I ordered a small sized frozen raspberry lemonade which is one of their limited edition drinks. It was pretty expensive if you get a small ($8), regular size is almost $9. It was good, but the price is not. It's located in the middle of the food court so it was really crowded. People were lining up for ice cream since it was really hot outside. i came into the food court and went straight to haagen dazs there were to workers in the booth their names were (Angelica and Giovanni) which I could tell they were stressing by the looks of their face but they managed to provide great customer service i asked if you 2 were the only ones on shift today since it was so busy. my overall experience was a 10/10 I would love to enjoy coming back. read more

Came in for the first time here and had a somewhat of an okay experience. Ice cream was good but the customer service was bad. There were three kids two girls and a boy they had a very bad attitude and showed horrible customer service. The girl was pissed from the starting like she didn't even want any customers coming in and the guy was also showing attitude to just hand a spoon. They have delicious ice cream but the employees need good customer service!!! read more

Today I came into Häagen-Dazs in the livermore outlets, it's located in the middle of the mall inside the food court in a food stand in the middle of that. I came in cause I had downloaded their app where you get a free ice cream for joining their loyalty and another free one for your birthday! Definitely download it and you earn points with every purchase too! There was no line was able to get my free scoop super quickly/easily, I chose to get the cookie dough ice cream flavor which was great! Lots of seating inside the food court and other food places you could grab lunch at. If your shopping here I'd def recommend them for your ice cream fix! read more

We came to get some sundae on a hot monday. Foodcourt's filthy, it has a bad odor all over. This ice cream place had three workers that were not focused on their job. There was a long ass line and all they were doing was chit chatting! While everyone in line waited. We waited for at least more than 30 long minutes. One worker makes ice cream at a time while the others do nothing and just laugh and talk. Super slow service. Young workers that are not serious about working. What happens on weekends when there are more people at the shopping center? They need to be trained to work and not to make money by chit chatting while making customers wait FOREVER! read more

I have sweet rewards and wanted to stop by to earn double points this weekend then I took a picture of this sign to save an additional $1. Me and my mom shared the delicious dulce de leche dazzler sundae. It was a wonderful combination of ice cream, bananas, and caramel. I'm not a huge caramel fan, but I truly enjoyed all the caramel even the part that I had to scoop up at the bottom. Make sure to stop by this weekend if you have sweet rewards! read more

I was craving something fruity and found that they sell smoothies here. The location was just a rectangular space in the center of the food court. It was a little confusing. There's a side you order from and a different side for you to pay, and a corner spot to pay. Perhaps make better clearer signs for that. I visited Haagen-Dazs at the San Francisco Premium Outlets on Sunday, April 24 at 12:17 pm. Raul waited on me and it appeared he was new working at this ice cream shop. A lady was working with him, but she was not helping him AT ALL while he was with me. I asked Raul the price of a mini cup and a small cup and he didn't know and had to ask her. After he rang me up on the register for a mini cup, I showed him the bar code on my HD App, but he didn't know how to scan it for me to get my points for my purchase. I asked the lady at least two or three times to show him how to scan the bar code on my app, but she kept saying he had scanned it even though he didn't. I had to scan the bar code on my receipt to get my points for my purchase. I am rating the customer service 1 star because the lady working with Raul was not willing to help him or scan my app herself when he didn't know how to do it. She acted like she was too busy to help him and therefore she is why I am rating my experience 1 star. read more

What else could you need in life, other than more COWBELL!?! Well, it's ice cream, and this spot has you covered, with high quality creamy delicious fuel to get you through shopping, or a post shopping treat to make it back to the car. I had a single scoop of the peppermint bark, and it was absolutely delightful. The right ratio of peppermint flavor - this is often difficult to achieve, and some places add enough peppermint flavoring till that's all you can taste, is fake flavor. But- not only was the peppermint flavor in the ice cream refreshing, but the ice cream itself was smooth and creamy. I thought I was eating frosting (closest comparison I have) there are also pieces of peppermint bark in this ice cream (hence the name) and the pieces were of high quality- like they were hand mixed in prior to me buying the scoop! The service was amazing! As I walked up to the shop I was greeted by a smile and delicious sample. I ended up ordering the cookies and cream milkshake which was super creamy and yummy! The food court wasn't so crowded as it usually is during the weekends, so it was super quick and easy. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back. read more

Apparently this location has been open a while now, they sure kept it quiet as I only discovered it while locating the restrooms. I stopped by while out shopping and although very tempting to get a giant Sundae I skipped it and just had a little of my shopping companions Milkshake which was really rich and creamy, I forget how decadent Haagen Dazs really was! The stall is located right in the middle of the food court and serve regular scoops, Sundae's and Milkshakes, only one member of staff appeared to be working on a Saturday afternoon and they were not at all busy despite it being 95 degree's outside. read more

