Sonia is amazing at what she does! The area where she is located is a bit "off-putting"; however, I felt comfortable. And although, I did not get relief (yet) from my pain/ soreness completely, I am sure that by continuing to get deep tissue and the other treatments(message gun and cupping) from Sonia, I will be pain free (God willing) ! Thanks, Sonia! read more

Alright I got vaccinated so what do I do? Get my much needed massage. It's great for physical and mental health. Sonia was quick to respond to my text messages. The pricing was fair. Best of all....very clean and sanitary!!! It's not a frufru spa with facade cleanliness. You go there to get a great massage, get your body maintenanced, and leave feeling good. I went and got cupping done along with a quality deep tissue massage. I got exactly what I asked for from someone who knows what they are doing. Happy to have found Sonia since my go to masseuse retired. Big bonus to clean, professional, and muscle knowledge. read more

Spoke to Sonia yesterday to book an appointment. She called me to confirm the appointment. Or ask me if I would like to give up my appointment for one of her other clients. As a business owner, I want her to have the most success so I told her to take the appointment with the other client. Fortunately, I am self-employed and able to reschedule for different time. She was grateful that I was willing to keep her business in mind as a fellow business owner. Fast forward to the next day. Appointment day... I text 40 min prior to appointment to confirm. She did not reach out to me, i reached out to her. I arrive at the location approximately 30 minutes prior to appointment, to look for parking, because this business is located in a very non-desirable location for parking. Finally found parking. Walk upstairs 10 minutes prior to the appointment. Waited out front, and texted like instruction said to do. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes past appointment time, I was able to finally get a response from her stating she was not going to make our appointment. She said that due to my lack of deposit, she would not be showing up to her business to provide the massage. She said she will refer me to other businesses if I don't like giving deposits. No ma'am. I do not like giving deposits for services I have not received. I don't pay before I eat at a restaurant. Or pay my barber... prior to getting a haircut! She was simply rude and not professional. Don't recommend to anyone!! read more

I went for a 90-minute swedish massage. I'm not one that likes too firm of a massage. So the swedish massage with light to moderate pressure worked perfectly for me. She massaged from my head to my toes and every bit of it was relaxing and enjoyable. She's a very nice woman and very professional. I will definitely be going back. read more

I booked a massage with Sonia because I was having a lot of back pain. Tension in my upper back and neck, was causing much anxiety and stress, and I was desperate for relief. Greeting me at the door, Sonia was very calming and welcoming, offering me a bottle of water. The massage room itself was filled with pleasing aromas, soft music, and dim lights giving it a gentle serene quality. Along with the hippie chic furnishings, these came together perfectly, making it a wonderfully tranquil sensory experience. I had opted for the hour massage, and it was well worth it as the tension in my muscles melted away! I was left feeling like I had just awoke from a dream. That night I got the best sleep I have had in ages. read more

I've been going to Asian spas for a very long time. Lately they haven't been giving me the satisfaction I was paying for. So I decided to take a chance on a personal level, get to know my massage therapist. Boy did she deliver. Was kind and very understanding to what you need work on. She was very verbal and asks if you hurt or not and adjusts accordingly to your likes. My shoulders and feet feel like clouds after an hour with her... I can only imagine a longer session. She has an assortment of sented oils and let's you fully aware of the process. You do have to undress fully for this one. She's very thorough on those knots. Wasn't uncomfortable and she made sure you're covered so you don't feel exposed if you're not ready for that kind just yet. But she's very professional and funny to. Overall my 1st time experience was Aces in my book. Satisfaction guaranteed! Will definitely be coming back again. read more

Great massage, I needed to be seen asap and she worked me into her schedule! Would definitely recommend her.

she's racist: brought up race and suggested my tight neck was due to hairstyles.. which i don't do. she talked the whole time. she didn't focus on the areas i requested. unprofessional. made me really uncomfortable: she exposed my underwear. and once I told her i was a massage therapist as well, all of a sudden she was able to give intentional strokes which were still MEDIOCRE. read more

Sonia did an AMAZING JOB! She customized my treatment to suit my injuries. I had consistent pain for months straight in my shoulder, neck, and back.....tried everything. One day I couldn't take it anymore and I started calling around looking for legitimate massage therapy. No one would get me in for days, and then I called Sonia. She got me in same day as I was only looking for just some relief from the pain even if it was only for 60-90 minutes. I woke up today and my back and neck feel great. The best it's felt since prior to my injury. Her prices are super competitive and she has earned a customer for life. Thank you! -BC- read more

My first Sonia Alese massage was a gift a friend had given me. Now I frequent Modesto from Sacramento just for my special massages, as often as I can. She is friendly and professional; Expresses sincere concern for my therapeutic needs. Taking the time to understand my body, she reads it well, the moment her hands touch my body she doesn't remove them until my appointment is over. I have extensive nerve damaged and extra sensitive areas, and Sonia has the ability to work through them so that I am able to get the most therapeutic massage. She is passionate about her gift. It's always a profound experience. Every moment is better than the last. I always leave feeling pampered and loved from head to toe. The facility is comfortable, fresh and relaxing. The experience is priceless. Thank you for being so genuine in this special service you offer. read more
