Love this place! Great customer service.....the cute little chick in there is super chill

I just went in earlier tonight 20 minutes before closing to return a defective can of butane that was no longer refilling my lighter. It was just spitting fuel everywhere except inside the lighter. I brought my other can, that I thought was lost but was found, to confirm the new can to be defective and not caused by the lighter or user error. I asked if I could exchange it for a different item of similar price since I found my previous can. The manager, as well as the associate, that were closing tonight (11/09/15) were very polite, professional, understanding, and helpful despite my unusal request. It has become more rare to encounter management and employees that genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction above all else, even when it's so close to time to g.t.f.o. That being said, I wanted to show my appreciation towards the two individuals that know what's good. read more

I been coming here for a while now and this review is over due. I have met the owner and all of the employees at this location in my visit. I can say I DO NOT think that you will find more friendly employees with better customer service or knowledge anywhere. I will continue to shop here and they have my business for life. read more

Went in here today to check out the place... The hookah selection was ok... no brands like MYA or KM... If you know what you're looking for then just go in and out. They have a wide and cheap selection of Starbuzz shisha... 11.95 for 100 gms and 19.99 for 250 grams... Silver coated charcoals are 9.99... Workers here are ok.. One question one answer basis. Doesn't really matter to me because after all we're not there to make friends hahahahah.. Pretty cheap compared to online hookah store prices minus shipping as well. Must be hit or miss here, but recently the service was amazing! Aaron took his time showing me what I came in for, and was very patient when I asked about other products and their uses. I found out I can bring in my Volcano to see if it can be serviced since they see the reps, which is sweet! Nice selection of glassware, and tons of accessories and other stoner related paraphernalia. I'm not sure if the prices are high or not, but they seem to be in line with other shops in the area... One star missing because there ARE times when the employees can seem put upon to walk to the other side of the counter to help you, however those are not the times I spend my money! I consider it a good local shop, and hopefully they read the reviews about customer service - Aaron is a winner! :) read more

It has a very large selection. I've been looking for a pipe for a while. I wanted something aesthetically pleasing and well made. I was in the area and stopped in. I'm glad I did. Purchased: 2 Solopipes 2 Smokebuddies 1 Mendo Mulcher 1 Butane Can(FREE). I wasn't sure what to expect when picking up my first set of true supplies for tobacco enjoyment, and had done some research online as to what I wanted, but wanted advice from people who had actually used the products instead of a)pretentious and rude people who didn't want to answer questions over the phone(a la places I had called), b)People who didn't know the products, or c)People who didn't have everything I needed. Robert, the helpful and knowledgable employee at the place, not only could handle all the questions asked, but was willing to point out people who didn't know what he did, and was quite friendly. This place is definitely a hidden gem for buying all your supplies, has the right prices, and a knowledgeable staff. If you're in or near Hayward, and you need supplies, do NOT waste your time going elsewhere-go see these people, and they will be able to take care of you. 5 star rating all day, and I'll be back. read more

I came in here to buy a vaporizer for herbs, the guy who helped me out was super friendly at first and pushed on with the sale he told me one pen in particular has a 3 month warranty in the store. I ended up picking a different pen that had an option for e juice as well. They hooked me up with a good price but still ended up paying around $65.00 for the product. I got home and tried it out and the product was a total fail the e juice feature was not worth it at all, it didn't have any vapor coming out and I was very unsatisfied. I went back to the shop and asked if there was anything that they could do for me since I bought so much stuff there before and have recommended multiple people to go to the shop. They did switch me to the g pen I got home and opened it up to find out that there was a screw lose inside the product and everytime I would use it, it would make noise like a shaker. I was very concerned by this and decided that I would take it back to get the product replaced. I then got to the shop and was helped by the same guy who sold it to me but this time he was not friendly. He and his other coworker told me that there was nothing that they could do besides give me another device for half off, why would I want to pay $30 more dollars to get a working device that I already paid for? The guy even went on to say that, "we could go back and forth until 9pm." I then told him that I will come back when the owner is in. It's like when the sale was being made they were so friendly and telling me hat I can bring the product back if there is any defects and then when I came back I was being treated like a criminal that was trying to scam them. I came back when the owner was in and it was just even worse from there. I talked to the owner and he said he knew about the situation and he flat out said that he will not exchange the product for me even after examining it and hearing the loose screw. He even asked the employee if the product was messed up when he sold it to me, but that guy never even opened it from the package to check it. The owner then went on saying that even Costco wouldn't return to me and I responding saying yes Costco would. His response was well this isn't Costco... Very confusing analogy. He then hit me with the last straw that caused me to write this review and to leave the shop immediately. He said that no matter if he exchanged the device for me today that I would be back tomorrow to do the same thing again. I told him with complete sincerity that I wouldn't do that I just wanted a good product but then he went on saying that I only care about myself and I don't give a Fu** about anyone else. I don't need to be treated like a horrible person for $65.00. So I left after he said the badword and I will definitely never be back and will make sure all of the people I know will never go there either. read more

this place sucks .return policy sucks got me for 40 dollars for what i could have got new off the net for 5 bucks . and what advice they gave me before i bought it was wrong. yeah he showed me it worked but did a swich on me and gave me a used broken one. that they were stuck with. went back an hour later .aw sorry man no returns. this place dont even deserve one star. read more
