I highly recommend her even though that means I may have to wait for an appointment with her The front office team is courteous, friendly and efficient. At many Med Spas there is a heavy push for add on services but at Be Clinical they explain the benefits of their various services and are honest and will steer you away from treatments that are not appropriate. So, if you're looking for Med Spas treatments from vitamin injections to more advanced procedures I highly recommend you check them out. I've gotten good treatments here. The problem is the front desk staff's lack of knowledge and consistency. Every time I deal with them, I have to anticipate problems or advocate for myself. I bought a package and planned out what I treatments I would get over the course of six months, and the front desk lost the plan...twice. Prescriptions were sent to the wrong address. I once emailed with a question about extending my plan and never heard back, only to be told *I* made the mistake not knowing that the person I emailed had left the company. (I was also told that there was no way for them to know that I had emailed and there's no system for forwarding emails sent to employees who have left, which is utter B.S.) Other times I've called and tried to get help on something basic, only to get a "we won't do that " from the front desk -- I had to go to management for something that should have been an immediate "sure," especially for someone who had shelled out thousands of dollars for a "membership." Front desk staff has also shamed me for not doing all of my treatments 1x/mo (my life was total chaos -- major move, death in the family, job upheaval) and basically said I'd compromised all of my treatments by not doing them once a month. (It seems to have gotten better, but for awhile, the attitude from the front desk was really, really bad. Distinctly unhelpful and borderline snarky.) Then there was the time I went for one treatment and only realized after they'd pulled the machine up that they'd pulled the wrong machine -- they hadn't looked at my treatment plan. Then once I had a really painful treatment, only to be told AFTER the fact that I should have been given the stronger numbing cream, not the weak numbing cream. (Why have two? Why not just give everyone the strong one?) And once when I got botox, I specifically asked that the injector do it the way the previous injector there had done it (I didn't want too much botox), but there were no records or notes on what had been done before, and the new injector shot me up with far more botox than I needed or wanted. So, fine for the treatments themselves, but the place is far from a well-oiled machine in terms of management. You have to be super on top of them and expect them to fail. You have to ask them to keep records and look up records. You have to ask them explicitly to tell you how to prepare for treatments -- they'll just space on telling you. I get the sense that even the women doing the treatments know that the front desk/admin is hopeless. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Be Clinical. I spent approximately $3,000 on Halo and SoftWave treatments after consultations where I discussed my concerns, including puffiness around my eyes, facial tightening, and my smile-line area. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement from the treatments. I also developed brown pigmentation on areas of my forehead and jawline that I did not have before. What upset me most was that during a later consultation, I was told that the concerns around my eyes and face would require seeing a plastic surgeon and that there was essentially nothing they could do to give me the results I was looking for. I wish this had been clearly explained to me before I spent thousands of dollars on these treatments. I contacted the office because I felt that, given my experience and lack of results, a refund was appropriate, but I was told they would not provide one. I can only speak about my personal experience, but after spending approximately $3,000, seeing no improvement, and being left with pigmentation concerns, I am very unhappy with the outcome and would not choose to undergo these treatments here again. read more

I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience because while the treatment itself and the clinical service were good, the inconsistency with the front desk communication and coordination was very disappointing. I initially came in for threads and during my consultation was introduced to Ellacor. After giving it some thought, I decided to move forward with the treatment despite the significant cost. Unfortunately, I felt unprepared for my first treatment because I was not given clear instructions regarding the necessary preparation 7-10 days beforehand. On the day of my appointment I was asked whether I had been applying numbing cream for the hour prior to treatment (makes a difference I think). I had not been aware that I was supposed to do this, as I had not been properly instructed. The procedure itself was not particularly pleasant, although the treatment provided by the clinical staff was good. For my second scheduled treatment, I was informed that my package was supposedly intended to cover the lower face and neck, rather than what I had understood from my original consultation. I had spoken with the front desk twice before this appointment and explained that I had initially come in for threads and was sold on treatment extending from the mid-face to the neck, especially considering the amount I had paid. I confirmed my appointment, yet once again I was not sent home with the numbing cream I needed to apply an hour before treatment. I arrived an hour early for my second appointment to numb only to be told by the same front desk staff member who had sold me the package that I would be receiving lower face and neck treatment. I was particularly concerned because I had previously been reassured that there would be no issue with my next appointment. She then went into the treatment room and instructed the RN to complete only the lower face and neck. At that point, I explained that I wanted a refund if the service I had been sold was not going to be honored. Thankfully I was able to resolve the issue, and I ultimately received the treatment I understood I had originally purchased. I am especially grateful to Kayla, who provided an excellent experience during my second treatment and advocated for me throughout the situation. My concern is not with the clinical treatment itself but with the communication, consistency, and organization surrounding the package and appointment process. When investing a significant amount of money into a treatment package, I expect clear instructions, accurate documentation, and consistent communication from the beginning. Unfortunately, based on my experience I personally would not feel comfortable purchasing another treatment package from this location moving forward. I also noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, which makes me feel this may be an area that deserves greater attention from management. