I've been 3 times now this year. Joyce has the magic touch! I like that she asks why you're seeing her so that she knows how to work with you. She'll even suggest what kind of massage is best. So far, instead of getting a full body, I've opted for upper back and shoulder so she can focus on those areas more. A few things I loved about this place: you can pay ahead of time and book online, this was perfect for me because I had left my wallet at my parents' house about an hour away and didn't have time to get it, so I appreciated this convenience. The service itself was great and Joyce has very good technique. You can tell this is a professional establishment. I was also late 10 mins and she was kind enough to thoroughly allow me to make up the 10 mins at the end without rushing. Very peaceful and quiet location. Felt safe and relaxing. Only thing to note: location was tough for me to find, which added to my tardiness. The room itself is upstairs, accessible via stairs on the side. A few weeks ago on a Friday, I was feeling beat up from my job, and down in the dumps. I found this place on Yelp, and miraculously, they had an opening 30 minutes from the time I called. The front office was dimly lit, and you could hear fountains in the background. Amy, my masseuse, came and got me right away. The massage was so relaxing, perfect amount of pressure. My first time here and I will definitely be back. I was tired of the franchise racking up my price and didn't care for customer loyalty so I cancelled my membership with them. My husband found this place on Yelp and got his first massage with Jade and came home raving about how much he enjoyed his massage and even made an appt for me while he was there. Here's my experience. Finding the place was a little tricky but wasn't too hard once you see the sign hanging outside. Just look for the stairs towards the left if you are facing the signage from the lot. Now, don't let the cover mislead you. Outside of the place might not be your typical fancy entrance like a franchise with their water fountain but once you enter the massage rooms, it was no different than Massage Envy. Ambience was great. Massage table was warmed up for me as I entered the room. Lighting was perfect. Music was on the spot, I felt zen and relax with their music playing in the background. The place was very clean and that was most important for me. Miss Jade was my masseuse and she was very attentive, asked all the right questions and made me feel very welcome. Even tho I didn't identify what type of massage I was looking for, she knew how to work on my petite frame giving me just what I needed. I've finally found a good place to go to for my massage now. None of that BS with not being able to book a massage when I need to when I used to be a member with those franchise places. I now feel like I have my personal masseuse I can go to and rely on. Booking was easy and she had the availability when I needed. But most importantly, I support Small Business and I recommend everyone do the same, enough of the big corps taking all the massage business. She was very helpful and provided the information needed to book my 90 Minute Swedish massage. Amy, was my massage therapist and I tell you.... she is a true miracle worker!! I told her about my areas of concern and she went above and beyond my expectations! I had a lot of tension and discomfort in my neck and shoulders and Amy worked wonders. She found many knots in my upper back and applied an awesome technique and pressure, which melted the knots away! Wow... that hurt very good I felt great! With about 30 minutes notice, Jade was able to take me in no problem, but I would suggest you try to give her more notice if possible! Jade was very accommodating with seeing my partner and I; she communicated well the details of our appointments and when we arrived, the space was so clean and serene. The little shells and stones make for a nice touch on the beds. The experience felt like we were the only customers there because of how well scheduled the appointments are to avoid too much interaction with others as part of COVID protocol. My suggestion to assist with directions for those that have not been there before is to look for the pretty fountain. The massage clinic is in a complex that faces Crow Canyon Road. We enjoyed the conversation also. She said we were the first couple to go there. We got the swedish massage one hour and it was right on. So when we got to paying, she said we should just pay $100, we had in plan to tip more and we told her thanks but we tipped $40 more because we enjoyed the experience.
