He said he would order an MRI and find out how bad it was. Now, understand that I was in a great deal of pain. After 1 1/2 weeks I called radiology to get an appointment. They told me they never received an order for an MRI. Here's where the total incompetence of Dr Cash's staff came to light. I called on Monday to get some answers and got a recording that they return calls within 24-48 hours so I left a message. I called Tuesday and left a message. I called Wednesday and left a message. I called Thursday and left a message. Finally I kept trying differed extensions and a office clerk answered. I was told that the MRI order was sent in that day! Two weeks just to have the order sent in! I demanded to speak to a supervisor. The office manager went through all the excuses about how busy they are, which were pathetic excuses for not getting any return calls, and for the delay in having the order sent in. She assured me that the order was now sent in. So, I call Radiology back and they tell me they have the order, but Dr Cash did not get insurance approval so it will take another two weeks before I can even make an appointment for the MRI. I like Dr Cash, and have seen him in the past, but his office staff is completely incompetent!
