When staying in Tracy, I usually swing by once a week, sometimes twice a week. I realized they have daily specials all the time, so I started coming in twice a week to take advantage of their deals (sometimes saving 30-40% on stuff I buy regularly) and spending between $20-30 per visit vs $60-70 I would spend once a week because I'd buy whatever is on sale that day. Everyone inside seems pretty knowledgable. At times when they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, the budtenders would offer alternative suggestions which is awesome because it also helps me explore other brands that I'm not familiar with. I was looking for an alternative gummy brand that provides an energetic boost & I was recommended a Heavy Hitters brand (Lights On - it's definitely money!) and when I was looking for something with CBG in it, I was recommended Good Tide (which also did the trick). So I now know which products I can use as a back up. Being from the bay area, the pricing here is better, which only adds to the reasons I like coming here. From the exchanging fist pumps with welcoming security to shooting the S with the friendly staff inside the building. And to top it off, I'm typically in and out within 5-10 minutes, eazy peazy. My go-to's are the Camino and Kanha gummies, along with the PBR canibuss seltzers and Not Your Father soda drinks. The last couple of people that helped me were Terrance and Kiowa, but honestly, no matter who is working on the days I go, it's always a pleasure. Cheers! read more

I usually hit my local Embarc in Madera, but life said "nah, you're on a schedule today," so my dad and I had to make a quick pit stop at the Tracy location. First off, shoutout to the front desk attendant--calm, patient, and professional even when things weren't going perfectly smooth. I placed my order ahead of time and showed up about 15 minutes early (yes, I know... optimism got the best of me). The employee helping me was super nice, but my order wasn't picked yet, and my strain was playing hide-and-seek on the wall. She went to the back to look, and that's when my heart sank because I knew the clock was ticking and the road was calling my name. I waited a few more minutes, but eventually had to go up front and ask if we could cancel that strain and just grab anything available so I could get moving. Enter Mike. Like a hero walking out of the back room at the perfect moment. This man scans the vape wall and--boom--finds the exact Raw Garden I wanted. The timing? Immaculate. Mike jumped in, helped fix the order, and kept everything moving without missing a beat. Was it the smoothest online pickup experience? Not quite. But what really stood out was the teamwork. Everyone covered down, communicated, and made sure I walked out happy--and that counts way more in my book. Beautiful store, solid vibes, and employees who actually care about the customer experience. I was glad to stop by and support another Embarc location. If I could suggest anything: a little more organization on the product walls and a smoother game plan for online orders. Other than that, I'll definitely be back next time I'm passing through. Grand opening was a bit nuts but was expected since they were giving free goodie bags to the first 100 people and 40% off + purchases over $75 got a free plate of 4 tacos and chips with salsa from the food truck they had out there. The grand opening event had an area with vendors giving freebies with music and munchies! The store itself is small but very bright and lively! The staff was friendly and helpful even with as many people as they were dealing with. They have a large selection and parking is easy! read more

By far the nicest dispo I've been to. I was helped by Veronica this last visit and she helped me plan out exactly what I wanted to buy. She was able to give me info on products I had questions about and was able to find what I was looking for with all kinds of knowledge and suggestions, best bud tender I've ever had. I went there on 1-26-24 at around 11 AM and one of the Bud Tenders acts BOUGIE. She thinks my partner and I are low lives just by the way she talks to us. First of all I've been to other dispensaries and Embarc Tracy has the worst service, selection and value (expensive). And they are opening in Manteca? HELL NO. Go to Herbology in Modesto on McHenry. I went there for the first time today I spent about $80 the place itself was ok..typical small dispensary however they were having issues with their card transaction system and charged me twice for one purchase, I called them and told them and they said dispensaries can't refund money call your bank..so now it's a big mess I have to deal with on my end with my bank to get my money back.. my advice is just spend cash there if have to go there don't trust them and their POS card transactions system, also I'm salty about it now so I'm the future I will just use a delivery service or go somewhere that has their shit together. I really only went there because it's new and I didn't feel like driving to Modesto to a good dispensary with better prices. read more
