Just noticed Smoker Friendly today even though we have lunch next door all the time. So glad we stopped in! Very friendly shop and Omar was very knowledgeable and helpful. Told him we smoked only while golfing and pointed out the ones we'd had before and liked and he gave us a great overview of the next ones to try. They have a decent selection of cigars (although not the largest selection) but their prices were 10-15% lower than other places in the area. I also told him about the trouble I was having filling a lighter I got off Amazon and Omar kindly took a look at it and filled it with butane for us! Impressed with the friendliness, service, and selection. This will be our go to smoke shop to pick up some cigars for our tee times! read more

Came in here today to buy some e-juice. The selection is so-so. Not great, not bad. The usual shop that I go to was closed so I came here instead. They charged me 28$ for a 60ml bottle, which is really pricey compared to most smoke shops. Normally I pay 20$ for the same bottle. They also charged me a 50¢ transaction fee for using my credit card. I'm sure this is against their card issuer agreement and could get into some trouble if they were reported. Anyways, got home and realized the bottle expired in 7/2018. Wonderful. Between their overpriced products, expired inventory, and "transaction fees", I will not be returning here. read more

I came here like 2 weeks ago to buy a vape pen and the guy (owner) seemed like he knew what he was talking about but he actually doesn't know a thing about vape pens. I bought a 50 dollar vape pen from him and it got messed up the same night so I went to return it and he was very rude about it. Wouldn't give me a refund nor exchange it. I am very disappointed just wasted 50 dollars on a pen. He also makes a lot of racist jokes anyways don't buy a vape from here. Then he says that he gave me a "big discount" and saying he showed me and when he did it worked fine but after a couple more hits it got messed up. I'm a newbie to pipe smoking. After some online self education I walked in to the Dublin location hoping to get some info, and purchase a pipe, tobacco and anything else I need. The employee's only response to any of my inquiries was to "look around". He helped several groups of punks that came in to talk about bongs and rolling papers. None of them bought a thing. With a minimal of salesmanship, he could easily have sold me a pipe and all the essentials, made $100 of more from me. I came here a couple months ago to get a piece. I'm sorry to say that it was not in fact "smoker friendly." It now sits unused in the back of my closet. Tell me why I tried to go back there for something else today. I showed up right at ten because that's when they're supposed to open and the store was definitely not open. I proceeded to wait in the parking lot for someone to show up and do their job. I wouldn't let myself wait more than 10 minutes out of principle, so I took off disappointed. It's a shame too - I was willing to put down some cash for something nice, if they had anything nice to offer that is. Stick to Berkeley if you can folks. read more

They keep it friendly and they're patient too which is dope because sometimes it takes me a while to choose with all the options, but they've never rushed me and they're cool about offering explanations for it all.
