What an amazing experience! I visited Rae for a session with the Hocatt Ozone machine and I was not disappointed! First she ran a biofeedback / energetic diagnostic test and gave me so much insight about the current working of my physical body. Then I sat in the Ozone machine for about 30 minutes while she kept me company and shared great conversation. Finally she put me on her bio-mat with vibrations, heat, crystals and meditation on headphones. It was blissful! I will be back and continue to utilize her services.. Great experience today with Desiree. My mom and I had the Ionic Foot Bath (Detox/Cleansing). According to Internal Wisdom this technology uses alternating negative and positive ion technology to remove waste byproducts through the feet. This system has been reported to alleviate pain, stiffness, congestion, and headaches and improve sleep and mental clarity. My end results revealed very low sodium levels in my body but also possible lymphatic issues; just things to be aware of. Internal Wisdom offers a variety of services including but not limited to coaching, stress relief, body work, colon hydrotherapy, energy work, detox, cleanse and more. The facility is beautiful, very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and calming to the soul. Friendly, personable, welcoming staff members whose goal is your good health. The detox foot bath was a seated process with an electronic probe attached to my wrist at the pulse point, my feet soaking in a tub of clear water, with a device in the water. What an relaxing experience. Water started out clear, was a rusty color by the end. The outcome was different for my mom and I but the experience good. I'll be anxious to see how well I sleep tonight. I participated in Somatic Breath Workshop at this location in early May 2022. That facilitator was Troy Fontana of Primitive Connection from Reno Nevada. That was an amazing experience at Internal Wisdom with some of the staff members, where I initially met Desiree and the shop's owner Rachael. I've always wanted to try an ionic foot bath. I made an appointment with Internal Wisdom. The session didn't take long. There was a bin of warm water, the ionic tool, a little sea salt. I watched the water turn from clear to dark brown in less than 1/2 hour. During the session, I read the chart that interpreted the colors. I was amazed at the toxicity. The amazing result was the soreness I had been feeling was gone. Sort of like you took an Epson salt bath. After the bath, I received a foot massage with my choice of essential oil. I chose peppermint. The whole experience was so healing and energizing. The plus were the staff. All were genuinely happy to be in a place of healing and betterment. Rachael is a wealth of knowledge. What a great experience. I have a horrible gut. I'm so optimistic working with Rachael.

I see many others have had a good experience with Rachel, but that was not my experience. My daughter has booked me an appointment for Hugo treatment as I have a very recent cancer diagnosis and only just had surgery last week. I am immunocompromised and asked Rachel if she could wear a mask. As someone who works with cancer patients I thought this would be a best practice to keep people safe, but she stated she did not have any and when I offered her a new one she said she does not like to breathe her own air. She then said she would wear one temporaryily and while her word were fine, her tone, body language, and energy were very passive aggressive and clearly annoyed. She also said she is a clean person, but unfortunately colds, viruses, and infections can be transmitted through the air as well as on surfaces and even with an air filter. I felt very unfortunate with her attitude and as someone dealing with a lot of trauma and anxiety right now, it was the last thing I needed. We mutually decided she would not be a good fit to provide care. On top of all of this I rang the door bell three times and was left standing out in the heat. After a while I knocked on the door and she finally answered with no apology for leaving us standing outside in the heat. I was really hoping for a positive appointment this morning to help me on my journey, but that just was not the case. If you are immunocompromised just be cautious with this provider. For everyone else she seems to be great. read more

For my birthday I treated myself to the introductory offer. I started with the infrared sauna, then the music vibration chair which was so relaxing I didn't wanna get up. Ended with the ionic foot bath, I've always wanted to try it, it was a very interesting experience I'm still a little skeptical but it was def worth the try. I have to share the great experience I had with Rachael at Internal Wisdom this week. I was fortunate enough to experience the HOCATT infrared ozone sauna. I've suffered with back pain and sciatica for years. I also have Achilles tendonotis , knee pain, elbow pain and a very stressful job. Much of my pain is due to my love of pickleball. Learning about my bodies energy focus was fascinating. I felt really good after the session but what I really noticed was how great I felt when I got out of bed. I wasn't walking like an elderly person. I felt great. Five days later I'm still having no pain. If I hadn't experienced it first hand I wouldn't have believed it.
