I am not clear why the same business has two Yelp profiles so I'm posting again: A family member of mine was diagnosed with cancer, and while researching treatment options, I came across Infuze MD. After a brief call with an employee named Paolo, who spoke positively about the clinic, I shared the information with my relative. In hindsight, I realize that in my desperation, I may have overlooked warning signs. At the time, I did not realize Paolo is not a medical professional, even though he was the first person discussing treatment options. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nilda Agnes Abellera, who is board-certified in PEDIATRICS but whose clinic advertises integrative medicine. My relative traveled from out of state to begin what was described as an "intensive" 20-day cancer program. According to her account, the first three days did not feel intensive. She reported that infusion rates appeared slowed, staff could not explain the scientific basis for some treatments, and the doctor missed a planned medication review. She also observed what she believed was dried blood on a chair and described an IV bag fully draining while the needle was in place, which worried her. On October 9, 2025, she said her care was terminated immediately after raising concerns, without timely written notice, referrals, or arrangements to ensure access to medical care until she could establish care elsewhere. Referrals were only provided after I contacted the clinic. This abrupt termination caused a delay of over a month in her treatment and worsened her PTSD symptoms. She also tried to obtain her medical records multiple ways. On October 10, she requested them in person but was denied. She also submitted a written request and used the clinic's online inquiry form. As of this writing--52 days later--she has not received her complete records. When I called the clinic, Paolo was tense and dismissive, and I could not speak directly with Dr. Abellera. Given the situation, I became concerned about whether proper procedures were followed and intended to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Additional observations and concerns (personal experience): Family-run structure: The clinic is owned by Dr. Abellera. Paolo appears to manage many aspects, and another family member may also work there. This raised questions about oversight and role clarity. Online reviews: Of 32 Google reviews, 5 were five-star without details. Only one mentioned "cancer," making it hard to evaluate patient experiences compared with other clinics with hundreds of detailed reviews. Difficulty communicating with the physician: My relative and I tried to speak directly with Dr. Abellera; she did not speak with me, and my relative felt the doctor was unwilling to address her concerns. This lack of communication was alarming given her serious diagnosis. Cost vs. expectations: The program cost approximately $1,800 per day. Based on my relative's experience, the services did not match the program description. Others may feel differently, but this was our impression. Social media promotion: Paolo participates in Facebook groups promoting the clinic without identifying himself as an employee, which seemed misleading. I have included a screenshot for reference. In more than a decade in healthcare, I have never witnessed a more concerning divergence from a physician's duty to do no harm: terminating care without notice, effectively leaving my relative without immediate, comparable care options while facing life-threatening cancer. read more

I know how glutathione works, and it doesn't "fix everything in your body." It detoxifies the liver and suppress melanin, which is how it treats melasma. It is interesting that after I self-injects myself 200 mg three times weekly, in two months, my melasma was gone. The disrespectful and poor business model was that the doctor who owned the business was never courteous enough to speak to, despite my polite request to speak to him/her. I wasn't even rude or anything, I just wanted honest information so I could make an informed decision about plunking down more money for results I was not seeing. For whomever say I have never had a client, Jane, duh! Of course, I am not using my first name. I could have also been using a nickname or an alias. Jane is my middle name as I am a quiet, private person. I would NEVER be immoral enough to post a dishonest review. Instead of denying my experience. Improve your service. Give honest expectations when you are selling your service. Make sure you are transparent - give people what they pay for and, if possible, prove it. Like in my case, allow me to see the vials of glutathione you are adding to the IV bag. Why was it always prepared in another room? Update. My health has improved. I'm able to do intervals of jogs/walking. Not ready for sprints just yet but I feel promise. I just got some checks from my health insurance Dr. Abellera recommended I submit. I didn't think they'd accept but they did. 2 of 3 claims submitted got me around $1100. So grateful! read more

I've been doing Vitamin Drips for quite a while and this is hands down probably one of the best clinics I've been too. Mainly because of the staff working there. I came in for IV Vitamin C. They use sodium ascorbate instead of ascorbic acid. That made a HUGE difference. Sodium ascorbate IV was pain-free compared to ascorbic acid IV at another clinic. Dr. Cathcart and Dr. Klenner used sodium ascorbate for their IV's. The doctor was actually in the office. She answered all my questions. I saw her talking to her patients which was nice to see. I like that you get to sit in the room with others getting their infusion. It takes the nerves away. I've been searching for a clinic like this for a long time. The search is over. I've never been excited to go to the doctors until I came to Infuze MD. This special place is a hidden gem filled with love. When I first met Dr. Abellerra I was greeted with warmth and compassion. I've been there every week for my Ozone Therapy and all the nurses are amazing that have helped me. Tiffany is the RN that helped me during my first visit, she was so knowledgeable about the whole procedure and the benefits of Ozone Therapy. My mom came here when she was in the late stages of cancer. This woman entices cancer patients with "supposed treatment" learned from a person who is UNABLE to practice medicine in the state of CA, so he opened a practice in Nevada. Wow. Just wow. Just do a quick search on the man who ran the seminars for this technique. This woman is a CON. She charged my mom $5000 a week (totaling $15000) in treatments that did not make her quality of life any better, then puts the blame on the patient when the treatment does not work. My mom did not want to believe her fellow "Filipina" would do her dirty, and did this treatment BEFORE she received chemotherapy. The treatment this woman and her team claimed they could give, took weeks out my mom's life by her playing "doctor", and convinced my mom this was better than chemo. My mom passed a few months later. I can't stand businesses that put profit in front of human lives. Do not support this business. People cannot write a bad review when they are no longer around and this woman has found a very vulnerable population willing to do whatever it takes to get better, and profits off her false promises. Save your money, and go to a hospital, or at the very least, someone who knows what they're doing. There's a reason this method is not a common practice. Search through her reviews, I don't see very many people talking about how they were cured of cancer. Don't let her used car salesman tactics work on you. Beware...beware...BEWARE! read more

I was looking into glutathione infusions and I was so lucky to have found this place! The offline is in a small plaza with other surrounding medical offices. I made an appointment with Pia (the receptionist and daughter of the treating physician ) who was very helpful. Once I arrived at the office, I was seen by Dr. Abellera who is very knowledgeable about glutathione infusions and other various infusions. She also was great with answering all of my questions (as this was my first time receiving any infusion treatment) and had wonderful bedside manner. I can't remember exactly how much glutathione I was administered but it was based on my weight. I was also given a dose of vitamin c after the glutathione to help with absorption. I came here in doubt but still want to try so i didn't get their package for gluta. I wanted gluta iv but there's another glutathione posted at their lobby which is glutathione drip so i told them i want to try that but dr abellera gave me Sodium Chloride she said it's mixed with glutathione and they're also giving me vitamin C. I work as a CNA so i know that something isn't right and i'm familiar with sodium chloride nurses at work administer that when a patient needs fluid in their body to prevent dehydration. I don't think i need that also they should be giving me pure gluta+vit C. After the drip started coughing i started feeling different in my system and breathing. Dr abellera even told me to drink water so they gave me a cup of water. $120 for that! Not worth it! read more
