After payment, I was informed that they would not treat the inside portion of her lower arm because they determined there was not enough hair growth in that area. Since part of the area I paid for would not be treated, I asked if they could instead include the small 1-2 inch area of hair on her hand that is directly adjacent to the treatment area. My request was denied because hands are considered a separate treatment area with a separate fee. While the staff was polite, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility, especially since I only requested treatment of a very small area in place of an area that would not be treated. I believe customers should be clearly informed of these limitations before purchasing a package so they can make a fully informed decision. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to some of the negative reviews before purchasing. I assumed that because the business is located in a professional, upscale area, I would receive transparent and customer-focused service. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it.
