Pros;walked in and was able to get my massage right away. Facility is clean and well cared for. Cons; 60 minute body massage consisted of only using her arm. There was no use of fingers at all. While it was relaxing I left with the same tension in my neck and back as when I went in. I'm not sure she was an actual massage therapist. It was very weird. Typical foot spa. Only thing is this place did not soak your feet (like all the others i've been to) while they did your head and upper body. That was kind of a bummer. They also had a large screen television (sound off) but the flickering light from the television did not make for an uninterrupted calming atmosphere. Came here on Good Friday around three-ish after my nail appointment in Arden. I had the day off so I took advantage of it to get all of my beauty needs done. They have the Foot Reflexology for 25/hour that includes the entire body. My masseuse started off with my forehead, temples, and head. Very relaxing when you're tense and experiencing minor headaches. Worked through my shoulders and my shoulder blades. While all of this is happening, you're soaking your feet in warm water. She then did some arm work before spending quite some time on my feet and calves. After that she had me turn over to work more on my back. Great pressure which helped release a lot of tension. So glad to say it was more than just foot work!!! Next time I'll be back here for a 45/hour for the Swedish Massage to get more focus on my back. I have crazy knots in my neck, shoulders, and shoulder blades. Overall, great visit. I'll take my boyfriend here. Advice: Wear comfy gym clothes. It's an open massage area with many tables so you don't need to strip down. Also don't wear make-up (My eyebrows came off!). Stay hydrated through the week before and after the massage to keep your muscles hydrated. It helps maximize the effects of the massage! read more

The staff are friendly and are very good at what they do. I've gotten an hour massage (30 minute foot, 30 minute whole body) and I wish I extended it. Last time I went I just did a foot massage for an hour and that was still very relaxing. I thought the foot massage was only focused on the legs and feet but neck and shoulders were included so that was a pleasant surprise! Tips are MANDATORY or they will chase you to your car. Had a great massage from a female masseuse. When it's time to pay I hand $100 to the male employee at the front desk. I told him to return $50. He must have not understood English, but hands my change and I throw it into my purse without counting. As I walked to my car, the male employee runs out yelling "tip tip, no tip". Confused, I replied "no I tipped, you returned $50". He then stands on the drivers side of my car and makes me count the change. He returned $60 not $50, so I hand him the tip and he scurries back inside. To be that desperate and intimidating for a tip is disturbing. And in the event, I did not want to tip, who runs after a customer for a tip? I paid for the services in full. Again, the massage was great, the tip antics disgusting! read more

Massage was really nice and very relaxing. Every part of the massage was relaxing. The lady that gave me my massage worked on my feet A LOT. Every toe was carefully massaged....I think I even dozed off during the massage. Great massage! The only reason I gave the review a 4 star was due to the noise in the room. It's one big room, but there was A LOT of walking around by employees and you can just hear the flip flops non-stop making it hard to try and relax. I tried not to think about it then all of the sudden I hear a toilet flush. I think if they put some doors to that room it would help with the noise reduction. The place looks nice (For a Chinese foot spa). It's very dark but calming inside. Had a little bit of a weird smell. I got a male masseuse and he was TERRIBLE. My massage started about 5 minutes after my sisters and ended about 5 minutes earlier. He rushed the whole massage in a brisk almost angry manner. It was rather unsettling. When he got to the back part all I got was painful elbowing. He did not use his hands at all. I got elbowed for 15 min. My sister had a female masseuse and loved her. Well, I have to say this was totally disappointing. I had come here a few times in the past and always had great massages. I came in for a foot reflexology massage, the lady got done with my head, neck, and arms, than moved to the left leg.....boom...then the massage stopped. Looked up to find the woman gone and the owner rushing over to finish the other leg. I was stunned as I was told they were short handed, and the lady that was giving me the massage had another appt, so the owner was finishing my massage. I got upset and told him that it was not professional to have someone start a Session and someone else take over. If he was shorthanded, he could have told me when I walked in and I would have waited. I could not relax after that, so I had him end the massage about 10 minutes early. He did not charge me, kept apologizing, and explaining they were short handed. The reason I am writing this review is it is important to always speak up for yourself, always. Used to come here regularly. They switched to small towels to cover the eye instead of throwaway material they used to use. I found out that they do not wash their towels in between uses. Therefore, the towel under you and over ur eye has been on multiple people before you that day. Next time I decided to get a full body massage because I thought that they would at least provide clean towels for that... but when I examined the towel it was filled with hair and small blood stains. I've had to wait 5-10 minutes for the water to cool at that other place (sad day spa). The masseuse I received was nothing short of amazing!! She literally put me to sleep on a couple of those nice long sessions on each foot...omg, it was that good. I'm so serious, it was great!! Rather then going on and on, let me just say...if your looking for an option to the (sad day spa) then I would highly recommend this place! Oh, remember I had mentioned that I only paid $20 for my 60 minute message. Well, I bought a 10 massage package for $170 which drops each 60 minute session down to $17, very nice! The female massage therapist seemed to know English and first asked if I would like to have medium massage, but since I like firm/deep tissue massage I told her I would like firm. Been coming here for years, I tried the new Ginger Foot Scrub Massage they have advertised. The new owners are offering some new promotions... Normally a foot massage is $25, but for an extra $10 you can upgrade. I was excited to try this new massage, but was soon disappointed.. My expectation of a foot scrub massage, was an actual foot scrub massage.. The only difference was they added some ginger liquid to the water that my feet soaked in.. Not worth $10 in my opinion.. Upon checkout my masseuse processed my payment, and upon leaving the owner came out to my car and told me his masseuse charged me for the wrong massage, and asked that I pay the difference..
