    Fried Tofu
    Vanessa W.

Terrible quality, $30+ for 4 items that all tasted bad. Mango Pineapple with Basil Seeds tasted so artificial and way too sweet. Avocado smoothie barely had avocado and just tasted like milk and sugar. The picture of the fried tofu speaks for itself. Fried squid was mid.

Review #856 Posted on 2.10.25 We came here for a quick boba after dinner on Friday night the 7th. This place is located in the strip mall right off Fallen Road 580 next to Target & Dicks. They stay open pretty late so you can go get a boba or shake after dinner to satisfy your sweet tooth. This spot had pretty quick service, places to sit, & convenient location.

Grass jelly fresh milk wt no other toppings, but they gave very less grass jelly :(
    Jeany L.

We have been there for many times b4 writing this review. Recently, I bought the grass jelly fresh milk. They gave very less portion of it....why I was upset?! Since its name, glass jelly should be the main ingredient here. Overall drinks here are kinda sweet, and less tea flavor (for milk tea).

    Basil Popcorn Chicken

Not good. i ordered the popcorn basil chicken. tasted like dirty fried chicken. very gummy and grimy.

Lychee smoothie w/ Aloe, classic rose milk team with mini boba.

Store was clean and service was quick as there was no one else when we came. On par with other T4 locations I've been to as far as service level and menu. The only thing was that it didn't seem like the ship was set up to have any sit down guest , so not necessarily a place to chill and do homework as I've seen with other milk team shops .( also I have no idea how accessible this place is to students /kids) My fiancé got the classic rose milk tea with the smaller pearls which were great. Rose flavor was good and present but not overwhelmingly "chemically " like some other places. The lychee smoothie with aloe is more of an icey than smoothie, regardless flavors were still great and would definitely order again.

Honey green tea with grass jelly and jasmine green tea

Average boba place in the Bay Area! This use to be one of my go to boba shops before new shops started popping up on every block! Parking is easy to find. Plenty of spaces in the plaza. There is no dine in seating and is togo only. Drinks came out pretty fast and the service here was friendly. Came here around 8:30 on a Friday after dinner. I ordered honey green tea with grass jelly with 75% sweetness and was just right! My friend also ordered a jasmine green tea. Both drinks were average and tasted just like they did back then.

Service was super quick and friendly even near closing time! Staff was mostly cleaning up when not taking orders. The atmosphere was pretty quiet. The restaurant was super clean and had a large menu of various food and drink items. I really liked my boba! it wasn't too watery, they allowed me to get light ice without charge, and the boba consistency was perfect. Would recommend!

On my constant hunt for new boba tea places, I am constantly looking for a different or new place. This was my second visit to T4. I would like to let fellow Yelpers know that T4 will make your drink exactly as asked. You need to specify how much ice and sweetness you prefer, otherwise they just make a standard drink. My last order, we got the following, listed in order of taste/preference: 1. Lychee Black Tea 2. Passion Fruit Smoothie 3. Mango Tea

    Basil Popcorn Chicken

I ordered the basil popcorn chicken, but there was barely any basil, and the chicken had a strange taste. I wouldn't try it again, at least not at this location. I also got the passion fruit royal tea, which was decent, and the boba pearls were good. There are plenty of tables to sit. I came on a weekend afternoon, and the service was quick for the boba and a normal amount of time for the popcorn chicken.

The little kiddo wanted boba after ramen. We came by here since it was nearby. We seem to always hunt down the local T4. Haha. We love T4's drink options and food bites. There are some pretty terrible reviews for this location. We had a pretty quick and easy experience. No line and we ordered right away. Our drink order was spot on and did not have any issues. Interior - tables are not available for sitting. They have it clustered in the middle of the store with the chair around or under the tables. A little messy looking. The floors are extremely sticky. Other than that, we ordered and were on our way. We ordered: Mango smoothie w/ boba 50% sugar Caramel milk tea w/ boba

We came during their holiday special time so we were treated with items that I believe aren't on the typical menu. This was our first time visiting which I've been asking my husband to do for awhile. The inside has so many cute items placed around from tea pots to cups to small trinkets you can purchase. We tried about four different teas during our visit, two hot and two cold. We had Pretty Pink Princess, crème brûlée, tropical and I think pear. I can't remember the last one exactly. I enjoyed the crème brûlée warm the best topped with a little sugar cube and a splash of cream. It's cute that each table gets different tea pots and cups. Even on our table both were different too. I enjoyed the lemon curd, strawberry preserves and whipped cream mixed together with my biscuit as the starter. The tower included from bottom to top Cucumber sandwich, egg sandwich and chicken sandwich Meatball with mash and a cranberry topping, shrimp and steak, onion cheese pastry Chocolate macaron, cherry cupcake, chocolate mousse, fruit tartlet and fresh fruit I may have mixed up a few items because there was so much to eat and I didn't have a menu to take a photo of. I enjoyed each layer of food offerings we had but my favorites were the simple cucumber sandwich and the chocolate mousse. When we first got the tower I thought to myself that it wasn't going to be enough food but let me tell you it was! Of course you're paying a lot for the experience but I didn't need to go eat after we left so overall it was a great experience so it was a nice surprise.

We ordered mango and kinako (a roasted soybean flour commonly mixed with sugar). These are large desserts! It takes time to make them since there are fresh ingredients inside. The mango was superb with little bits of fresh mango buried inside the ice. Not sickeningly sweet like the syrups most places use. My husband's had little mochi pieces mixed inside.
