I recently had a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) session with Lynn. It was absolutely amazing! She is such a knowledgeable and skilled professional. She knew exactly what questions I needed her to answer before I even asked. This was so important to keeping me out of my analytical brain and present for the experience I was having. I will absolutely be referring people to her. I can't even properly express how impressed I am with her! She is truly a powerful healer. read more

To this day, I will fly to California from New York just to see Lynn. She has been a huge factor in my healing and growth. I will forever be grateful for her healing touch and words of affirmation and the direction these take me in. read more

Lynn Blos is a gifted healer who helped me understand where I am in the present and through her Reiki technique was able to begin the process of getting me properly planted, so I can let in the light and love that I am going to need to face some challenges coming my way. Today in her beautiful, calm and serene setting here in Auburn my journey began. I knew little, if anything about Reiki - and have embraced it wholeheartedly. Go - learn and embrace - Lynn is the best, definitely a healer. We are blessed that she has expanded her practice to the greater Auburn area. read more

I highly recommend Lynn for energy healing and balancing of the Chakras. She is a pioneer in understanding the power of energy within each of us and how it relates to our overall well-being and alignment with one's soul-driven purpose in this lifetime. I have also attended several workshops to further understand the power of universal laws of light and vibrational frequencies. Her classes create awareness and provide you with tools and modalities to use every day. Resulting in better alignment with one's higher self, vision and being able to move through each day with ease and less stress/resistance. An investment in yourself, that you will not regret, but allow yourself to thrive! read more

Lynn was spot on, compassionate, kind and VERY helpful in guiding me to my next soul's experience. If you feel your energy is stuck, stagnant and you are feeling low energy, Lynn will shift the energy to a higher frequency that is palpable!!! read more

I've been going to Healed By The Light for a while now for healing. Lynn is a true Healer and offers a safe space. I wish there was more stars I can give Lynn! At the beginning of October I felt drained, exhausted, anxious and totally burnt out. Then God sent Lynn my way! She introduced me to meditation and easy ways to incorporate it into my daily routine, I had a few Reiki sessions with her - and now at the beginning of November I feel I can take on the world! I have energy, enthusiasm and I feel calm and in control! Thank you Lynn for guiding me on this journey - you truly are my angel! read more

I went in for a reiki session for the first time and didn't know what to expect. It was an honor to meet Lynn. She has great, calming energy and took the time to understand what I was looking for as well as explaining how the session worked. After the session, she explained what she was told to tell me and I have kept up with the simple routine. During and right after the session, I did notice some slight changes. But as the weeks have passed, I am beginning to notice shifts in myself that are major and have changed my way of thinking. It's as though my higher self will not allow me to blame myself for everything negative as I did previously. I am glad that I was brought to Lynn. She is a wonderful person who cares for others and wants to heal them. Thank you Lynn! read more

I first heard about Reiki during my undergraduate studies (Holistic Health Class) but never tried it nor have I ever met a Reiki Master, until my best friend and wife, Miss, introduced me to Lynn. I have to admit, when I first met her casually, I felt it strongly that I was intuitively drawn by her energy. So I made my first Reiki Session with her. You see, I was desperate to heal my back injury (two bulging discs) that persisted for over 7 months. Despite various noninvasive interventions, my low back pain and bilateral legs tingling would not go away. I cannot explain into words, but somehow during my sessions with Lynn, I felt my back healing. I am "TRULY" a testament of her healing abilities because I have returned to my active and outdoor lifestyle: running 4-5 miles, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking. Plus, my best friend and wife, Miss, noticed that I stopped nagging about my back pain. Thank you Reiki Master Lynn. read more

I've been going to Lynn for a couple years. In fact it was my first introduction to Reiki when I was in the area for a work event, and searched for nearby massage/bodywork/healing to help alleviate my physical pain and stress. She appeared near the top of the list and had a handful of quality reviews, so I decided to schedule with Lynn and give the Reiki modality a try. It was perfect serendipity and the best decision ever. I felt all my physical (and surprisingly, even emotional) pain and tension melt away in a matter of minutes. It was like I had just shed a year's worth of heavy stress, and I even felt more clear-headed and peaceful for two weeks following the session. It was like my body continued to heal and release deadweight on its own. I highly recommend Lynn, as she's easy to talk to and really knows what she's doing. Thanks Lynn for your helpful and healing Reiki sessions!!! read more

I wish I could give Lynn 6 stars!! I've been going to Lynn for reiki for over a year now and I love it. Every time I go see her, it's like getting my energy bucket replenished back to full. Just recently Lynn walked me through my past life regression through hypnotherapy where I saw and experienced who I was in my past life. I must say, after that experience, I've gained some understanding and clarity as to why some things are the way they are in this lifetime and what my purpose in this lifetime is. I highly recommend Lynn for any kind of energy work, healing, or if you want clarity or guidance in life. Lynn has never led me wrong and I've made some major life choices based on our readings. I am in such a better place today than I was a year ago when I first started seeing Lynn. read more

