This place is always a place to get any kind of teas, appetizers, or desserts. Something small if you get hungry but for the drinks is everyone's taste. I love getting drinks here and even their bubble waffles is sooo good. This location had a cute interior with seatings and also a claw machines to play and get toys. Well, that's just a bonus for any customers. Fast and friendly services is a must especially if you're obeying your thirst, which for me and my party case since we are eating next door. Definitely recommend this place. Now I posted a pic if you don't believe me.

Regular boba prices around $7-$8 each. I forgot our my Happy Lemons Rewards account until after I paid, and points could not be redeemed after paying. Don't be like me. Location is good, right next to 99 Ranch. Drinks were ok. Will come if in the vicinity. Will not purposely make a trip to here. I prefer TP Tea.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded. Drink came out quick but they warned us the waffle would come in 10 min. We didn't mind the wait but the quality of the waffle was not good this time. It was soft, floppy , just not the usual crispy one. We got the Oreo one. Maybe only the original one is crispy and good. mango matcha smoothie was good with a lot of mango taste.

On the strip in an upstairs food court area. Here around 230pm on a Sunday and Happy Lemon is the busiest out of all the other businesses. I got in line but then ordered in the app and got out of line to wait. Use the app and get your rewards! Also check in on yelp! I got a free drink. They were really nice and gave me the free drink (Okinawa fresh milk) even though I already submitted my order in the app before checking in on yelp. Not sure about parking since we walk the strip. They have seating for all businesses there. I always get the boba milk tea and add crystal boba and half sweet at all the happy lemons I go to and it's always great and consistent. This is non dairy or at least it never gives me issues. The fresh milk one is real dairy so take a dairy pill if you need it. They have a $1 upgrade to a 32 ounce cup but it's huge! Maybe in summer when it's hot outside. Nice to pick it up and bring it back to our room to enjoy. Thank you for opening up a good boba place on the strip for us non drinkers and kids!

I was a big fan of this specific Happy Lemon location here, but visited tonight (google, yelp, etc show it as open) but they are no longer a Happy Lemon! Same employees, similar appearance inside, but they offer boba, bahn mi and snacks now. It's now called jade's teacup cafe and has its own yelp page :)

This place totally surprised me with all the delicious things on their menu but we were there for one purpose only. My husband wanted me to try the iced coffee with the cheese curds on top. I know it sounds sketchy. Lol, but it was surprisingly good. The service was fast, the place is in a shopping mall so there is plenty of parking, it was clean and plenty of seats. I will be back to try something else.

Happy Lemon is honestly a boba shop that I put in the same tier as stores like Quickly so I personally don't have super high expectations whenever I go to one. I haven't gone to other Happy Lemons recently, but I wish this one in particular would adopt the idea of having kiosks inside the store to make the ordering process much easier instead of having to order in front of a cashier. I know some people like ordering at a cashier and talking to people, but not everyone does. I just want to grab and go with my drinks sometimes. On the plus side the workers there are really friendly. The music is pretty loud inside so sometimes they can mishear what you are saying which led to me getting my drink at 25% sweet instead of 75%. Inside also isn't the cleanest when I went. I ordered the Matcha Tiramisu Salted Cheese ($6.50). Honestly it was still fine even at 25% sweet, but the matcha definitely tatstes super artificial and sugary. I couldn't really taste the tiramisu part of the salted cheese and it just tastes like a regular salted cheese which they honestly do make pretty well. I've also tried the Yakult Lemon Slushy. It was good although I couldn't taste the Yakult flavor at all and just tasted like an ordinary lemon slush. Their drinks are solid, but nothing too noteworthy to me. Their gimmicky drinks just taste like their regular drinks in my opinion. The service is great though and it is in a good location with easy parking.

    F5. Strawberry Milk Shake
    Brenda L.

Conveniently located in Pacific Pearl right by the outlets and 99 Ranch, so they sure do get a lot of foot traffic on busy weekends! I ordered the Strawberry Milkshake (F5) since it caught my eye while it was staring right back at me when I went up to the register. The drinks at Happy Lemon are pretty good - I usually go for anything with the salted cheese or puff cream. I wouldn't recommend their milk tea drinks - I've found after visiting a few times that the consistency has always been a little too thick to enjoy. However, their green and black teas are pretty good. Toppings are on the pricier side compared to other boba shops, ranging around $1. The Strawberry Milkshake ($7) I got was good but not great, but I'd suggest it for a hot summer day! It was definitely on the sweeter side but I loved how generous they were with the puff cream.

