Massage bed

After running the Modesto Marathon today, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a massage and wow, what an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the massage therapists greeted us with warm smiles and such friendly energy. We got a one-hour massage, and I can honestly say it felt like pure heaven, there are no words to truly describe how amazing it was. For the price they charge, you get so much more than expected. Every detail, from the soothing hot stones to the expert techniques, made it an absolutely top-tier experience. We're from Fresno, but after today, we're already planning to make the drive here regularly just for this massage. A huge thank you to Helen for her incredible work, she put so much care into making this the best massage ever. If you're looking for total relaxation and exceptional service, this is the place to be!

Reflexology--it has the translation on there as well. Very interesting

Not only that I get a phenomenal massage from Angel, but the location is like a spa very clean very upscale and nice to be highly.

Went in to get a massage with a coupon I had received for my birthday for a 90 min full body…read moremassage. When I arrived they told me they had new ownership and that the coupon was fake. They sat there and argued with eachother for 30 to 45 min and told me the old owners stole the money and I had to sue them with the phone number on my coupon. I told them it's not my fault they changed owners and if they want to make it right they will still accept the coupon. Finally they agreed to only give me a 1 hour massage I figured I would just take that instead of nothing. The massage was good she did focus on my areas that were hurting but when I left they told me if I could tip which I didn't like. With the name relax zone I really thought it would be a relaxing experience but it really was very awkward and uncomfortable.

Across the street is a massage spot we've been going to for years and love, but we decided to try Relax Zone--huge mistake. The person massaging me wore latex gloves, barely used any lotion, and didn't apply pressure. It felt like someone just awkwardly rubbing your skin with gloves--not relaxing, not therapeutic, and honestly made me wonder if they're even certified. The environment was also far from peaceful--bright lights, kids sitting right next to us, and loud conversations happening throughout. It didn't feel like a spa; it felt like we were sitting in someone's living room. It even seemed like the staff might live there, though I'm not sure. To top it off, when it came time to pay, I said I'd use a card. She immediately asked for a tip, and when I declined, she said there was a $2 card fee--nowhere posted, no signage, no disclosure. I told her I'd just pay cash instead, and she still had the audacity to ask again for a tip. Completely unprofessional. There are much better massage options nearby. This place is not worth your time or money. This place is nothing near relaxing.

Pedro at Helping Hands is amazing!…read more He's very professional, intentional, and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he focuses on healing, not just going through the motions. I've been coming to Helping Hands for over 10 years and have always had very wonderful experiences, but Pedro truly stands out. He represents the business so well. If you're looking for deep tissue or sports-style massage, he's the one to book. Although, I did have a therapeutic session with him today and was so relaxed I literally fell asleep! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back next week.

I noticed I wasn't front and center in photos-- I did not want to be included in photographs and if I was coerced, I stood in the back so my body did not show. A year ago, I joined Weight Watchers and started clawing my way back -- slowly, steadily, with intention. I lost 40lbs slowly after 13 months. But recently, my body and mind hit a wall. I didn't need another errand. I needed a detox. A massage. A miracle. I was tired and noticed my metabolism was sluggish. Enter: Helping Hands Massage Therapy. Ellen performed a Sedona Body Wrap on me, and let me tell you -- it was like my cells threw a party and invited peace, hydration, and a sense of self. I walked in feeling like a crumpled receipt at the bottom of a diaper bag. I walked out feeling like a woman again. It's funny how moms will drop everything to cheer at a soccer game or run to Target for poster board at 9 PM, but taking time for our own bodies? Guilt. Guilt with a side of guilt. Isn't it ironic? Well, today I rebelled. I took the morning off work, drove to Helping Hands, and gave my body what it had been begging for -- like gum clinging to hair, it needed this reset. The space was serene, the treatment was divine, and Ellen? A healer disguised as a massage therapist. I'll be back. Not just because it felt amazing, but because I deserve it. If you're a tired human (mom or not), do yourself a favor. Book the wrap. Say yes to your body. Say yes to yourself. I just booked a lymphatic drainage treatment for next week and my hope is that I can continue a wellness regimen monthly with therapeutic massages. Sometimes we need to skip the Starbucks and get a massage!
