If you are looking to book these services on a monthly basis they offer a monthly membership. The memberships will save you quite a bit of money over time. Memberships require a 1-year commitment and will roll over for three months after the membership expires. The perks of the membership: 10% off services and products. Priority booking for appointments and classes. I have found the ladies who work up front to be very pleasant and helpful. There are several different massage therapists to choose from. The ones I have used have been very professional and friendly. The biggest negative I have found can be scheduling. After booking certain dates/times, I have received call backs having to reschedule due to overbooking. This happened a handful of times which became a little frustrating. The owner is very kind. The masseuses are wonderful! The office manager, however, is NOT kind or professional. Should you choose to sign up for the monthly plan, and wish to cancel so you can continue to pay as you go.....the office manager will not allow it without being confrontational. First she wouldn't return my phone calls. Then she finally spoke to me via phone and was extremely rude. She ultimately told me "OBVIOUSLY you didn't read the contract!" (Which I absolutely had, and was aware I would not only lose my discounted rate, but pay back the discount for prior massages). I then went into the office to cancel the membership, so again, I could just pay per future massage. The office manager slammed her office door in my face while growling at me! As I approached the front desk and asked for a printout of my records.....the office manager flung her office door open and charged out! She then told me I was "obviously not a 'fit' for her establishment!" ALL BECAUSE I WOULD RATHER PAY PER VISIT DUE TO HAVING TOO MANY PREPAID MASSAGES STACKING UP AND NOT BEING ABLE IN RECENT MONTHS TO USE THEM YET! I've gotten massages for years. I always enjoy them and they always feel good but I've never experienced any sort of benefit from. Then I started seeing Sarah at Natural Path - she is like a magician or wizard or something like that!! She had been absolutely amazing in helping my migraines and ailments. She understands the body, how it work, and obviously loves her job and helping people feel better. Now when I see her, I'll mention what is sore but tell her just to do her thing. Then i moved 7 months into the contract and called to cancel. Not only did they cancel my membership early they credited me the remaining amount to use as massage and other treatments. As time went on and I got comfortable with the place, I found out how unorganized with booking appointments they are. They made errors on my 90 min appointments made in advance finding out on the day of treatment that they booked me for 60 min. This happened a few times. Natural Path Wellness Center is an amazing therapeutic center. My wife bought me a gift certificate hoping that massage would help with the chronic pain in my neck. Before massage I tried months of chiropractor treatments and have gotten a cortisone injection as well nerve ablation. All these provided temporary relief but pain always returned in a day or two. Since I have been receiving massage therapy at Natural Path Wellness Center I am so much better. The pain and tightness has improved far beyond my expectations. I've been consistently going in once a month and have remained near pain free since. I highly recommend Jen and Sarah. They are absolutely miracle healers! read more

I bought a 1 year membership for massages in late 2019. When Covid hit the owner said we did not need to come in monthly for massages if we were not comfortable. We would still be charged the monthly fee, but we were free to use the credit whenever we wanted after we felt comfortable going back. I started using my credit in 2022. I was due 2 more massages (a $110 value). I made an appointment on 7/31/23 and I was called and told my membership expired in 2021 and I could no longer use the credit I had already paid for. I obviously had a problem with this so they had the owner call me. Apparently the business was sold in December 2022. The new owner said she was not going to honor the agreement the previous owner had made with her customers. She said too much time had gone by. I told her this was unreasonable and at the very least she should have notified everyone with an outstanding credit so we could use them. A simple phone call or email would have worked. I asked her if she was really willing to lose a customer and potentially multiple customers over $110?! We went back and forth for over 7 mins (I looked at my phone) and only after I told her I was going to post this on yelp she said she would honor the credit. At that point I told her "no thank you". I would NOT feel comfortable going there for any kind of wellness service after the exchange we had. All trust was broken. Pretty unprofessional to just keep people's money and not render the service that was paid for. read more

I just went here the other day on Saturday. I always have issues with my shoulders and back! I called in on a whim before work and I asked if they had anything open before I went to work. The lady on the phone said shed ask and call me back asap. It wasn't more than a 15 minute wait before she promptly called me back and said they could have me that day! And I only called 20 minutes in advance! Anyways skipping to the massage. I had A wonderful woman named Jennifer! She was absolutely amazing. She is friendly, kind, and very knowledgable! She knows exactly what she's doing and loves doing it. I've only ever had a massage once before her and I now know any time I need one I will always go back there! She used essential oils to help with the pain in my lower back. She specifically used peppermint oil and explained exactly why she was using it! It helped immensely and now my shoulders and back feel amazing. Bottom line: if you want a fabulous experience, on pointe costumer service, an amazing massage done by someone just as fabulous and kind go there you sure won't regret it! We have recommended this place to our friends and they have all been very happy with their services that they decided to also joined to get their monthly massages. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Reminder calls are always made a couple of days before your appointment. They go over and beyond to make you feel welcome. They have a great selection of lotions, over the counter natural meds, and can't say enough about their tea selection. What an amazing place, as a gift my daughter got me a facial and massage. The girl who did the facial was ultra careful and explained everything she was planning to do. She asked me what my main skin concerns were, so she could address them. The facial was amazing. Then I was walked into an area where a tiny young lady asked what were some problem areas, my back, arms, legs? Was I fatigued etc. I assured her although I work outside in my garden daily I had no pains. So she concentrated on making me feel relaxed and calm. She worked my head, arm, legs, back and neck. She was very calming and asked if I felt comfortable. To say I felt spoiled and happy afterwards is an understatement. It was amazing. Had to start booking massages at least 4 months out then they stopped calling a day in advance to remind of massage and then charged for missed appointment. I have had chronic pain in my upper back for years and I have found that massage is the only thing that helps lessen it by working the tightness and knots out of my muscle. I have been going to Dan at Natural Path Wellness Center twice a month to keep the muscles relaxed. I tried out many different massage thereapist before I found Dan. Now he is the only therepist I go to. He's great, he has a real understanding of the anatomy of the muscle and is great about making sure the pressure is right. And as someone who is always cold I appreciate that he always makes sure the temperature is comfortable for me. The massage rooms are lovely, the lighting is dim, they play soothing music, overall very relaxing. Also worth noting that during the massage I think lotion is used instead of oil, which I appreciate because I don't like being all greasy after a massage. This place is also neat because they sell tons of holistic items, like essential oils and custom teas. The reception room is a nice little gift shop. read more
