Smoker Friendly is great everybody that works there is friendly and they have mango Juul pods! Thank you smoker Friendly!

Went in with minimal knowledge, Omar was incredible chill and very helpful. I had trouble explaining what I needed but he was able to figure it out and get me what I came for. read more

Drove from Hayward to get an atomizer for a puffco, seems everyone is out. Thankfully Smoker Friendly had them! Wonderful customer service and a great price! Will definitely recommend to my friends and come back! read more

Amazing customer service. The guy who helped me really knows his stuff and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Masks were worn and there is a limit for how many people can be inside at a time. Truly delightful experience. read more

The 2 guys that work at this place area always friendly. I think they're father and son? Anyway, they're both always prompt when giving service, i.e. not making you wait forever so you can get in and get out. I recently moved out here from the midwest and the mini cigarillos I buy here are actually cheaper(6.50 instead of 8 a pack)! The prices are either average or cheaper than average (cigarettes run about $4 a pack, black and mild about $4 a pack). Unfortunately the selection is limited. The largest part of their selection consists of pipes and things for people who roll their own tobacco, but I don't think I saw any canned/rolling tobacco? Anyway, for what they have the prices are discounted or about average. read more

One of the best smoke shops I ever been too. Owners really nice and the prices are great! Best customer service and they have a wide selection of products to choose from. Wouldn't recommend any other smoke shop than smoker friendly. read more

Great place for all your smoking necessities with great prices as well! If you are looking for a late night toke and out of papers? Make sure to get there before 7:00 PM (closing time)! The location is super convenient if you smoke and live in Dublin, because it is like right in the middle of Dublin. It is located right across the street in the back from Chipotle and Panera Bread, parking is fair for the place it is located at and how small of a plaza it is. They have accessories from grinders to kief catchers, from pipes to bowls, and everything else in between - absolutely love their wide variety of smoker related items! read more

Horrible services. I went in with my mom to purchase a vaporizer and the next day I had to take it back because it was leaking. I took it back and this young man was behind the counter and was so unbelievable rude and disrespectful... He asked me my religion, wether I was Christian or Muslim and when I stated Christian and said that my religion shouldn't matter he said no wonder and he proceeded to bash me and then started tapping his fingers on the glass table humming a melody and singing that he's broke and he has to pay rent and bills and he won't take it back. It was ridiculous. I straight turned around and walked out and didn't even care anymore about my faulty purchase. I felt my iq dropping in his presence. Horrible experience. Never going back. 0/5 stars read more

They Definitely have all your smoking needs ! I mean everything u can imagine. Bongs, papers, swishers and Backwoods. INCLUDING THE STUFF YOU PUT INSIDE OF THEM! By far the best THC cartridges ive found in San Ramon. Even better than the creepy guy behind the counter at Royal Novelties :) read more

The grand daddy of vapor e-cigs!! I was ready for a nicotine meltdown when I stumbled on this place thanks to yelp :). Thanks for owner's advice and support - he was knowledgable and guided me to the product that was right for me! Thank you read more

Small shop with plenty of off street parking options. Great selection of CBD products (oils, tinctures, gummies, creams). Associate was knowledgeable and super friendly. Will definitely make this my go-to CBD supplier. read more

I suggest people dont go to this shop. i went in yesterday to get a basic dabber setup cuz i broke my custom piece. they didnt have a very good selection. i reluctantly bought a piece from him for 55 dollars, it was originally priced at 70. i asked him what kind of perc it was and he didnt know, i then asked how much water to put in and he told me the wrong amount. i then went to try the piece out and it was leaking water out f the downstem, so imediatlly i took it back and he didnt want to give me my money back saying he could only give me a different piece of same value because they "dont do refunds". after me asking if he was the owner he called the boss and i got a refund. im never going back not even for a swisher with there dumb customer service read more

Great shop with really nice employees! The shop has what you need and you get to talk to the friendly staff. Omar is the best! 12/10

