The entire staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Jason was our salesman, and he was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. At the end of the transaction, Devin, the manager, also stepped in to assist and made sure everything was completed smoothly. Both Jason and Devin were professional, friendly and truly focused on customer care. When I asked Devin if he could put the face protectors on our two phones he didn't hesitate a second. He said absolutely and did a perfect job which is one job we could never do properly and he was an expert at it! However, I experienced a outage that I could not troubleshoot, and I called customer service for help. However, the agent had a not-so-good attitude, which said I did not appreciate. For which he apologized by blaming it on me. For example, he said the box should have 3 cables. Mine had two. He insisted there were 3 over and over, implying that I had a significant lack of knowledge or experience in troubleshooting. Two of my relatives were with me and also confirmed the two cables, yet he kept insisting there are 3 and that we were mistaken in an exasperated tone. I have always had pleasant experiences with customer service agents, so this was quite shocking. He also did not explain things well. Only after repeated clarification questions could follow his directions. We ultimately were not able to fix the outage due to the cable situation. Hopefully, other agents are more helpful than this one, and only I have had this unpleasant experience. Otherwise, the internet service and installation process is great, I have had no other issues.
