I went to this massage shop with my girlfriend. We got one hour massage in the couples room and it was 10 out of 10! Price was reasonable...we will return to this place again. I highly recommend it! read more

I had a sore lower back and leg muscle when I went to Hi Massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and staff very friendly. The therapist took the time to focus on the areas where I was sore. I left feeling relaxed and completely refreshed. I was well taken care of by professional hands. If you are looking for a place for a great massage. Hi Massage is the place to go. read more

Other Yelpers mention Coco the therapist for her greatness. Yep, I agree! Just had my 1st massage here. Was positively impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The place is rather small and humble. Spotlessly clean. Smells good. The 90 minute massage was as I specified. Hard pressure (I've had 100's of massages of many different methods all over the world) so I can handle the expected pain. Coco really did dig into my back and the long muscles of my thighs, legs, arms and forearms. She can sense of areas of tightness, approaches those muscles / joints with gentleness and then ramps up the intensity on repetition #3 and #4.. That's the talent of a good observant masseuse. The $95 for 90 minutes is a good value, you'll not find a more economical high quality massage in Roseville. Proprietor prefers cash. But credit card is accepted for a $2 up charge. (Oh don't crinkle you nose! You can't even buy a big Snickers bar at the gas station mini-mart for $2). This is the 5th place I've had a massage in Roseville over that past 11 months. Probably my favorite. I plan to return. read more

I think I've found my second home. BWE and I came in for a couples massage. These past few months have been stressful for us and we needed some "ahhhhhhh time". We tried another place and it was awful. I found this place on Yelp (Yelp is the BEST!) and thought we'd give it a try. I made a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate us. Usually massage places need a couple of days notice for a couples massage but Relax & Prosper was ready for us. We got the 90 minute couples massage and it was phenomenal! Our two massage therapists were outstanding. They would ask us if the pressure was okay, ensuring that we were comfortable. We walked away happy and relaxed. We'll be back read more

This place is clean and the gal working the front desk was nice. We got a couples massage and they took us back to a room with two tables head to head. The two gals came in and asked if we wanted medium pressure or hard. We both picked medium as we had never been there before. The first 20 mins was all "massaging" with the sheet still on. Felt like I might get sheet burns. Once they switched to actual contact, the elbows in my spine was almost unbearable but I thought maybe I had some knots and would feel better after. Writing this review today, my upper back is in so much pain, and not a good sore pain from a deep tissue, actual pain from the elbows. I'm pretty convinced that these employees are not licensed in massages. Will definitely go back to my regular spa experience massages, this was not it. read more

Worst place ever. Do not come here. They basically just rubbed lotion in my neck and would not recommend this business. Very shady place too. They wanted me to pay in advance and tip before my service. The worker at the front desk was not helpful and stuck me in a room where I waited like 30 minutes before anyone walked in. I had to basically ask her if anyone was going to come in. read more

I've been coming here for about 3 months after being referred by a friend and it's been an amazing experience. The facility is nice, very clean, and the staff are always friendly. I've had a few different massage therapists, but my favorites would have to be Coco and Jenny. The hot rocks at the end are my favorite and I would highly recommend it. Pricing is unbeatable and without having to compromise an excellent massage. read more

I visited a few weeks back & will definitely be returning! One of the best massages I have ever had. Customer service is amazing & I appreciate that there was no talking during my massage time so that I could peacefully enjoy it. The place is clean inside and out, they allow you time to wake up and change after the massage. No rush. You're also able to pay via Venmo which is convenient! read more

My husband I came here for a couples massage last month. I can't say enough good things about the massages. They were firm but not painful. The place was super clean. Angela and Cici couldn't have been nicer, more polite and professional. We are going back - today! read more

I like this place a lot. For the price it is very good; however, unless some things change soon, I don't know if I'll be coming back. First, the over the sheet portion of their massage lasts wayyyy too long. It really needs to be cut short, as it is a pain point in most reviews. Also, the last three times I've purchased a $65 full body massage for 60 min. I don't have a disposable income and I drive a lot for work, so the fact that I'm able to get a massage at this price point is a blessing; however, after every single massage they tell me that I need to get a 90 min massage, that 60 min is too short and they try to persuade me to pay more. My last time there, the massage therapist didn't tell me to turn over onto my back until the 50 min mark, and then she blamed the short massage on my lack of paying for the 90 min instead of splitting the 60min time 30 minutes on stomach/30 minutes on back. It was really disappointing, since I'm still spending my hard earned money and tipping well. I will say this business is extremely kind and accommodating, but would benefit from listening to their customers. read more

Coco is the best! Her deep tissue massage is very thorough and her technique is great.