Dude is so cool and easy as hell to talk to. A big selection of juices. My brother and I mostly went for the coffee grinds pouches but was PLEASANTLY surprised about the selection of products that are available here. 10/10 would recommend and I'm sure they have 10x more things than your local smoke shop. read more

This is my second review for smoker friendly. Omar is awesome you can really tell he cares about the customers. I trust him on flavors I pretty much ask him and he knows what I like so he recommends things I will like. I will not go to another smoke smoke due to smoker friendlys awesome customer service read more

I always get my hookah flavor here and as I started needed accessories for my hookah the staff was very helpful. A man by the name wally showed me his hoses and he by far had the longest hose in any smoke shop in Northern California! Definitely recommend this place read more

Definitely one of my favorite smokeshops in the bay. They always are very educated on all of the products and love to educate the people on what they are buying which I respect a lot. read more

Great selection and even better service! As far as smoke shops to go to, this is the one!

This is definitely my go to shop. The owner is cool and they are helpful/knowledgeable and have great service regardless of what you come in to buy. They also have a lot of items for good prices that are reliable, it's definitely worth stopping by. read more

A shout out to this shop. Omar and his sisters are great. I've been going here awhile and have gotten to know them and they are great. They don't force sales on you, they are very helpful and good people in general. I recently made the change to vape and they made it easy for a guy that's been smoking cigs for 30+years. Not only do they show good business skills but I've also shared with them all some very personal challenges I've been through and they always have an ear to listen. Poor Omar sees me and goes oh no what now I bet. Anyhow thank you all and I will keep coming back. P.S good luck Star read more

Omar is a really great guy he's very honest. He helped me pass a drug test without using fake piss or a detox drink. I recommend everyone to come and buy from him because he has lower prices on nicotine products than other shops. read more

Love coming here! I've been here multiple times, and they always have the flavors and items I'm looking for. All of the workers here are so helpful, can give great tips about each product, and friendly; especially Mariam and Star. I've been to other locations, but this one tops them all. read more

When looking for Vape and Vape accessories. Omar's shop is the spot to go. He's very honest and fair with his pricing. The shop can get busy at times, don't get frustrated. Just be patience and wait, because they will take care of you. I've just seen too many people get upset because its busy and they think Omar is hiding a secret employee in the back lol. read more

Very good customer service both very nice and polite i always go here and no other place VERY RECOMMENDED! :)

This is one of the most friendly smoke spots available. I would have to say that Omar provided some of the best customer service care I've ever seen. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the products he was dealing with. Being from Texas there are not as many options as there are in California for medicinal purposes. If you need the knowledge and are seeking help visit Omar at Smoker Friendly. Love you buddy! H-Town read more

this is the only place i go for real bongs and specialty pipes the rigs are unique and the service is unmatched! great job sir!

went here in hopes to find a nice cheap grinder and i did!!! $5.99 baby... HOLLA!! no more sticky fingers!!

I knew what I wanted already so it was mostly just in and out. But the guy up front wasn't very welcoming and not very talkative either...

great people to deal with Miriam is very helpful on the phone!

I walked in only needing some screens, which don't cost too much. What kind of idiot doesn't have a dollar in cash? Me, that's who.....the owner of the place took pity on me, sparing me the embarrassment (and him the extra cost) of running a credit card for a buck. He gave me the screens. It might seem like a small thing but it's a big gesture and I'll remember it. This is my place from now on and I recommend it. read more

I bought a diamond glass ash catcher from this store on my birthday and it was a really sick piece and it was a great deal. However, it broke during the first use and it was a clean cut. I called the store and the guy working there told me to come back in. After evaluating it and talking to his boss, we managed to settle a deal that I would get an exact replacement with a purchase of an item. This was a great deal and I was very pleased and I don't know whether it broke because it was just that particular piece. Good customer service, but not 100% sure about the products there. The new ash catcher works perfectly fine and is fine so far so I can't complain. read more
