Flourish is a workplace cafe located in an office building. It has such a welcoming appeal with big open doors and bright colors. Although a workplace cafe, this is also open to non-working customers. Drinks were great - we ordered a Madeline latte and a coconut matcha with strawberry drizzle. Both drinks are a little bit on the sweet side (which we like), so be sure to request less sweet if you don't like your coffee too sweet. Sandwiches were ordered were also delicious and we're looking forward to trying other food next time. There are plenty of tables and seating with plugs which is a plus. flourish is definitely flourishing! food is good, drinks not so much, ambiance 10/10 location - in those like business plaza places. it's huge but indoor seating is limited so you might have to suffer from uv radiation outside. oh well the tanner the better i suppose. i like the design but it's pretty in a corporate kind of way (neutral colors neutral art neutral everything). service was great! they brought the food to us which was nice. there's also private study rooms with tv and armchair in case you need to cry over work alone. hashtag rise and grind. there's even this private room called 'the den' for any corporate lion gnawing on the meat of productivity. the food - latte is okay. kind of weak. they use equator which is above average. lavender london fog is also okay, i thought it was way too sweet and watered down. we tried their poke bowl - not too bad! a bit salty but very refreshing. the cuban soup was pretty good too but could've had more depth in flavor. overall it's not bad given the price and ambiance but if you are looking for a culinary masterpiece you will not find it here. bathrooms are hard to find - go to the back and pass the glass doors. if you go all the way down the corridor the bathrooms are on the left! overall worth a visit, maybe i will come back during finals read more

This place serves as kind of a hybrid workspace, café, and coffee spot. The space itself is beautiful, bright, and welcoming. The service here is friendly and of the limited food items I tried, I thought the food here was good as well! I was in the area looking for a space to get some work done while getting my caffeine fix. Found this place and thought it looked interesting. Maybe it's the area I live in down in Southern California, but we don't typically have spaces like this. During my visit, I think I only scratched the surface as I set up on a little table and did some work while enjoying my food. But I think you can reserve some conference spaces or work rooms as well here. The hours or days open are pretty much in line with a conventional work week so I think that's one of their specialties. I got the minestrone soup which tasted really fresh with quality ingredients and I got the coffee which was also great. I briefly talked to someone there and they prepare their foods fresh from a central location and distribute to some of the other spaces they service. Flourish is a beautifully situated cafe in Bishop center. They have a spacious indoor and outdoor space, with a well-landscaped lawn and baby ducks waddling around. There are plenty of healthy lunch options and signature drinks. I ordered their seasonal cardamom latte and turkey pesto sandwich with roasted peppers. Love this workspace. Lots of comfy seating, power outlets, good coffee, and usually quiet enough for taking calls. They also have a number of private meeting rooms that can be reserved. Food is hit or miss--didn't like their cobb salad, but enjoyed their breakfast burrito. Not on the menu but I like to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese as well. Some days are super busy so best to come early and leave earlier. They close earlier on Mondays and Fridays (at 2pm), but other days they're open until 5. This might sound odd but I like how diverse the crowd is here--not just tech/remote workers and office workers but couples enjoying coffee together, firefighters and police officers, retired/older folks/locals looking for a slower and quieter space, friends catching up, etc. read more

Awesome place. The lady that runs the cafe is extremely professional, if not a little over zealous with her punctiliousness sometimes but that's a small fault. My main reason for leaving this comment: Flourish typically leaves the main doors open even on warm days. Ok - perhaps understandable at times for the customers who like to sit outside. But today there is a heat advisory and it's 104 degrees. I'm guessing an astounding amount of energy is literally going out of the enormous double doors to cool down customers who choose to sit outside. Ummm...carbon emissions and climate change? I hope that the management gets this and attends to this waste of money and carbon emissions. read more

