I was in the area for work and was in need of some relaxation. Like many I am desk bound for work. Lately, very much. My lower back and legs were in pain and I felt like I needed to be rolled with a rolling pin. I contacted Sarah here through Yelp and she replied very fast. Loved every minute of it, Sarah knows her muscle groups. The table was warm, comfortable and the head rest just right. I'm 5'11". I walked out feeling taller and my back relaxed, but with none of that residual pain from having everything worked out. Literally like new with a bounce in my step! I'll be back when ever I'm in the area! read more

I can't say enough great things about Sarah and her practice. My wife and I have been seeing her for our massage therapy needs for a couple years now and we have always left feeling refreshed and renewed. She listens to your needs and tackles your areas of tension with care. Seeing Maisey (her pup) and her sweet smile at each visit is also a huge perk. Today, my Nana was treated to a 60 minute Muscle Balm relaxation Swedish massage with Sarah. This was a surprise birthday gift to her. I live in Vacaville, my Nana lives in Rocklin. I found Soul Retreat on Yelp, and ultimately decided to book with her based on the amazing reviews from other yelpers. Thank you so much. This was my Nanas first ever massage, and when she came out of that room, she had a smile on her face from ear to ear. She said she felt so relaxed and rejuvenated, and that she felt like a brand new woman. She loved it so much, that she can't wait to see Sarah again. The location is a private office upstairs, and the address is different than the one initially listed on the yelp page. Cute and clean space.. Booking was simple and easy. Sarah was a pleasure to meet and professional. I would highly recommend Sarah at Soul Retreat Thank you so much for your service. read more

Often times you stumble across something you were not expecting. I had been working tons of hours and was exhausted. My shoulders and back were really tight so decided it was time for a massage. I found Sarah and Soul Retreat using Yelp. She was wonderful. Asked me what I was looking for in a massage, where my problem areas were and did a very thorough evaluation before we even headed into the massage area. I only asked for a 60 minute session which was a good start for me. I walked out of the massage light as a feather. Great massage and excellent attention to detail on my back. I highly recommend Sarah and now get 90 minute sessions. She is the best. read more