Was disappointed with the booking process. Scheduled a party of 4 two weeks in advance for 4 at 10am on Sunday. Received confirmation emails after booking. On Friday, I received a call asking if I wanted male or female therapist. I was then informed that they only had 3 therapist available and they wanted to bump one to 11am. Explained that it wouldn't work as it was a group and we had lunch reservations afterwards. Had I known from the time of booking that they did not have the correct amount of staff to complete the reservations I would not have booked. Telling me on Friday about a change for Sunday gave me ABSOLUTELY NO TIME to make reservations somewhere else. When I tried to speak with the worker as the other 3 in the party went in for their massage on Sunday, I was unable to voice my frustration about their booking process because the lady did not speak English and was trying to talk with me through the use of her phone. The party said the massage was good. I literally sat in my car for the hour as others completed their massage and no accommodation for scheduling error was ever offered. I will not be back. I was disappointed but at least the others were able to relax and get what they deemed a "good full body" massage. read more

It was ok. My wife and kids purchased this for me for my birthday and I was excited to go because of the reviews. They purchased the combo massage which included 30 minutes feet and 30 minutes full body. She didn't even touch my feet. The therapist I had seemed tired and inexperienced. She was ok. The kicker for me was when I went to leave she demanded a tip. I have never had a massage at a parlor before so this threw me off, especially as I only went in with a gift card. I think I would go back but I definitely have reservations. read more

Hi Massage - Re done Interior. - Massage Therapy Near Me - Roseville, California

Oh how I wanted to love this place! It's so clean and the staff is so kind. However they spoke zero English so you have to use google translate to speak with them which wasn't a big deal except they kept stopping to talk through the phone (yet didn't accommodate by adding time). Oh and she had her cell phone next to my head and it literally buzzed at least every couple minutes (not exaggerating)! They stopped about 10 minutes early actually plus the time translating so we probably were shorted 20-25 mins. I believe there was still a language barrier because they still didn't follow directions. I asked for a back walk which I didn't receive unfortunately. The touch was too light for my liking. (I asked for more but again language barrier I believe.) My husband said his was ok at best. The worst part was how long the rubbed "massaged" us with the blanket/sheet on. My husband finally asked us the entire time (2 hours) was going to be with it. I actually got sheet burn on my back and shoulders from it. We don't mind a quick stretch with the sheet but it was over 30 mins at that point and hurting our skin. Just for reference.. We get massages weekly and sometimes multiple times a week. I'm a cancer survivor and treatment caused a lot of body aches so they're needed. read more

My husband and I went in today for a couple's Swedish massage... it was a great experience! The massages were "spot on" lol... both masseuses gave attention to the areas of our backs that needed the most work. We liked that they asked us what we wanted worked on most, and they kept asking if the pressure was okay. They were most willing to adjust to what we wanted. We left feeling very relaxed! Besides this, the rooms, entry way, and bathroom was clean; the workers were friendly and hospitable. We would definitely return! read more

Since my favorite masseuse left my last massage spot I've been looking everywhere for a new spot. Today I had a massage from Chanel and it was the best ever. Oh man I'm so happy. She worked out all the knots in my back and it was very relaxing. Will be returning for sure. read more

This was my first time at the place. My masseuse was Tina and she did a very nice job. Great legit massage I highly recommend a trip here.

Everyone was very friendly, I won $10 off my next massage from a raffle they have at the front desk which was really sweet. As I am reading the comments I noticed a lady named coco is frequently mentioned and I was not planning on coming back but maybe I will give her a try. The first 20 min of my massage I was being what felt more like squeezed with the sheets over me. This was my first massage so I did not know what to expect. She didn't massage me skin to skin until I asked her if she would use some oil. The message felt rushed and had no passion whatsoever considering the fact that some parts of my body were massaged improperly and un proportionally. There was a couple times that the massage hurt even after I told her to be gentle. My upper back currently hurts now. I booked a combination massage expecting to get my feet rubbed which was very disappointing considering I work on my feet all day the massage my pedicure lady gives me is much better than I got here which I was expecting the opposite. I feel bad because the lady was so nice but I did not have a great massage, she left the room twice during my massage. I wondered many times if she was even licensed. The last ten minutes I was asked to turn over that was definitely not enough time to massage the front of my body. I tried there hot stones which was complimentary but they were nowhere near hot. There was a couple times her elbow dug into my body like she was using it for support onto my spine and butt on different occasions. There was so much unnecessary pressure when I should have been rubbed/massaged. read more

As a person that suffers from lower back pain due to a car accident, this place is a godsend. Yesterday afternoon was my second visit and I was not disappointed with the results.