When working remotely from San Ramon's Roundhouse Conference Center, I find tons of lunch options from Bishop Farms and Quarterly, and of course nearby City Center. I'm always up for something new so I took a 15-minute hike down Camino Ramon and past Bollinger Canyon to wind up at Flourish. Its a nice coffee bar / sandwich and salad cafe with a variety of seating arrangements, much like a business class lounge at an airport. You'll have access to free WiFi and can decompress, work, or study. Just outside you can sit next to some nice fountains. The food is solid here. I enjoyed their Blood Orange Arnold Palmer and ordered their pesto chicken flatbread with herbed fries. The flatbread was loaded with cheese and was very pizza-like with cherry tomatoes to go along with the chicken. Decent side salad and crispy, herby fries. I may come back again, though its probably better to drive here and not lug a heavy backpack with laptop during a hot Sam Ramon summer day. read more

My favorite new coffee spot. Unexpected find. Positive vibes cafe/coffee bar with great employees. Excellent supervisor/manager (Amanda). Everyone is friendly and conversational if you find passion in having good chats. They love their jobs here. I like the coziness and comfortable tables & chairs too. First impression, place was for office/workplace meetings and good research/study space. Professionals here. My drive into the parking lot was beautiful in landscaping/well maintained. Gardener was on the job. It was definitely the place for me. Plain croissant was huge! Large cup white mocha was light. Veggie breakfast burrito was made to perfection and comes with the avocado dip plus salsa dip. Everything tasted on point and very good in quality. Atmosphere was like magnetic magic that paired well with my cafe/coffee shop mindset. Even the Coffee People books on the table were filled with colorful stories, artworks, and words of wisdom for coffee lovers. Must be fate. I really like this place as it resonates well with me. It's the feeling of high level peace of mind here. Best of all? Inexpensive. My $20 cafe budget was worth every moment here. Loved the food presentations on my plate and excellent service as needed. Highly recommended. I will be back and look forward to checking out other upcoming new cafe spots in the region. They have soft openings at other spots with different cafe businesses coming soon. This is a really cool new spot for work or studying! It's usually pretty easy to get a good seat and they have outlets all over if you need to plug in a laptop or any other device! They also offer a small menu but it has some pretty solid selections. I tried the strawberry matcha( which was a 10/10) and a panini which was also really tasty! This is one of my new go to places to get some studying done as it is usually pretty quiet, and there is plenty of space and parking which is sometimes hard to find at other local coffee shops and cafes! read more

My sister introduced me to it and I wished I lived closer. (Or maybe it's good that I don't, otherwise I'd spend way too much money here...) The falafel panini I got was delicious, and I also got a matcha pandan latte. On top of that, cafe is GORGEOUS! Floor to ceiling windows, beautiful interior design, and plants galore. This was such an amazing spot to work if you work from home and need a change of scenery! The staff was so friendly and helpful! My toffee matcha and fries was so amazing. Inwas too late for breakfast. I was so busy working that I was unable to capture the essence of the space. I love how they have rooms you can reserve some of the rooms for a fee. Flourish is my favorite place to get some work done while in San Ramon. I think the biggest draw of Flourish is that it's a coworking space. The space is beautiful. They have plenty of seating indoors and lots of outlets. They even have private rooms that you can reserve, just for yourself or with bigger groups. They also have lots of seating outdoors and the wifi reaches out there too. Perfect if you want to enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the fountains outside. Cafe-wise, it gets the job done. They've got a menu of your classic espresso drinks along with a seasonal rotating menu of flavors. They also offer quick lunches (sandwiches, salads, etc) and pastries in the morning. The coffee is good, the pastries are fresh, and they also have a lot of options if you're not into coffee. Staff is always super helpful and kind. They go above and beyond with hospitality and are always willing to make sure you have whatever you need to have a comfortable experience. There's tons of parking nearby so you'll never have issues with that. I'm here at least once a month and I don't see that changing in the months to come! read more

