I have to give Eaze top marks for my first transaction with them. I'm not a habitual smoker, but I do love my edibles. I'm also not used to doing everything through email but made it work. You can call them but only if you have a question, they don't take phone orders. For some unknown reason, the dispensaries I've been using have stopped delivering and Eaze is one of two in the City who are still delivering, thank God. I don't think many people know about them but a kind person from one of the dispensaries I've been steady with told me about them. After I registered on their website, I was grateful to see their list of familiar edible brands, including Wyld, Camino, Khana and a whole bunch more. Plenty of selection. I was happy to see their prices were about the same as I've been used to. The other dispensary I looked at were significantly more expensive. The website is easy to navigate and I got excellent service from them, including minute to minute updates on my delivery person's progress. The driver was an absolute sweetheart. As soon as I got the 5 minute alert I went to the window and guided the driver as to where to park and how to get into the building. That's a nice thing to do with any new delivery service, and he was relaxed and friendly. All in all, a very good experience with one hesitation. New customers are supposed to get a $30 discount on their first order and I couldn't work that out. So I paid full price. Well, almost full, as they did send me a $5 coupon code, which appears to be a weekly service. Who doesn't love a weekly coupon? So, I had a good experience and I recommend patronizing this business. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered at 1 and get an ETA of 3 o clock. At 3 I get a text saying my order should arrive at 3:55... I reach out to them at 4 and they said it would be another 50 minutes. I had to leave the house so I canceled and ordered again at 5:30. This time I get a eta of 6:30 then receive a text saying my order will arrive at 6:55-7:15... at 7:30 I reach out and they say that the driver is 50 minutes away, after 30 minutes I get a text saying that the driver is 41 minutes away.. then 20 minutes later they cancelled my order. Eaze is a weed delivery service for people who don't know better, probably run by people who know worse. Blind leading the blind. The app doesn't let you order, the law of the land. And then you go online to order and you add more than 3 items and you get a "No one driver can fulfill your order please try a different combination" You're telling me your point of sale website can't help me with that? They send out coupons and occasionally I've spent 20 plus nutes trying combinations to no success and end up calling a better local service. Trust me, there are way better delivery services. OMG! First transaction with cash was So smooth, quick delivery. Second cash transaction was smooth but took way longer for delivery. Third transaction there was an advertised 35% discount code in my email, upon going to their website there was a GW40 discount code for $40% off, and an option to use a credit card instead of cash. After entering the items for purchase, and the discount code, guess what? They attempted to charge my card for the full price! I complained and they claimed they cancelled my order and said I should try and order it again, in the meanwhile my credit union alerted me to potential fraudulent activity on my card saying there was a charge from the UK(like England &shit), and they suspended my credit card until I called them.