I haven't had Happy Lemon in a while mainly because there isn't one close to me. Truth be told, I wanted to check out Ranch 99, so when I saw Happy Lemon was next door, OOOUuuu I told my husband, can we get Happy Lemon??!! (like a giddy child). I had no idea it was there! I got my usual, A1: green tea with salted cheese foam. We got 2 drinks and with tip came out to like $13-ish. Phew! a lil pricey so you know I sipped my drink extra slow.

A normal drink with "less ice"
    Amy D.

Asked for no ice, was told I can only get less ice, then I was given mostly ice -_- Tip: keep asking them for no ice because they overfill your drink with ice even when you specifically want no to less ice.

I tried their Snoopy Chocolate Hazelnut Matcha Latte with oat milk, less sweetness, and less ice. There was a strong Nutella flavor with good consistency, but the matcha wasn't strong enough for me when I didn't mix it. I even got myself a Snoopy matcha plush keychain as my birthday gift for $18, which is pricey but durable enough to hang on your bag. It was the typical Dublin Summer temperature of 100+ degrees, so I got my favorite Q-Tea drink: matcha red bean slushie (50% sweetness). My son tried a new flavor, which he loved: passion fruit slushie (80% sweetness, I think?) with boba. The owner was, and has always been, so friendly and sweet. I always remember her! I've also thrown "boba parties" for my children's birthdays before, so Q-Tea was my go-to place, even when new boba stores opened up who fried their bobas, offered snazzy weird popping flavored bobas, etc. Q-Tea makes classic boba drinks, is always consistently good, and has great customer care because it is run by the owner who is a kind lady. But years later, Tasty Pot at Ulferts Center is still one of our reliable go-to spots in Dublin. My wife usually orders the Beef Hot Soup, while I go for the Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup - both with a side of rice and either black or green tea during lunchtime. Both pots are consistently delicious, satisfying, and served steaming hot - the kind of hot that clears your sinuses and makes your nose run. For reference, we order them at the "medium" spice level, so either we're weak sauce or they really are that hot and spicy. I especially like that Tasty Pot's meals are complete individual servings. You get the full hot-pot experience without having to fetch ingredients, wait for a communal pot to cook, or coordinate a family-style meal. It's easy, convenient, and perfect when everyone just wants to dig into their own bowl. Service has always been fast, and the food comes out piping hot and ready to enjoy. The wait staff also checks in to see whether you are running low on soup and need a top-off. They also have a rewards program that earns you points toward a free hot pot; it has changed over the last couple of years from a "buy seven, get one free" setup to a points-based system - either way, it's a nice bonus. If you're craving comforting Taiwanese-style hot pot in the Dublin, Pleasanton, or Livermore area, this is an easy five-star choice.

My sister recommended Tasty Pot because she said it was well known for its soup and good service,…read moreso we decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, our experience at the Dublin location was extremely disappointing. We visited on August 8, 2026, at around 8:45 PM. We are a family of 9 and were just passing through the area on our way to our hotel. Since the restaurant's website states that the closing time is 9:30 PM, we thought we had enough time to have dinner, especially since this was our first time visiting. As soon as we arrived, however, we were told by the server that 8:45 PM was the last call for orders. We immediately tried to order as quickly as possible using the online ordering system because we did not want to inconvenience the staff. After placing our order, we were then told that green tea and other teas were unavailable, so all of our drink orders were canceled except for water. We understood that items can sometimes run out, so we let that go. The biggest problem was the service and atmosphere after we received our food. It was very difficult to get the attention of the staff because everyone seemed to be rushing around cleaning. We genuinely felt like we were a burden simply because we were still eating. What was especially inappropriate was that while customers were still dining, the staff began putting chairs up on the tables. I even took a picture because I believe management should be aware of what was happening. If the restaurant is still open and customers are still eating, this is not the kind of atmosphere customers should be subjected to. Even worse, it appeared that the AC was turned off while we were still eating, even though it was not yet closing time. With hot pot already being a very warm meal, we were literally sweating while trying to eat. After a long day of traveling, the last thing we wanted was to feel rushed and uncomfortable during dinner. We tried not to make a big issue out of it because we were tired and simply wanted to finish our meal and get to our hotel. But honestly, this type of service is unacceptable. I don't know if this is how every Tasty Pot location operates, but if this is specific to this branch, management really needs to address it and properly train the staff on how to treat customers who are still dining during business hours. Unfortunately, this was our first experience with Tasty Pot, and it will most likely be our last. We were hoping to enjoy the food and understand why my sister recommended it, but the poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere completely ruined the experience. With hot pot, the food is already hot enough. There's no need for the customers to leave with a boiling-hot temper because of the service. Very disappointing, and definitely not a place I would recommend based on this experience.
