I have been coming here for years. I love love love the ambiance. Super chill and relaxing vibe. Very clean as well, which is super important to me. I've only really had massages here, one facial. All my massages have been great, except for one. But..... for the last few months I've found what I would say is my forever massage Therapist: Silvoni Tan. Omgeeeeeee... she is hands down the best I've ever had. In my line of work, my neck, shoulder and back gets traumatized and beaten up. I've had neck and back pain for years. I've tried different massage therapist and nothing worked. Until Silvoni came into the picture. She's amazing! She knows exactly what to do to help me recover from my aches and pains. Over 20 Years with Bodylines and genuinely grateful to have found them. Their customer service has always been warm, upbeat, and welcoming. I usually leave my appointments feeling relaxed and recharged. Before COVID, I regularly saw Eija for massages--she is outstanding. After she left during the pandemic, I was right back to searching for the right fit. A couple months ago found out Eija was back and her schedule was packed! I was so lucky to book a 60-minute appointment with her, even though I really wanted 90 minutes. Still, I was excited. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful--over the phone. I got a text confirming my 7:15 PM appointment with Eija. Day of the appointment, things got confusing. At 5:15 PM, I got a call asking if I could come in at 5:30 PM instead. I initially said yes, then quickly realized I wouldn't make it in time, so I called back. The staff said 6 PM was also available, which confused me even more since Eija's schedule was supposed to be fully BOOKED. When I asked who my appointment was with, they said "Sharon." That really threw me off--I had expected Eija. Driving to the spa, I felt anxious and unsure of what had happened. My phone had texts with different times (7:15, then 7:00, then 5:30), and I hadn't realized there was a change from the original appointment time. Once I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager to help sort things out, but no manager was on site. The front desk clerk kindly gave me the manager's contact information. While I waited for my appointment, the clerk offered me the chance to use the women's locker room and sauna before my appointment, since the locker would be closed after my appointment. That turned out to be a lovely and much-needed pause. Then Sharon came to get me. I explained my muscle ailments and my need for a deep tissue massage--and to my surprise, Sharon understood the assignment. It was fantastic. I left feeling more relaxed than I expected, especially after all the earlier confusion. While the scheduling mix-up was stressful and disappointing, it was smoothed over by kind staff and a great massage therapist. I still love Bodylines and will continue to come here. And now, I have another excellent massage therapist I'll be booking with again. read more

Was dying to get a pampering day in for myself. Looked everywhere to have a spa day and I came across this amazing spa business. It's in the San ramon area with ample amount of parking near a costco as well. I scheduled a 1-hour full body massage with Anne Taylor and it was so relaxing. She will ask you what areas you want to focus on and the level of pressure you want. I also love theor warm oil that they use. By the end of it I was so relaxed and I appreciate that they don't rush you. Next, I had a cleansing facial with Sarah Kaddoura and she's amazing. She explained to me all the steps she is doing and why she's doing it. She discussed with me how my skin is and what I should do for after care. There was a mix up with my original appointment but the true test of a company is how they handle when life's little mistakes come up. Staff was apologetic, honest, and kind and was able to reschedule me to a different date. When I had my appointment today with Katherine, she was empathetic and attentive. I'm going through one of the hardest times in my life at the moment and I felt so taken care of and calm when I left. It is important in massage to have someone with good energy take care of you especially in a vulnerable state. Katherine did this. All around 5 stars for the communication with the front desk and the massage itself with that wonderful soul. I'll start by saying this is my first massage ever, and I loved it! My partner reserved us a couple massage as a fun date and it delivered, the massagers were nice and hit all the right spots. It left me wanting more! I am naturally pretty tense when touched and extremely ticklish but I only managed to laugh a bit during one part but besides that they were very good at reading your body and what is soothing or not. Getting a little bit oiled up was different for me and I looked forward to washing it off in the shower after, but overall it was a soothing experience and made me feel much better after the massage! read more

