We are switching to AT&T. is going to be half the price of what Verizon is charging us. Be careful they lied to you and they always say they're gonna call you back and they never do what they say. They are going to. This place is very unprofessional. I would never use them for a business or even a cell phone service. I got a call from Enrique and he said he was going to take care of it. The guy never even called me back. He straight lied to me. I really think he needs to get talked to you for lying to customers. I highly recommend staying away from this place and going to AT&T. The service is way better, we just got one phone line switched over just to try it out and so far we haven't had one drop call. We were getting Dropped calls from Verizon wireless daily. Update, we finally change services. I will start off by saying, if I could give 0 stars I would.... I was out of the country and speaking with a online chat rep on Tuesday. She gave me a price and a BOGO on the IPhone 12 Pro Max. Well now that we are back in the country, we went to the store to get this deal and all set up. We are moving 4 lines over from ATT now, with 4 more in about 8-10 months when the others are paid off. Made appointment online this morning for 3:00. We showed up at 3:00 to only be told they weren't taking customers because of COVID. I understand the COVID, but they should have called and told us as we drove 25 minutes each way. They did take us inside, but no help at all. Told the BOGO on the phone wasn't available anymore but no help on what we can do for you now. I am not talking one line, I am talking 4 lines now and 4 more soon and they didn't seem to care. Did you know ATT charges $70 per month for an Apple Watch line not attached to a phone line? Nether did I until I found out this Verizon store is full of complete incompetence. Should have looked at the review before wasting my time. My phone was working just fine until late last night. It said "Sim Failure". Went to Verizon, they said it was an Apple issue and has a few ppl come in today with the same thing. Called Apple, they couldn't help me BECAUSE ITS A SIM ISSUE, and the Sim card belongs to Verizon not Apple. After HOURS of back and forth, I called the Verizon 800 number and they reset my SIM card in minutes and my phone works perfectly fine. Employees here seem to either not be trained, lazy, or lead by bad management. Seems like this store needs to be closed or re-staffed. I will never step foot in this location ever! read more

My wife wanted to return a phone that she had purchased 3 weeks ago and exchange it for a different one because she didn't like it. The Manager Ronnie said that exchanges can't be made after 14 days and that there are no exceptions made. We asked if Verizon Customer Service allows exceptions and he said yes, but we'd have to call them and mail in the phone. His only suggestion was to pay off the phone and then resell it.. I was disappointed in the customer service provided by this store location today. I was checked by the manager and waited for 20 minutes. When a representative came to help me, she suggested I purchase my phone from apple after I said I wanted to purchase outright. When I switched my phone carrier from Verizon, whether by mistake or not, Verizon kept the SIM lock on my year-old phone. I had to go to the store in person to get this fixed because my number had already switched to the new carrier. The associate, Parker, was very polite and sat on hold with Verizon customer service to troubleshoot the issue. (Verizon was not helpful at all.) The new manager, Enrique (I hope I remembered his name right!) almost immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. Everyone was polite and helpful. I went to Home Depot and came back well within enough time to see the person below me get seen before me. After about 30 minutes of back and forth, I finally left with some sort of resolution, but believe me when i tell you it was a daunting task. If I could give ZERO star: back in October I bought an iPhone 8 for my brother-in-law to use it for 3 months then take the phone with him to Brazil. Before buying the phone, I specific asked the Salles person about phone compatibility to be used in Brazil, otherwise we wouldn't spend $650.00 in a phone. Of course the Salles person told us that it was not a problem at all. We just found out by a family member that specific model does not work with my brother-in-law phone company. We went to Verizon to solve the problem and they said: There is nothing we can do! In another words, VERIZON DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just want to sell. What an amazing experience! I decided to go on my lunch break & what a time I had lol. I called in route to the location and asked if they had any iPhone X and they confirmed they did so I rushed over. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and asked what brought me in and what did I want to do and was assigned to a person within 5 minutes. I was assigned to a woman by the name of Kayla. I've been with verizon since 1994 and I have never met any like her in store. I felt like we clicked like 2 old friends she made everything smooth and comfortable and walked me through every step of the way and didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want but she did offer me deals that were going on and gave me honest opinion on what size phone I needed. I walked in wanted a 256gb and she talked me into getting a 64gb. I left feeling like I should have gotten her social media because she was that freaking cool! Been a Verizon customer 11 years. As a former software developer for Motorola mobility, I know Verizon has high standards on engineering side and phone customer service. The stores are a different story, and the jerks in this store are another league. Tall Asian guy with glasses, stay away from him. He will try to upsell you into buying overpriced equipment you don't need and lie to do it. This moron tried to switch me to the Edge plan, and told me to get all the discounts I would be required to purchase the Edge Bundle for an extra $150. Guy then tells me that's all he can offer, I have to take that deal. Called up customer service and found out it was all nonsense, rep told me the store rep was straight up lying to try and make a commission. Straightened it out, went back into the store and got my phone upgrade without Edge, so much less complicated, and even then, next guy tries to upsell me on tablets. If you must walk in this store, trust absolutely no one. read more

The Livermore store was extremely helpful, understanding and welcoming getting the correct charger and sending us out the door and on our way in less than 5 mins.