If you are looking for transformative healing support in the Bay Area, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Lynn! I've experienced Lynn's array of transformative healing offerings for over five years now from experiencing reiki and pranic sessions to her beautiful retreats, and immersing myself in healing studies through her angelic reiki training course and classes. I am moved and inspired by her dedication and commitment in service of healing that she does with great joy, love, and enthusiasm. A couple weeks ago, I had a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session and received awe-inspiring insights and clarity for my journey into a new season and chapter of life from being guided by Lynn into a deeply relaxed state where answers from the subconscious within myself were revealed through questions that Lynn asks and loving holds space for. I felt deeply relaxed throughout the session with Lynn's gentle healing presence and felt waves of energetic healing occurring during the experience and left with a feeling of wholeness, feeling complete and guided going forward. It was a life changing experience that I will treasure for a long time. A healing experience with Lynn is a gift that will keep on giving, especially with taking time to integrate the experience, implementing what you have learned, and wholeheartedly making a commitment to living your best life and fully living out your purpose with love and compassion. Lynn is a very special person. I was told I HAD to meet her and I went in just curious about what would happen. Nothing particular was going on that i needed help, but I went. It was absolutely life changing for me. I was expecting a little relaxation, but it started me off on a magical spiritual journey that I am still enjoying over a year later. Lynn is now my teacher and friend and I value her immensely. I purchased a gift card for my husband who IS NOT into energy work at all. After seeing Lynn, he has made a 180 shift in his thought process, spirituality and in his career. Thank you so much, Lynn! Love you! read more

I've known Lynn for several years now, with experience receiving reiki, taking her courses, and just today, having her walk me through a past life regression. I stand by my words from my previous review. Lynn has a gift in guiding and assisting you to achieve healing and greater alignment your life, if you are open to it. I've experienced major shifts since I first met her, and I feel I've accelerated into a higher path, now living my best life so far. My past life regression today provided me with crystal clear clarity on what is significant on my journey for this lifetime. I felt comfortable and peaceful following my session. Our true wisdom truly resides within each one of us, and Lynn is a true guide who brings light to that. read more

Lynn's Visioning Workshop was a fun and creative experience that left me energized and inspired. It's clear that she loves doing this work and has a great personality for it. She began by explaining how the Law of Attraction works and how it can be used to attract what you desire into your life. She used examples from her clients and her own life to illustrate the power of setting your intentions on what you want and deflecting that which you don't want. She provided handouts and all the tools to make a vision board unique to your own aspirations. We ended the session with a short group meditation to practice the visualization technique she taught. My vision board hangs in my home office where I can see it daily. It reminds me of what I'm striving for and what matters most in my life. It's effective at keeping me focused and positive, which impacts my present experience as much as my future. read more

Wow. This was my first experience with Reiki, and I would recommend it to anyone who is experiencing a "block" in their life, or who wants to create new possibilities for themselves in any area - relationships, wealth, career, health, mental peace. It's a completely EYE OPENING and TRANSFORMATIONAL experience that anyone can benefit a LOT from!! Lynn is a gifted and delightfully exuberant practitioner. She is easy to talk to, and immediately made me feel informed, at ease, and in a space that was all about nurturing myself. She revealed to me (after our session) the energies that she noticed in my body, and her observations were in complete alignment with physical experiences I had been having for months. She was able to give me valuable tips and guidance to help me stay on my path, and in a space of peace and confidence. A wonderful experience, and an incredible gift to give yourself or someone you deeply care about :) read more

I went to see Lynn without any expectation and had the best session with her that day. Ever since then I became a regular client and decided to take her Angelic Reiki classes. Lynn's classes are very well structured and fun. The whole room just lights up when she speaks. I love how she always shares things in such a positive perspective and never judges people. I've learned how to self heal, listen to my intuition and let go of things that no longer serve me. I believe I found my purpose here and feel truly blessed that I had the chance to meet all the amazing people at the workshops and be part of the Angelic Reiki family. Lynn is a nice person. She is attentive to your needs and explains her services before it is performed. I am not sure what I am looking for in a Reiki healer, but it has been a pleasant experience. I have been going through a rough, personal time lately, and was so blessed to find Lynn. We spoke over the phone and she helped me figure out what type of appointment would suit my needs. We ended up doing a reiki session with an angel card reading after. I can honestly say that by the time I left, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders and there was an obvious shift in my energy. I had literally been stuck in bed for over a month before my session. Lynn was so amazing at explaining things and gave me the clarity I so desperately needed. I have been going to Lynn for 2.5 years now, ever since I was diagnosed with cancer. Through it all she has been warm, compassionate, fun and funny. But mostly she has got me calm when I am anxious or angry, rejuvenated me when I have felt exhausted, and inspired me when I've been down. I have done reiki sessions with her, attended her retreats and classes, done hypnotherapy and Quantum Healing Hypnosis (which wasn't nearly as scary as it sounds!) I would heartily recommend Lynn. She can turn your life around, support you through a crisis, and simply help you with day-to-day stresses that can become overwhelming when they are not attended to. read more

I came to Lynn for my first ever Reiki session soon after the death of my eldest son. At the end of that session I walked out with a huge feeling of relief and a load of grief GONE. I was a skeptic but no more as I now have personal proof of just how powerful Reiki is in the hands of someone like Lynn. I was so impressed with how I felt after just one session, I took Reiki, Level I and II classes from Lynn so I could help myself and my family. Lynn has helped me open up to my intuitive side; something I've always had but did not completely trust. I've sent several people to Lynn when they were facing very challenging circumstances, and they've told me how very grateful they are that I recommended her.
