I recently moved to Lodi from So Cal. I could not find my brand of smokes. I went to several stores and was simply told they don't carry them. Then I went to Cigarettes Plus. I was greeted coming in the door, which made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was then told they did not carry that brand either but would be happy to order it for me! What a relief! So very nice and helpful. In addition the store is located in a well lit and safe area. I'm so glad I found this place! read more

Avoid this business at all costs. The staff are all very rude.. the store smells very unkept and non sterile. Prices also are quite a bit higher than other surrounding tobacco shops. I personally was there to purchase a few things for my vapor pen and the owner knew nothing about what I wanted but instead bad a huge line of BS that would have worked on a less educated person. read more

I purchased a bag of tobacco at this store to use with the cigarette tubes. Unfortunately, when I opened the bag, the tobacco was already too dry to work in the machine. I took the tobacco back within 10 minutes of purchase. I showed the clerk and asked for an exchange. He refused and told me to get out of his store. This store charges $.80 to use a debit or credit card. Cigarettes are cheaper at the gas station across and down a block and they don't charge to use your card. Anyway, this is the second time I've made a purchase in this store, and this is the second rude employee I've encountered. They really don't care if you're satisfied or not, they just want your money. There are plenty of other cigarette stores in Lodi... stay away from this one. read more

I'm just a loyal customer whose been coming here for the last 3-4 years now and I would say this store definetly beats all other stores in Lodi, price wise. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Very RUDE employees. I purchased a vapor pen battery at this store on 11/1/2017. The item was defective It never worked. I returned to Lodi Cigarette's Plus on 11/9/2017. I live an hour away and I was unable to return sooner. The same person who sold me the item was there. I explained to him that the item was defective and did not work. He was extremely Rude, even Hostile, right from the start, he accused me of not buying the item there, he even called me a "Liar" and said he did not even carry that item anyway. I showed him the receipt (their receipt has Lodi Cigarette Plus on it. The item was coded as an accessory") I pointed out the exact SAME item(s) in their display case. He then said " We Do Not Refund". I I did not want a "refund" I just wanted an exchange on a defective item they sold me. I even told him I wanted to purchase a better higher priced item. He then stated "No Exchanges Either, and why you no buy better product in first place?" Ah because I expected it to work! I asked him to show me the signage stating their policy on "Returns/Exchanges" or "All Sales Final", there is no policy posted. (if there is signage now, I assure you, it was not present on 11/9/17) He refused to do anything and asked why I didn't come back sooner? I explained that I live an hour away and I was just in town for an appointment. Plus it had only been 8 days! He just shrugged his shoulders and said "too bad, you should bring back sooner" I told him I would be filing a Consumer Complaint with the BBB (which I did!) He said "Go ahead, I don't care, don't need you and just Get Out of Here!" I wish Yelp had a way to give businesses Negative stars, because this place deserves at least 3 Negative stars! I have Never been treated so rudely.....EVER. Please spend your money at another shop. There are many other tobacco shops in Lodi where they show APPRECIATION to their customers. The owner of this place is very rude and disrespectful to customers. I've been to this store twice recently and the owner acts like customers are a disturbance to his day while he talks on the phone. He was rude to the UPS drivers as well; then proceeded to call UPS and complain about them! I was there to buy Swishers and the owner proceeded to have a break down yelling at me, trying to "correct" me on the 2 pack for $1 is called a "single pack." I smiled and wanted to laugh as he seemed miserable lol. I will never return! read more