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, because the clinical staff provided good care, and with better communication and consistency from the front desk, the overall patient experience could be significantly improved. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My experience was extremely disappointing. I had to cancel an appointment due to being sick with COVID and notified them a day in advance, yet they still attempted to charge me $100. That felt unfair and very unprofessional. I also have concerns about the authenticity of some of the reviews. It appears that individuals connected to the business may be posting positive reviews about their own clinic, which makes it difficult to trust the overall rating. I would not recommend this clinic. This was my first Botox experience, so I didn't realize at the time how many red flags there were. My first visit with an NP resulted in an eye droop. I then saw Sarah (NP) twice, and she was great and actually listened, although the results didn't last very long. My fourth (and final) visit was with the doctor, and it was awful. Her bedside manner was terrible. She talked to me like I was an idiot, and when I explained (again) that I was nervous because I had previously experienced eye droop, she laughed it off and continued. She injected significantly more Botox than I asked for, and I ended up with another noticeable eye droop. When I contacted the office, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. Appointments feel rushed, pricing isn't clearly explained, and the overall experience is not relaxing. Since going to a different provider, I've realized how much better Botox can look and last when done properly. Not impressed. I used to see jasmine and she was absolutely amazing. I had some Botox left and I decided to go back even tho jasmine wasn't there anymore. The injector said she would use my entire remainder into my masters because they were so strong. Jasmine has previously told me she would never do more than 20 units. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH HERE. If you value your safety, your money, or even basic respect, stay as far away from this place as you can. They (Fiona Frie, Sarah, Gigi) don't care about you -- they only care about collecting your payment and covering their mistakes. Patients' health and safety clearly mean nothing to them.   I have reported them to the Department of Health, California Medical Board, California Board of Registered Nursing, California Board of Pharmacy. I will make sure regulators know exactly how this clinic endangers patients.   1.        Injecting Air: In my first month, I was sent syringes with no medications and no instructions. After confirming with the nurse Gigi, I used them -- only to later find out they were empty syringes, meaning I was INJECTING AIR into my body for 6 weeks. This is not just poor service, it is an extremely unsafe medical practice that could have put my health in serious danger. 2.        Ignored Complaints / Disrespect: Every time I raised concerns, they either ignored me, blamed the pharmacy, or treated me like my safety didn't matter. They brushed me off and looked down on me as if I wasn't worth their time. 3.        Silence After Request for Written Communication: I specifically told them I wanted everything in writing. Since then, they have gone quiet, avoiding accountability and pushing me to my absolute limit. 4.        Pricing Discrepancy: From the start, I was given inconsistent and misleading pricing by multiple staff members (Sarah, Gigi, even the MD).   This isn't just "bad service." I wish I could get my money back from this place. I wish I did not spend thousands on treatments recommended by nursing staff. I was told by Nurse Sarah that I only needed one session of Kybella to get rid of a fat dip I have on my chin. I made sure to ask if I only needed one session because I did not desire to do multiple and she was adamant that only one session was needed. She also said patients usually only get 1 to 2 sessions but was certain I would only need 1. $800 later, dip is still there and there are little to no results. I feel completely mislead into buying a treatment that they knew would not be enough just to they could tell me to come back and get more treatments and keep spending money. I feel like this place only wants to take your money and does not care about results. Every time I have gone in, I get told by a nurse that "I should have done this treatment instead of the one im doing" for the results I want. They do good work. Having said that, they have the bedside manner of a used car lot. I experienced painful complications from a procedure a month earlier. I called and spoke with one of the co-owners describing what was going on. All I was looking for was "this is normal, hang in there" or "come in so we can talk in person". Something normal, something human. They sure are nice when you're there trying to make up your mind about spending $2500, but once the work is done and they have your money, you're like garbage to them. No one responded. I left a message. I sent an email. My follow up was ignored. It's humiliating and I'd not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like a used piece of meat. I'd say for that kind of money doing good work is not enough (and guess what - being nice, being human, those are free). I am still experiencing lots of pain. There's literally nothing I can do about it. If you think this is a doctor, run for your life. It's more like a drug dealer, and you're mistakenly thinking it is a normal store that will hear you out about a product that is malfunctioning. They do good work but there is nothing "doctor" about any of it. Doctors are professional, they are accountable. This place slammed the door in my face after the procedure was over. And they offer zero refunds (just in case you sink thousands into this place, and change your mind, you have zero rights).
