Well, let me start off by saying the service is always amazing. The staff is great, always friendly laughing telling me about new products, incense torches lighters T-shirts. They have all sorts of stuff, air freshener room freshener. The selection goes on and on and on and on the value is great reasonable prices there's parking There's also a cool ass taco truck in the parking lot sell some fire food up in there. good prices are reasonable but you gotta go to twilight zone first then go check out the tacos. I'll be stopping by the shop to pick up a few goodies all right until my next field trip to the twilight zone to see my favorite two workers there I gotta catch their names. If I could give a zero star, I most definitely would. The young lady with green hair sold my husband a product and wouldn't let him take it AFTER the purchase. She then tells him he needs to get me inside with an ID since she had already sold it to him under a card that she did not verify before hand. When I came inside to speak about it and grab my already purchased product, the gentleman with long blond hair decided to call me names like "goofball" because he could have "just refunded" my card for my own protection. They were wrong for selling the product if they want to check for ID it should be prior to the purchase. The customer service was terrible, the situation should not have escalated and had they not had attitude and what not, the situation could have been fine. Thank you for the glass piece, I needed it. Work on the customer service and your products will be worth it Update: Man.... the icing on this cake ended up being the terrible quality of this glass that I ended up with it's a joke to say the least. I'll update with pictures one day but to explain, the breather hole doesn't line up with the device unless the glass sits in the crown at a terribly offset angle I've retired this glass only days after owning it because it looks ridiculous on the base. It had been a while since I've stepped foot into this awesome place. I live and work on the other side of town. Anyhow, this place isn't really a store, more like a supermarket because if you look around while you're in there, you'll see everything you could possibly need, along with things you didn't know existed but would like to have. I stopped by to see if they had a Mighty vaporizer, and lo and behold, they did! Baya was nice enough to help me and be sure that I was walking out with the Mighty as opposed to the similar looking Crafty. Alright, so my Twilight review is long since overdue, but I assure you I will give it my all... So I guess that one might file the Twilight Zone Under specialty stores, because of the products it carries, or the people to whom it caters. Call it what you will, the Twilight Zone is Hayward's very own smoke shop. They provide the Haystack with bongs, pipes, lighters and all other smoking paraphernalia that one might need for enhancing their uh tobacco habits. They have posters, lube, incense, porn and so much more than just a few smoking tools. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable staff to handle your every question, trust me I went to school with these guys, (they've worked here forever). Plus, the prices are hellza cheap compared to some other shops that shall remain nameless. They moved to this location several years back and it could not have been a better choice since it's really easy to get to and only a few miles from each freeway. Essentially, if you are in need of something that you think this place may be able to help you find then stop on by sometime and see what all the fuss is about. This place is awesome!! I've been here a couple times and had amazing experiences both times. I used to go to Smokey's, but this place is way better. The storefront is nice and open, plenty of room to walk around (at Smokey's I feel like if I'm not super duper careful, I'll knock things over), and I have never felt pressured to buy something - every employee there is super chill! I went in today and dropped almost $200. Got a nice new glass water pipe, and amazing bowl (Walter White's head!! I asked for the biggest one and he let me switch it out for $5!), two solutions of cleaner, a tray, roller, some papers, and incense. Their prices for pipes and large pieces are hard to beat.. Great deals! I recommend this place over Smokey's and a lot of other smoke shops. You'll get treated with amazing respect no matter what gender or race you are. They truly treat everyone equally (I often get talked down go for being a girl in smoke shops), and are always happy to help. read more

Went in there to purchase CBD carts and they sold me flavored oil with NO CBD. Went to return it and the manager/owner had the audacity to blame me for purchasing the wrong item when their employee sold me the wrong item. I specifically told them what I was asking for, and they sold me flavored oil. How is that my fault? Needless to say, they lost a very long time customer, because the owner is extremely rude and very unprofessional! So save your time and money and find another smoke shop that actually knows their products. read more

This is probably my favorite head shop. The employees are nice and friendly and are always willing to help. There are tons of stuff to choose from to posters, porn, apparel, little nick knacks, and other stuff. Prices are legit and not overprice. Are used to shop here every day and let me tell you I loved this place. Today I tried to make an exchange because the torch I bought wasn't working, and I needed to ask for help. I was greeted by a girl who disregarded my concerns about the faulty product and turned me to the owner. After about three minutes of talking to the owner he literally started yelling at me about how I was disrespectful and he couldn't replace my product because he would lose money. The other customers in there were shocked and couldn't believe that he was yelling at me, I asked him repeatedly to stop and eventually I left empty-handed. Never going back there again and I would not recommend anyone to ever go there. It's really really unfortunate because that place has good variety, just expect to be yelled at I guess read more

I rarely comment on customer service because its hard to find a place with genuinely good customer service, this place is the exception. I came in to buy a piece for my water pipe (forgot the name of the piece) once i was at the shop and paying for my item, I realized that I needed an extra little piece that was about a couple of bucks even tho they take credit cards and all forms of other payments i only had cash at the moment and didnt have enough, but the manager was so cool that he left me have it for free. They remember their customers, but if you're new to the shop, or you frequent their amazing selection, they treat everyone with the same excellent customer service.i I came in here looking for something very specific, and they told me everything about the product I was buying. A bit hard to find at first, but look for the big sign after the Lyons resturant. People know what they're talking about, and I've been satisfied with my purchases.
