I was never an official patient of Julie's, but she provided a lot of reassurance, resources, and care to me over text and voicemail. I reached out to Julie while pregnant, and even though she mostly specializes in PT postpartum, she recommended some exercises to help with my hip strength. She also took the time to explain some pregnancy body changes 101 to me. Postpartum, I also reached out right in the middle of covid19. She explained her in depth cleaning practices and spacing between clients, all of which sounded very thorough. I happened to reach out relatively early in my postpartum journey, so she directed me to some of her YouTube videos for pelvic floor but also encouraged me to check in again later if I wanted to seek care.
