Despite arriving without an appointment, I was taken in within minutes. That level of responsiveness alone sets Moon Spa apart. I've been to several massage establishments over the years, and Moon Spa stands out for one simple reason: they consistently get it right. The hot oil was perfectly warmed, the towels were fresh, and even the rugs looked newly placed. The interior design is simple, modest, and calming exactly what a guest hopes for when stepping away from daily stress. Each room is thoughtfully prepared with air fresheners and subtle decorative touches that make the environment feel welcoming and cared for. Before visiting, I read several older reviews. Many complications or concerns mentioned, but I found none of those issues during my visit. The staff interactions were professional and friendly, the business license and therapist certifications were clearly posted, and the boundaries of treatment were documented in every room. You lay clothed in a dark, open, quiet room with other people getting massaged. They quietly nudge you to lift your feet or roll over. They bring you water. It's amazing. I always wish it would never end and then tip generously because they do such a good job. You can get different massages, different lengths of time. You can also get a massage in a closed room where you take your clothes off. I've done that once, it was good. I prefer the foot massage in the open room where they massage your whole body but it's called a foot massage.
