Just came in for Loose Leaf's which are typically between $10-$12 anywhere else but this guy charges $16. I already should've tired away at the up-sale price but I was in already there and in a hurry. I opened the pack in front of the store employee to see if they were fresh and they were stale and old. I asked him if I could exchange the pack since he just witnessed me pay for and open a $16 pack that was of no use. He tried to sale me other packs and charge me more money. When I realized he was not going to accommodate me for their poor product quality, I decided to just leave rather than argue. I think that if your store is responsible for selling OLD AND LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, then they should be willing to take accountability and correct the mistake.
