I came in wanting just a new filter, and was happy to see that they had a variety of different colors and types. Joseph helped me pick one out that was my favorite shade of purple. I ended up leaving with 3 new oils, I highly recommend the apple and triple berry, and a new battery pack too. They offer you a $4 discount if you buy 3 oils or more. I really like this place! Although it does not allow you to try flavors before you buy like a Vape lounge it is a really great place to go for juice, mods, or any other Vape related accessories. Also you can Vape inside with your own Vape which is cool! The owner is the guy behind the counter I believe and he vapes all the time LOL. I found this place on yelp and noticed that they had a crazy big selection of juices available for sale - especially ones that I have never been able to find in stores in the bay area like steep pop deez, crackerjack flavored E juice. Today I just tried their owner recommended flavor of aegis called ruthless which is a coffee tobacco flavor and it is absolutely amazing! their selection is huge and their prices are reasonable. They even offer a stamp card where you get free juice after 10 stamps. The man behind the counter was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about Vape's and how they work and was able to help me figure out an issue with my Boyfriends vape and that the juice we were using was expired. Until this is corrected, I will go ahead and leave another 5 star review here as well, as I not only support this local business, I appreciate the owner, and I have never received anything but amazing service and really good, more than fair and reasonable prices on the product that I always go to The Tabacco Hut to purchase. Bought a couple items at this location that came out to 10 something, so I gave them 21 to receive a 10 in change. I realized later that I left my change at the store... so I went back but caught the store attendant as she was walking back to her car. She informed me her drawer had been 10 dollars over for the day and that she didn't know how it was over. When I called back the next day to collect my money the owner informed me he wasn't over all of a sudden. So basically they ripped off a long, long time customer for 10 dollars. TL/DR; If you need the essentials for your wax/concentrate vaporizer needs, they have it. Cheap and good enough quality, as good as you will find anywhere else. My 510 battery decided to crap out on me one cold, February night. Spent the morning at work digging through yelp for a good place, near work. to get a replacement. Came across this place. Walked in, and was impressed by the atmosphere and quality of the joint. As a previous tobacco smoker, I liked the choices of cigars and accessories. Honestly, I thought this place was a smidge too high-brow for my vaporizer and wax/concentrate attachments. The name out front threw me off as well, as it said "Tobacco & Cigars Hut". There were two employees, the owner and a nice women that greeted me as I walked in, who was stocking cigars. The man was behind the counter, I told him I needed a new battery. To be honest, this was my first replacement for it, and I had no idea what EXACTLY I needed. After a bit of back and forth, he educated me and I knew I needed a 510 battery. Didn't make me feel dumb about it either. Showed me my options and although it was just the one (he MAY have had minis, not sure) they were decent quality/size . Taller than I had, so that's nice. He also had the chargers for the batteries, which I needed. The best part was the price, I fully expected to pay around $40 for both items out the door, but was pleasantly surprised. The batter was $19.99. The charger was $6.99 or so. All around I was a happy customer. The weekend passes and I realize the wick in my coil/skillet is completely shot. Decide to try this place again. I was very pleased to find he sells replacement coils for $5.99. Again, so, so reasonable. I didn't need it either, but I believe he sells the atomizer/glass dome for $10 or so, again very, very good. The best thing about this place is the prices, please keep that going. I also noted there were two gentlemen getting their ecig/tank needs taken care of there as well. While not an expert on the stuff, the place seemed to have a decent selection and priced well. read more

I give this place two stars just because they have a ok selection of vape product. The ejuice is priced about right. As for the mods they are way over priced, you can find them cheaper online. My biggest issue is that the last time I went there I was looking for a new ejuice. I was told he talked to the vendor that it would come in next week and to leave my phone number. I waited the week, no phone call. I called them to ask if the ejuice ever came in. He said the vendor still doesn't have it, but he still has my number and he will give me a call. Another two weeks goes by, I just ordered the ejuice online. As you can tell this wasn't a pleasant experience for me. No courtesy call to let me know, "Hey we're never going to get that particular ejuice." I was willing to pay the extra money just so I didn't have to order it online and wait. This place is freakin awesome!! I was doubting coming here at first fir my vaping needs since it was a cigar shop but wheni walked in and talked to Joe, all my doubts went away. Joe has some the best prices for juice & has great deals for new setups. I bought my new setup: sigelei150, aspire triton, 2 vtc4s, and some cuttwood juice. Joe even gave me a free bottle of juice. I usually purchase my products online, but my order wasn't going to make it on time due to shipping delays and my Aspire Nautilus coils crapped out during work. I looked online and found this place was right near the office, so I took a short trip over. The product selection is great and the ejuice flavor choices are decent for the size of the store. The store says "Tobacco Hut", but there is a large selection of vape supplies and ejuice. Joe (the owner) is a great guy and knows his stuff. I was at a point where I wanted to go from using an iStick box mod to sub-ohm vaping. I could have ordered online and saved about $20 for a new setup, but the extra $20 spent in-store was worth it. Joe set me up with a full kit (including battery) at a fair price. When you figure ordering online and paying for tax + shipping, the cost evens out anyways. What I DID get from shopping in-store and paying that extra $20 is exceptional customer service and confidence in the product I purchased. I got a Kangertech Cupti, which is a great sub-ohm box mod. Joe helped me set it up and showed me how to use it, including changing + priming the coil. He also showed me the recommended "sweet spot" settings. Joe never pushes anything on you and is always happy to answer any questions. As far as recommendations, Joe listens to what you like and tries his best to suggest the best ejuice that would suit you (especially for something as important as an ADV). Sure, you could argue about price or anything else, but if you're looking for great customer service (which is exceedingly rare these days) and an owner who not only knows his stuff, but does his best to help you in every single way? This is the place to go. I've been to many vape shops in the area and I was not impressed with the customer interaction and treatment, so I started to strictly order online.