Im a bit torn on this rating. Some things deserved a 5 star such as customer service and ambiance and price points. However, I felt the things that were lacking were the coffee (I've been in specialty coffee for over 15 years), the food (it seemed a bit basic to me), the parking wasn't in abundance - it actually took a while to find parking. I loved the scenery. But if Im rating this on an overall experience, I have to go with 3 stars when you factor everything in. I will head back next week and hopefully it'll be a bit better! This is hands down one of the best coworking spaces in the East Bay. Touted first and foremost as a cafe, you don't need to pay to enter nor do you need to make a purchase. If you do, you'll be pleased to find that food and beverage is reasonably priced. I ordered a marshmallow cold foam cold brew (must try) for only $5 which is cheaper than other coffee shops. They have a small but solid food menu. I didn't order anything to eat, but the smells wafting from the kitchen were tempting. I found a secluded desk to work from with plenty of outlets and space to spread out. This cafe is at the bottom of an office building, so you'll see plenty of people coming and going. I had a call to take, so asked the barista how much a private room would be. It's free for building tenants, but $50 for 2 hours. It's a very well appointed space with plenty of room for meetings, and I would certainly come here to work again if I find myself in the area! read more

Flourish has been all over my tik tok for several weeks and finally decided to drop in. They are only open during the work days and I loved it so much that I dropped in twice this week! Middle of the afternoon is busy but about mid morning is much more relaxed with plenty of seating. My first time on Monday was great. I tried their turkey pesto and the strawberry matcha and was very impressed! Keep in mind that they stop having breakfast in the afternoon. So I made it my mission to return later that week in the morning to try their breakfast burrito and a coffee. BUT I didn't read that they stop breakfast after 10 and between the hours of 10-11 or 11-12, I can't remember, their kitchen is completely closed. So all they have is the to go options. Lowkey, this was very annoying. Especially because I took time before work really hoping to try the breakfast burrito. Sigh. The coffee was really tasty though but the Caesar wrap was underwhelming compared to their panini. Maybe some other time I'll finally be early enough to get to try the breakfast. I will add, and I hope management sees this, that there is an employee that has helped me both times this week and he is half the reason I knocked it down a star. Both times I've walked in he always seems annoyed that he had to take my order. Matter of fact the first time I walked in he looked at me then walked right past me and didn't return to the register. So I just stood there waiting for someone. Finally one of the ladies working there walked over and she helped. Walked in again this week in the morning and still the same attitude with this guy. Not interacting, just a sour attitude. Any question I asked was either no response or a short yes or no. At first I thought his bad attitude was the lunch rush and maybe being overwhelmed but even in the morning when it was calm the attitude remained. I really hope they address this because this almost makes me not want to come back. And honestly if it wasn't for me wanting to show my husband that dang panini I probably wouldn't return with service like that. Also, a suggestion on maybe changing their breakfast hours to 11 for those of us who work a lil later in the morning would be great. Flourish at Orchards is a restaurant and cafe attached to a modern office and coworking space. The cafe itself was spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating with modern decor and furniture. Their menu included globally-inspired offerings, and I tried the Mezze Platter, which came with hummus, whipped feta, sliced cucumbers, za'atar flatbread, olives, and falafels. The flatbread and cucumbers went nicely with the hummus (a bit on the grainy side) and the feta dip (which had a nice salty flavor), but my favorite component was the earthy, herbaceous falafels. I also tried the Thai Shrimp Bread Salad, which was actually a simple salad of mixed greens with a Thai twist, topped with shredded green papaya, mango, peanuts, roasted shrimp, and croutons (the "bread"), all tossed in an acidic vinaigrette. This place is the answer to my prayers! I have always wondered when San Ramon would catch up and get away from franchise chains like Starbucks and Peets. I miss the aesthetic cafes of Europe...and even the Midwest! This cafe is everything I've wanted. The vibe is peaceful and friendly, the food is delicious, the drinks have been on point, and the decor is stunning. Tons of parking. It's pristinely clean and the attention to detail is fantastic. I absolutely love this cafe! I always stop by for a coffee and sometimes a midday matcha run which never disappoints. They have so many syrups to choose from to add into your coffees or matcha which is always fun to try a new flavor. Their lunch options are also very delicious and they have a new special that they offer each week. They also have happy hour a few days a week. The workers are so sweet and hospitable.
