Moises, the installer, arrived on time and did the entire installation himself in about 4 hours. He first set up a temporary antenna to check the download and upload speeds. Our speed was even better than what they had quoted. Once the antenna was set up on our roof, a cable is then connected to an outlet in our house. Once we set up our routers, everything worked seamlessly. Moises didn't leave until we confirmed that all of our devices were connected. Your phone may still be dead, and so you are left requesting that they come out to check. Inevitibly, they do find a signal and they charge you an arm and a leg. You are responsible for what you do with the signal at the box. Joseph came in and found that of the 4 lines that we had, 2 were crossed and one had a signal that would go on and off. He rewired everything and even called Xfinity to get everything in working order. In a world of cell phones, land lines are fading. And the technicians who work on the wiring are difficult to find. Keep TCS's phone number in your back pocket, you never know when you may need them.

Angel and Yurny arrived early, respectful of my home and wore booties, explained what they were doing, and took about an hour to complete the installation. They tested repeatedly and then stayed to help me set up the router and connect my devices. This took a little longer than expected and at first the app was grumpy. I can honestly say - this would have been stressful doing this alone because it took a good 4 attempts to get it situated. Once that was done, screaming fast internet was working! All of the account info is accessible on an app which provides a lot of information for me as a customer. I was quickly able to connect my computer, iPad and others. Angel and Yurny provided great advice on waiting to disconnect my other internet until I had moved off of the cable as well (I wouldn't have thought to do it this way) - appreciated their expertise. The raised price also covers our regular remote network maintenance, ensuring your network continuously runs at peak performance following the conclusion of the project. A large portion of business model is our post-install support and efforts to create peace of mind for our clientele regarding our systems." However on that quote was also a $70/mo service plan that was supposed to cover the aforementioned post-install support. I asked about the double charge for support and asked if I could bring my own equipment and they ignored my email So this company is SUPER SHADY and please review your quotes and google any equipment that they tell you that you need because 1. you probably don't need it (we ended up fixing the internet ourselves) and 2. they are probably overcharging you. Just run the quote through Claude or ChatGPT and ask if there's anything concerning in it. It will do all the research for you.
