Stopped in at 2pm for a quick snack. It was not crowded and the establishment was clean. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 popcorn chickens. My lemon tea was perfectly flavored- not too sweet with enough tea and lemon flavor My kiddo loves lemonade so he got a lemon slush My mango sago was good and not too sweet. This place is always a place to get any kind of teas, appetizers, or desserts. Something small if you get hungry but for the drinks is everyone's taste. I love getting drinks here and even their bubble waffles is sooo good. This location had a cute interior with seatings and also a claw machines to play and get toys. Well, that's just a bonus for any customers. Fast and friendly services is a must especially if you're obeying your thirst, which for me and my party case since we are eating next door. On the strip in an upstairs food court area. Here around 230pm on a Sunday and Happy Lemon is the busiest out of all the other businesses. I got in line but then ordered in the app and got out of line to wait. Use the app and get your rewards! Also check in on yelp! I got a free drink. They were really nice and gave me the free drink (Okinawa fresh milk) even though I already submitted my order in the app before checking in on yelp. Not sure about parking since we walk the strip. They have seating for all businesses there. I always get the boba milk tea and add crystal boba and half sweet at all the happy lemons I go to and it's always great and consistent. This is non dairy or at least it never gives me issues. The fresh milk one is real dairy so take a dairy pill if you need it. They have a $1 upgrade to a 32 ounce cup but it's huge! Happy Lemon is honestly a boba shop that I put in the same tier as stores like Quickly so I personally don't have super high expectations whenever I go to one. I haven't gone to other Happy Lemons recently, but I wish this one in particular would adopt the idea of having kiosks inside the store to make the ordering process much easier instead of having to order in front of a cashier. I know some people like ordering at a cashier and talking to people, but not everyone does. I just want to grab and go with my drinks sometimes. On the plus side the workers there are really friendly. The music is pretty loud inside so sometimes they can mishear what you are saying which led to me getting my drink at 25% sweet instead of 75%. Inside also isn't the cleanest when I went. I ordered the Matcha Tiramisu Salted Cheese ($6.50). Honestly it was still fine even at 25% sweet, but the matcha definitely tatstes super artificial and sugary. I couldn't really taste the tiramisu part of the salted cheese and it just tastes like a regular salted cheese which they honestly do make pretty well. I've also tried the Yakult Lemon Slushy. It was good although I couldn't taste the Yakult flavor at all and just tasted like an ordinary lemon slush. Their drinks are solid, but nothing too noteworthy to me. I wouldn't recommend their milk tea drinks - I've found after visiting a few times that the consistency has always been a little too thick to enjoy. However, their green and black teas are pretty good. Toppings are on the pricier side compared to other boba shops, ranging around $1. The Strawberry Milkshake ($7) I got was good but not great, but I'd suggest it for a hot summer day! Now there were no issues, but i took a sip and they really handed me a jasmine milk tea with green food dye because thats exactly what it tastes like. I dont expect premium grade matcha at a boba store but this is just pure jasmine tea. This is my favorite Happy Lemon location by far. The location is perfect! It is located inside the Pacific Pearl Shopping Center. Happy Lemon is across the street from the San Francisco Premium Outlets, next to 99 Ranch Market, and other great dining establishments. I also love anywhere with ample parking. This is definitely more of a take-and-go location. The space is small, with very limited seating available. It feels very new and clean. Everything else is pretty standard with the TV screen menus, decor, etc. I came here to talk about the salted cheese foam. I always ignore the salted cheese foam because, well, that sounds weird. I wanted to tell everyone wanting to go to Happy Lemon to try it, you won't regret it! This was my first visit to this location or any Happy Lemon locations. I picked up a few drinks back in March 2021 and they were all really great! We got the Mango, Green Matcha and Passionfruit tea. All were great. If you're going to get a loyalty card, get it before you order. It's not retroactive. The only thing that frustrated me was the confusing line. It's still pandemic times so people were generally good about social distancing. There's a line and I'm next but another person comes and cuts the line and goes directly to the counter. I tapped her on the shoulder to tell her to wait her turn and the person as the register clearly knows that this woman just jumped the line. She orders her complicated order with many drinks, takes her time. After I ordered, I told her again that she jumped the line and she doesn't even look up from her phone. Avoid this location! Drive 5 more minutes to go to the other location down the street. I came here before and my experience wasn't great. The last time I came here, they didn't offer the drink I wanted as a large. The other location on Santa Rita would let me just pay extra and get it as a large but this location refused. So I boycotted this location. My husband said if we get boba today it would have to be at this location to save time. So I came but would have rather went to another location. Today I ordered a strawberry black tea and asked for salted cheese. They didn't give me salted cheese because they said it doesn't normally come with it. I didn't mind paying for me. Don't you want to make more money? I go to all the Happy Lemons all over the East Bay all the time. This location also takes the longest to make your drinks, and when they make mistakes they take just as long as making a drink to fix the small mistakes. I had seen this store the last time I passed by Pacific Pearl, and they had a new ice cream flavor (Salted Cheese), so I decided to try it out. Situated next to 99 Ranch Market, the place was calm with one person getting their drink. They were offering a free tote bag with purchase of two drinks and said Salted Cheese Ice Cream. So I did just that -- Strawberry Green Tea and Grapefruit Green Tea plus Ice Cream = free tote. I got my goods pretty quickly. The Ice Cream really tasted like their Salted Cheese topping. The Teas were refreshing. And the bag was free. All good, and I may go back to get the other tote bag design. read more

Have visited this establishment numerous times and as much as I hate to give it a low rating. Reason because of the wait and time it took to get my order. Granted seems like they are understaffed but they should know that it's 1) the weekend and 2) the center often has a lot of foot traffic so they should be aware of how busy they weekend gets. Ordered via app and says it'll take roughly about 10 mins for pick up. Sure no problem. Once the 10 mins passed by, still no text notification that it was ready. So I decided to go into the store. It's busy but *not* that busy to the point of a line forming outside the door. Decided to give them an extra 10 mins still nothing as people come and grab their drinks.
