment was fine, but my second treatment was completely different. I experienced severe pain during the procedure and facial pain, irritation, and numbness afterward. My concern was not just that the treatment was uncomfortable, but that the appointment felt rushed and that the numbing/procedure process was not handled with the level of care I expected for an invasive RF microneedling treatment. What upset me even more was the difference between the sales process and the complaint process. During the sales process, the communication felt warm, reassuring, and focused on getting me to purchase a package. But once I reported a serious concern, the tone felt completely different. Getting a meaningful response became extremely difficult. They would forward you from one to another, but never solve your problem. I asked for a refund for the remaining treatment because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I also asked for documentation of the treatment timeline, including when numbing started and when the procedure began. Instead, I was offered a very small cash refund. Later, I was told all sales were final and that discomfort can vary from treatment to treatment. That may be their position, but as a customer, I do not think it is reasonable to sell expensive treatment packages with a very reassuring attitude and then refuse meaningful accountability when a service experience goes badly. Store credit is not a real resolution when the issue is that I no longer trust the business to perform the remaining treatment safely and professionally. Their prices may look more attractive than some dermatologist or medical offices, but after this experience, I would strongly caution people to think carefully. If you are considering treatment here, I would recommend asking detailed questions in person before buying a package, getting the refund/cancellation policy in writing, and making sure you feel comfortable with the actual clinic staff and provider -- not just the sales conversation. The real test of a business is not how they treat you when they are selling you a package. It is how they treat you when you report a serious concern. The experience felt more like a high-pressure, package-selling environment than a professional medical-aesthetic service. They were very reassuring during the sales process, but once I reported a serious concern, the response felt completely different.In my case, I felt dismissed, delayed, and left without a fair resolution. I also personally would not recommend Potenza based on my experience. After two treatments, I did not see the tightening or improvement I expected; instead, my skin felt looser to me. I understand that results vary, and I am not saying everyone will have the same outcome, but I have had many aesthetic treatments before and this is not one I would choose again. I would caution people not to choose Potenza or other heat-based tightening treatments simply because they appear cheaper than options such as Ultherapy. On top of that, the treatment wasn't done evenly across my face--just a few quick stamps in limited areas. Overall, this did not feel like a proper microneedling session. I would not recommend this place for microneedling, as it seemed like a lack of proper technique and knowledge. It felt like a waste of money.

Office was comfortable and clean and Covid safe. Jennifer went over the procedure very thoroughly and signed one document. She began with a facial to cleanse my face and then started the procedure. It felt like electricity tingle at first but you use the very cold roller to sort of numb your face. There is no pain & complete procedure took about 20 minutes. My treatment left my skin feeling so clean and bright and sun spots seemed lighter. I have two more sessions which I will do two weeks apart and I'm very excited to see the overall results.
