You lay clothed in a dark, open, quiet room with other people getting massaged. They quietly nudge you to lift your feet or roll over. They bring you water. It's amazing. I always wish it would never end and then tip generously because they do such a good job. You can get different massages, different lengths of time. You can also get a massage in a closed room where you take your clothes off. I've done that once, it was good. I prefer the foot massage in the open room where they massage your whole body but it's called a foot massage.