I was gifted gift certificates by friends for massages to help me relax as I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I called multiple times trying to schedule and when I finally got a call back to schedule, I was open about my diagnosis. I was refused service. They told me that they would not massage me because I have cancer. I asked if I could have the money back and was told they would have to talk to the owner. I already feel awful and this was such a horrible thing to hear. I wish they had notices posted on their website. They could have been more compassionate. I do not recommend this business. I walked into Body Lines day spa hunched over, with daily head aches, foggy brain, tight from head to foot and generally feeling much older than my 56 year old body should feel. I was scheduled with Jason for a massage. This is the second time I've seen him. If I could relay to you the huge difference of my walking in and my walking out- taller, clear headed, immediate relief of aches- you'd think I wasn't the same person. He's a sports PT and personal trainer with vast knowledge of how this connects to that and how to fix you. And, although it was not the gentle Swedish massage I thought would take my tension away, it was the therapy I needed to be fixed! Thank you Jason! That first massage let me know I needed to be a club member and I started giving myself the gift of a monthly massage. I have enjoyed my monthly massages first starting at 60 minutes and then increasing to 90 minutes. Bodylines is lovely, clean, and relaxing. Their massage therapists, while all unique and different, have been lovely. I probably should have written a review sooner! Last year I started having trouble with my hip. I felt sure it was a muscle but to make sure I did go to the doctor for X-rays and to make sure it wasn't something else. Enter Jason Tucker! Jason is a rare find!!! His knowledge of the body translates to an amazing healing massage. He is both a physical and massage therapist. He can explain in detail what each muscle does and how it interacts with your other muscles and ligaments. He reads your body with his fingers and hands finding the tight and troubled areas. Additionally he can coach on diet and exercises for further help. I totally respect his knowledge and abilities. He is both positive and caring. His deep tissue therapy has helped me so much espcially with my tight psoas hip area. Now I am a monthly deep tissue client! He is magic! I can't recommend him enough! read more

I have frequented Bodylines Day Spa for several years. I am a spa member and typically receive a 90 minute deep tissue once monthly. The masseuse I meet with every month for my appointments is Mary Graves. She is absolutely amazing! Her knowledge and skills are so helpful. I have struggled recently with planter's fasciitis and since meeting with her the pain is essentially gone. My job entails working many hours on the computer which has resulted in pain and swelling of my neck, forearms, and wrists. She has been providing me with tips and recommendations to help my body heal and ways to engage in healthier practices. I am so grateful to Mary and am so lucky to have been matched with her! In walks another customer, who the receptionist immediately greets. WOW! Ok, I'm not sure what the deal is at this place... many obvious potential stereotypes are running through my mind, but I will hope it was just terrible customer service?!? I had such an amazing experience here! I received a gift card to Bodylines Day Spa and scheduled an appointment for a facial and massage. I haven't had either in years. Elyse did my facial and she was FANTASTIC! Seriously, she's the best. I had so many questions on what I should and should not be doing for my skin and she answered all of them in great detail which I really appreciated. It was so unbelievably relaxing I almost fell asleep. I will definitely be scheduling another facial with her soon. Anne did my massage and she was wonderful! I am not sure how to best describe the wonderful work Silvani did on my body!! I am almost speechless. I have seen her twice now and each time my body has been transformed! I have had two 60 minute deep tissue massages with Silvani. She not only did a deep tissue massage on my trouble areas (lower back and shoulders) but she also performed amazing stretches on me which left me feeling like new!! As for COVID safety practices and procedures, they are very thorough and thoughtful. They ask you call before you come to the door, for new clients there's an intake form outside and they come and get you once completed. Nice staff but I believe the one who checked me in was training. Somehow told I was with a certain massage therapist which was confirmed via phone and when I checked in but was switched last minute without notice. Massage was meh. Just felt like I paid 105 bucks for someone to lather lotion and oil on me. Maybe I'm just used to Burke Williams standard. Janell Oliver is a miracle worker! She gave me a full body massage, with emphasis on my left side where I've been having so much pain. I've been in and out of the hospital with very bad, almost crippling pain in my left shoulder, which would manifest its way around my body and make it difficult to even breathe. I've spent I don't know how much money on chiropractors. I've had CT scans with contrast, x-rays. Nobody saw anything wrong. My only hope I thought was chiropractors, which helped, but always left still in pain. Today I am pain-free, I am able to take a full deep breath in and out just from one visit with Janell! I don't know how she did it, but she did. And it was not painful when she was working my shoulder and whole left side, it actually felt good almost like an itch was being scratched, if that makes sense. Unlike my sweet chiropractor, where it would hurt so much I would be drawn to tears, and bruising sometimes, with no resolve. I was late to my appointment, and almost didn't go because it was taking me so long to get myself showered and dressed because of the pain. I am so glad I went anyway. Half an hour late, Janell still saw me and I am so grateful! If you have any issues with pain or just want the tension out of your body, Janell is the professional you should see! Booked a 60mins prenatal massage session early in the morning but I was running 5mins late due to the traffic, so I called and let their receptionist know before the scheduled time. She said it is still ok to come. As soon as I arrived to the place, the receptionist gave me a few papers to fill out and told me to sit and wait. A tall masseuse came out after 5-10mins when I finished filling out the paper, without any warm greeting, she notified me that I was 15mins late (including the time she took to come out) and the 15mins will be deducted from the 60mins massage time which I will get only 45mins of massage. This masseuse's non-verbal communication/attitude made me feel unwelcoming to their salon so I told her I would have rescheduled it if your receptionist had warned me about the time deduction rule when I called her. I wouldn't come back to this place where there is no existing warm customer service. I'm just giving an extra star for the nice waiting room ambiance. read more

She was gentle, calming, great conversation, and clean. I also enjoyed the sauna beforehand and overall it was a relaxing experience.
