Coco really did dig into my back and the long muscles of my thighs, legs, arms and forearms. She can sense of areas of tightness, approaches those muscles / joints with gentleness and then ramps up the intensity on repetition #3 and #4.. That's the talent of a good observant masseuse. The $95 for 90 minutes is a good value, you'll not find a more economical high quality massage in Roseville. Proprietor prefers cash. But credit card is accepted for a $2 up charge. (Oh don't crinkle you nose! You can't even buy a big Snickers bar at the gas station mini-mart for $2). This is the 5th place I've had a massage in Roseville over that past 11 months. This place is clean and the gal working the front desk was nice. We got a couples massage and they took us back to a room with two tables head to head. The two gals came in and asked if we wanted medium pressure or hard. We both picked medium as we had never been there before. The first 20 mins was all "massaging" with the sheet still on. Felt like I might get sheet burns. Once they switched to actual contact, the elbows in my spine was almost unbearable but I thought maybe I had some knots and would feel better after. Writing this review today, my upper back is in so much pain, and not a good sore pain from a deep tissue, actual pain from the elbows. I'm pretty convinced that these employees are not licensed in massages. Will definitely go back to my regular spa experience massages, this was not it. read more

I like this place a lot. For the price it is very good; however, unless some things change soon, I don't know if I'll be coming back. First, the over the sheet portion of their massage lasts wayyyy too long. It really needs to be cut short, as it is a pain point in most reviews. Also, the last three times I've purchased a $65 full body massage for 60 min. I don't have a disposable income and I drive a lot for work, so the fact that I'm able to get a massage at this price point is a blessing; however, after every single massage they tell me that I need to get a 90 min massage, that 60 min is too short and they try to persuade me to pay more. My last time there, the massage therapist didn't tell me to turn over onto my back until the 50 min mark, and then she blamed the short massage on my lack of paying for the 90 min instead of splitting the 60min time 30 minutes on stomach/30 minutes on back. It was really disappointing, since I'm still spending my hard earned money and tipping well. I will say this business is extremely kind and accommodating, but would benefit from listening to their customers. read more

Was disappointed with the booking process. Scheduled a party of 4 two weeks in advance for 4 at 10am on Sunday. Received confirmation emails after booking. On Friday, I received a call asking if I wanted male or female therapist. I was then informed that they only had 3 therapist available and they wanted to bump one to 11am. Explained that it wouldn't work as it was a group and we had lunch reservations afterwards. Had I known from the time of booking that they did not have the correct amount of staff to complete the reservations I would not have booked. Telling me on Friday about a change for Sunday gave me ABSOLUTELY NO TIME to make reservations somewhere else. When I tried to speak with the worker as the other 3 in the party went in for their massage on Sunday, I was unable to voice my frustration about their booking process because the lady did not speak English and was trying to talk with me through the use of her phone. The party said the massage was good. I literally sat in my car for the hour as others completed their massage and no accommodation for scheduling error was ever offered. I will not be back. I was disappointed but at least the others were able to relax and get what they deemed a "good full body" massage. read more

Oh how I wanted to love this place! It's so clean and the staff is so kind. However they spoke zero English so you have to use google translate to speak with them which wasn't a big deal except they kept stopping to talk through the phone (yet didn't accommodate by adding time). Oh and she had her cell phone next to my head and it literally buzzed at least every couple minutes (not exaggerating)! They stopped about 10 minutes early actually plus the time translating so we probably were shorted 20-25 mins. I believe there was still a language barrier because they still didn't follow directions. I asked for a back walk which I didn't receive unfortunately. The touch was too light for my liking. (I asked for more but again language barrier I believe.) My husband said his was ok at best. The worst part was how long the rubbed "massaged" us with the blanket/sheet on. My husband finally asked us the entire time (2 hours) was going to be with it. I actually got sheet burn on my back and shoulders from it. We don't mind a quick stretch with the sheet but it was over 30 mins at that point and hurting our skin. Just for reference.. We get massages weekly and sometimes multiple times a week. I'm a cancer survivor and treatment caused a lot of body aches so they're needed. read more

They purchased the combo massage which included 30 minutes feet and 30 minutes full body. She didn't even touch my feet. The therapist I had seemed tired and inexperienced. She was ok. As I am reading the comments I noticed a lady named coco is frequently mentioned and I was not planning on coming back but maybe I will give her a try. The first 20 min of my massage I was being what felt more like squeezed with the sheets over me. This was my first massage so I did not know what to expect. She didn't massage me skin to skin until I asked her if she would use some oil. The message felt rushed and had no passion whatsoever considering the fact that some parts of my body were massaged improperly and un proportionally. There was a couple times that the massage hurt even after I told her to be gentle. My upper back currently hurts now. I booked a combination massage expecting to get my feet rubbed which was very disappointing considering I work on my feet all day the massage my pedicure lady gives me is much better than I got here which I was expecting the opposite. I feel bad because the lady was so nice but I did not have a great massage, she left the room twice during my massage. I wondered many times if she was even licensed. The last ten minutes I was asked to turn over that was definitely not enough time to massage the front of my body. I tried there hot stones which was complimentary but they were nowhere near hot. There was a couple times her elbow dug into my body like she was using it for support onto my spine and butt on different occasions.
