I have been thinking about getting my eyebrows microbladed for a very long time. After a lot of research, I came across Shelby's page on Instagram. I have friends that had their eyebrows microbladed by Shelby and love them, so I made my appointment with her. Shelby was very welcoming, kind and listened to what I wanted. She pointed out my structure and what to expect. She drew on the brows first and was very patient with me as we made changes until I was happy. Shelby went over everything step by step and stopped in the middle so I could see before continuing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and made me feel very comfortable. It was a long indecisive road to finally choose a professional to do my brows but it paid off when I found Shelby. I originally asked about microblading but due to my skin type (oily)- I was told my skin may not hold onto the color. We decided to do powder brows for the majority and fine microblading strokes at the beginning of the brow. Following her at home instructions- they healed beautifully. The microblading strokes did not stay, which didn't bother me since we had discussed that possibility. At the 8 week touch up appointment she went over that area to create a full powder brow. They are perfect! I had asked for a more curved arch that followed my natural brow line- and that's what I got! I really enjoyed spending time with her, she is friendly, sweet and easy to talk to.
