When we walked in we said hello to the older lady behind the counter and she ignored us. I didnt think anything of it. We all get distracted hy whatever were doing at the time. At the counter, my friend picked up a thinner cigar and gave it a whiff to see if he likes it. The older lady scolded him for touching it. I've been to quite a few cigar shops and Ive never seen the staff prevent you from finding something you like. If anything, youre encouraged to smell the tobacco, etc because youre more likely to buy something if it pleases the senses. She went around checking around most of the tables to see how her patrons are doing. She avoided eye contact with us and didnt check up on us a single time. Also, she asked a paying patron who was alone to get up and sit at another table so she can fit more people on the table he was at. That is unprofressional. If you that in dining, youd lose a custoner. Never ask a sitting customer to move after they have sat. Profressionalism goes a long way. I have reccommended this establishemnt to multiple people over the past 2 years. That ends. When you act like a snobby bear, why would I keep coming? Be professional and treat all your customers equally. Upon leaving she didnt say goodbye or thank you. Manners are important. Im not sure what her problem is
