I purchased a Groupon for a massage and head spa treatment. I later learned the same service was actually cheaper if purchased directly. When I arrived, the massage therapist strongly encouraged me to remove all of my clothing. I chose to leave my underwear on because I wasn't comfortable being completely nude. During the massage, while I was face down, she pulled my underwear down without asking. I found this very uncomfortable. She also left the room several times with the door open while I was exposed, which made me feel vulnerable. Another unexpected part of the massage was that she climbed onto the massage table while working on my back. The massage itself was decent, and I enjoyed the head spa treatment. However, the therapist stood so close during the treatment that her chest repeatedly touched my face, and I also found her breath unpleasant. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Such an awful experience. We walk in and the staff didn't even know we had booked massages and they were unprepared for our appointment. During the massage she unexpectedly pulled my underwear down without any communication and then throughout the massage they would exit the room and leave the door wide open while I was fully exposed! They also didn't have any music playing til I asked for it to be turned on about halfway through. It was just dead silent and so awkward. And then, before even allowing us the chance to tip, they immediately started pressuring us for one which is just totally unprofessional and left us feeling stressed rather than relaxed. I've gotten a 90 minute full body massage here twice now and it's by far the best in the area and the best I've had in a long time. I always feel super welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. It was for my siblings birthday, they deserved a nice relaxing time for their hard work the last few years. Sure the massage was good, but why were they pressured into leaving a larger tip? I gave them $20 dollars to give for a tip and the lady basically guilt tripped them into giving more. They didn't have any more cash to leave for tip (which we always prefer to leave cash tip for services) and offered to leave to get more cash and come back but she said they can just leave another tip on a card?? No shame and extremely rude! A tip is just that.. a tip for service. A service that was already paid for. It's an option. Totally ruined the whole experience and on their birthday! I don't think we'll ever be booking here again, especially if that lady is still there. read more

Me and my daughter had booked for two full body massage first we thought it was gonna be a great experience but at the end of our massage we where hassled for tips when we already paid 120$ for an hour service and still almost locked in the building with all three staff members at the desk just looking at me and my daughter like we needed to leave a tip pointing to the sign and we read it and it said greatly appreciated but not required so we didn't leave one and they got really mad gave us really bad attitudes and said leave so we will never be back and the service was mid they didn't do our hands and feet and it was a full body so we had really high hopes but when ur hassled for tips that are not required but appreciated if they would've let us choose to tip we would've but when u rush us and tell us we have to leave a tip and get rude and kick us out when u didn't have to do all that we would've left one if u where more professional about it so thanks Liu's but ur very unprofessional and need better customer service also the door kept opening and closing well we had no clothes on so yea very unprofessional read more

I recently visited this spa and overall had a good experience. The place was very clean, and the massage and body scrub were both really relaxing. The staff did a great job with the service itself. However, I was uncomfortable with how tipping was handled at the end. After already leaving a tip, we were told multiple times that we should leave a higher amount. Tipping should always be optional and based on what the customer feels is appropriate--it should never feel like pressure. Being asked repeatedly made the experience uncomfortable. I still appreciate the quality of the service, but I hope the business can improve how they approach tipping so customers feel respected and comfortable. read more

I bought a scalp massage with neck/shoulder. I laid on the massage chair/table, like one at the nail salon, but this one reclined all the way flat. It was extremely uncomfortable and I asked the lady if she could turn off the massager, but she said it was automatic and she couldn't turn it off. I thought I would be experiencing a nice relaxing 60 minutes, but I came home in pain from the hard massaging balls pressing on my lower back. read more
