Not competitive prices. Nice quiet atmosphere. Bud tenders don't seem to enjoy giving details or helping you find something similar to what you wants if it isn't in stock. When 1st open would not honor website mistake on their part and refused to sell the tree. Fixed the mistake in back, told me to refresh and then said see it's not there. Bud tender denied more than one customer and laughed at us as we left. Need overhaul to be worth your time. Save money go to Packs. Coastal Cannabis This should be a place rooted in compassionate care, and what I experienced was the opposite of that. The music inside the store is played at an extremely loud, uncomfortable level, making it very difficult--sometimes impossible--to communicate with staff behind the counter. When you can't hear or be heard, that's more than an inconvenience; it creates a stressful and exclusionary environment, especially for people who already struggle with hearing or communication. What was most upsetting is that when we politely asked for the music to be turned down, the request was ignored and treated like a joke. Staff appeared amused rather than concerned. In a space that serves medical patients and promotes wellness, that lack of empathy and basic consideration is simply wrong. To make matters worse, the store is now under new ownership and none of my information was in their system anymore--not my medical recommendation and not even my personal ID, both of which had been on file previously. Compassion means listening, accommodating, and treating people with respect. When customers can't communicate and their concerns are dismissed, that's not compassionate care. I truly hope the new ownership reconsiders how they treat patients and customers going forward. read more

All staff is very friendly, chill, and always try to find what you need. Depending on the day, it'll be full with products or sometimes completely out. Not their fault: a lot of customers but in bulk, resulting in out of stocks. I only know because I had to ask why my brand kept running out. Buying and reserving online is the way to go! Coastal constantly has discounts every day for a selection of items and you can view it all easily on their website. Price varies, but you'll never be disappointed. Employees are clear with how much your order is and they tell you ahead of time the round up payment regarding for example: your order is $18 but they have to round up to $20. Manager Marcus is rude. He walked away from me mid sentence after I was kindly trying to show him my temporary ID from the DMV website. He obviously didn't care enough about me to finish talking to me. I didn't have a printout of my temporary drivers license and he explained to me that he can't accept anything but the print out, which I get, but the way he treated me during the interaction was pretty careless. He cut me off, walked away from me, and said bye to the security guard without saying bye to me. I've been a regular customer here for at least two years. Won't be going back. read more

Been coming here since I turned 21 never had an issue wit the workers or security they're always welcoming and very patient cus I never kno wha I want and they have a lot of good deals on certain days but I be forgetting so I just show up to see wha deals they have and it's usually good deals imo. read more

Love this place but wish there was more inventory when I go there. Almost always they are out of one of my favorite choices. They advertise Thursdays as edible day. (Discounts). I wait until then to go and they are limited in choice and they don't have mine. I travel 12miles one way to get there. I can't speak for anyone else but this place is the best if you're an advanced user. They carry better high dose brands than connected and packs. Although, I will say that this place is a bit more pricey. Therefore, if you're a light cannabis user, I suggest going to packs or connected. On the other hand, if you're a heavy user, Coastal will have your back. I usually get the x tabs (50mg/tab) or tinctures such as Habit. For reference, at connected id pay around $300-400 per month. But at Coastal, I only pay $80-120 for my tolerance. Furthermore, the customer service at this place is always great. The security in front is always so kind and thankful. I don't think I'll shop anywhere else as long as they keep bringing in great options for heavy users. read more

Honestly, they barely have any products the store is pretty empty compared to 90% of the other dispensaries. The bud tenders are not helpful. It more seems like high school kids or kids with anxiety just trying to make a little money.. No way me telling you I want a 3.5. Looks like this place is on the way out. Despite some rude staff, they have very low inventory and it has been this way for months. The inventory is only getting worse each month. Hours are great. People are friendly here, hardly ever a wait. Sometime their inventory isn't the best but not the worst.

Good variety as far as the flower, always a good price as well! The rewards points system is cool as well, get to rack up points for shopping and use it for discounts. The bud tender that helped us out was named Audrey and she was very helpful, even gave us an extra discount for a mishap the day before with an online order we had made. Selection isn't great and sadly I won't go back because I'm tired of their hidden taxes! Bought 4 7a and they were trying to charge me $50 tax when everything g was suppose to be $140 max! when you drive 25 minutes across Stockton to get your medication at 7 o'clock in the morning because they are supposed to be open but they cannot staff proper security so they stay closed. I was a customer of this store and would visit every other day not happy about the pricing but went out of my way because they opened at 7 o'clock in the morning and I need that early pick up. You guys have lost a good customer because of this. too many cannabis dispensary and delivery companies to have yours closed during normal hours of operation. there are plenty of times I go in and Security is on break and a normal staff member is behind the counter you don't shut the store down then so why would you not open on time because of security guard. read more

Wish I could give it a zero star review. They are scammers and dishonest with their transactions. My total was around $41 and they rounded it all the way up to $50. It got charged to my debit. But then two days later, they charged me additional service fees. Be up front about your charges, will not be returning. Be careful if you are a customer here, and check your bank account to make sure they're not charging you without informing you about it. read more

Bait & Switch + Poor Customer Service. I received the mailer from the new Concord location for a discount code to get $50 off $100 spent with their "code". The code doesn't work for myself and many other new customers. When I tried to contact the company the website provides a email where I've received no reply and a phone # that directed me to their Santa Barbara store. The service rep gave me the phone # to the Vallejo store. I found on my own the # to the concord store. I was told I could come in and they would honor the code. When I said I couldn't due to my disability, I was requiring delivery, they suggested I find someone to shop for me! I asked to speak to supervisor who's out until the afternoon. I asked for a call back and was put on hold. Finally, I was asked for name and number and abruptly hung up on. That's how your going to treat a potential new customer who lives a mile from your store? My initial order was $250. read more
