The first time visit is just a gimmick don't even do it they tell you on your first time, if you spend $50 you could get anything for $1. when you pay and it's time to go they only give you a pre-roll of some outdoor from probably two years ago just to get you to come in. This used to be one of my best cannabis club. Yesterday I came in as an online and stand in the online for 15min because the couple in front of me was shopping. They was in the online order line which I did not understand how the employee is letting them come from the online line and shop. The walk-in was moving faster then the online witch that was strange. The cones came out really bad at harvest. You can't even use that at all not for anything. The buds were seriously deform. No, I'm not new to outdoor grow. This place just has very bad cones. That or they don't know how to care for clones when they sit on their shelf. Either way they sold them to me at their regular price. This is unacceptable. this was supposed to be lemon cherry server. This place is good if you're a beginner or lower tolerance. I'm mainly an edible user so typically I'd get like 1000mg total of edibles for around $100 but since I have a higher tolerance, it no longer is that affordable. The main issue I have with connected is they don't carry quality brands with doses higher than 100mg. Their tincture spread is very small and I've found that Packs has better options with 1000mg. But honestly, I've found better customer service at Coastal than Packs. At the end of the day, if you need something affordable and aren't a heavy user, connected will hit the right spot. Every visit I always have an amazing experience. This is probably one of the best dispensary I've been to when I ask for help when picking flower. They have great customer service. Today I went in and I usually get a half ounce of flour of a certain brand and they only had a sativa and I don't do sativa because it makes me jittery. As much as i love coming here, being that I already have a designated favorite bud- tender, but it really makes it hard to want to come back when some of the people who are sent out to be on curbside duty are so unprofessional and do not perform their tasks in timely manners. As I'm typing, I'm pushing up 45 minutes of me, sitting in a parking lot, wasting my gas. At minimum I wouldn't believe that somebody or possibly even the website would've had some type of warning/suggestion letting customers know that these are their busier hours. And if that when you click the button that you've arrived, it would be nice if a notification came up and let me know that you guys are a little backed up. They have indoor pictures for outdoor weed. We thought we were getting what was advertised, but turns out they use stock indoor photos for the weed that is outdoor greenhouse, The weed looked nothing like the picture.