This is by far the worst location ever. I ordered a caramel cone shake, after waiting 5 minutes at the counter due to the cashier's lack of attention of her surroundings. When i ordered the shake, she scooped the ice cream is such a careless "dont give a fuck" manner and she just scooped the melted ice cream for my order. After watching her make my order, i noticed how it was basically a chunky watered down milk. I raised my concern and she proceeded to tell me thats how shakes are.... Come here if you want to drink chunky milk. read more

Milkshakes are so good from here, but customer service sucks. Walked up to the counter, and it seemed as I was rudely disrupting a conversation. No greeting, nothing at all. I ordered a coffee milkshake, and so the lady made it, and my boyfriend later on decided he wanted one too. So he ordered it after she handed me my milkshake, and she seemed upset he didn't order it earlier. The other lady working was just talking the whole time or was on her phone. read more

This is probably my favorite place to stop at! Super friendly customer service. Great way to take a little break and enjoy something delicious. This place may be small, but that doesn't take away from the experience at all. The staff is really energetic & beyond friendly. I'm at the outlet every weekend with my husband and two kids and we always stop at this little Haagen-Dazs to get our favorite treats! Three people were working on a very busy Saturday and the staff still greeted me with smiles and samples for my picky 4 year old. Prices are a little high, but it's great ice cream. read more

This is a small stand in the middle of the outlet food Court. They have almost a full menu and lots of great flavors of ice cream to choose from. The holiday brings an especially tasty flavor-- peppermint bark!! Haagen Dazs is high quality delicious ice cream with Rich flavors like Belgian chocolate, caramel cone, rum raisin, along with the standard favorites like cookies and cream and vanilla. The sundaes look especially tempting either rocky road, banana split etc! The only (huge) downside is that the line is painfully long and slow because there is only ONE person working! It is also an especially busy day (day after Christmas), but I feel they should staff up for these holidays. This kind of ruins it but otherwise the product itself is yumm:) read more

Its always nice when you stop by somewhere unexpectedly and it makes your day better. Thats what happened when i came by the little ice cream stand at the food court, I was looking at every flavor and could not decide Theresa asked if i wanted to taste anything before i made a decision and she was kind enough to give me a couple of samples. She had a smile on her face the entire time even though i know i was taking forever to decide. Her patience with me and knowledge of the product helped me in picking my new favorite flavor! Amazing ice cream! I came here with my little cousin because he wanted some ice cream, we came to just look but ended up having one of the best experiences from an ice cream shop! Thanks to Nnkea I experienced flavors of drinks from my hometown all the way to indulging into a different and rich culture of pulling mints to be squeezed for a delicious white mint chocolate chip ice cream! Also as a bonus I was allowed to keep the extra ice cream shake left over such as other shops would have wasted. Thank you for the amazing experience! I highly recommend coming here! read more

The two reps behind the counter really stand out! Friendly, professional, were patient and took the time to explain the sundaes, shakes, etc (not rocket science I know, but hey I've never eaten at a Häagen-Daz kiosk before). The Rocky Road sundae was delicious, the rep took the time and effort to make the presentation look just like the photo, whipped cream, sprinkles, cookie crumbs, fudge. But really, it was the customer service that prompted this review, they were really professional! read more

First off, we did not have reservations on a Saturday night, and they were still able to get us 2 seats at the bar in 45 minutes, which was a relief. I was open to going to other downtown Livermore highlights such as Bourbon Pear or Il Campo, but was hoping on a whim we could get a seat at Range Life (which would typically require a reservation), since my date had not been there before. Once we got our seats, we were met with amazing service. At the moment I am not drinking, so I was wondering what kind of mocktails or non-alcoholic beers they had. Beforehand I was also wondering if they had a non-alcoholic aperitivo, since I know they have a lot of amaros and bitters. To my surprise, they did, so I had a non-alcoholic spritz, which was amazing. From there, we were only looking to get the highlighted entrées -- a black cod and a flat iron steak -- but we were also talked into getting one of their tartare/crudo options. We decided to go with the Amberjack crudo, which was absolutely amazing. It had mustard greens, fig leaf oil, and fresh early-season cherries, each ingredient something you were able to truly appreciate. The fig leaf oil, the fish, and the cherries were stunning, with the mustard greens providing a nice balance. From there we shared both the black cod and the grass fed flat iron steak. The flat iron steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful (despite being grassfed) that came with an amazing herb butter, mashed potatoes, and a porcini mushroom sauce that was absolutely to die for. The black cod was cooked to perfection as well -- tender, flaky, reminiscent of the butterfish I always have in Waikiki at Roy's. Accompanied by Iocopi English peas, bok choy, and turnips with dashi butter. The peas were, for what it's worth, probably the best peas I've ever had, and the vegetables were perfection. Light but amazing. The combination of both entrées was outstanding. Lastly, we had the famous Milk and Honey -- burnt honeycomb, olive oil, and malted milk ice cream. I've had it about 4 times now, and yet it was still surprisingly mind-blowing. I know something is truly amazing when I have to close my eyes and imagine the flavors bursting like a scene from the movie Ratatouille. I had to close my eyes to truly appreciate the crispy, sweet but slightly savory honeycomb, the fresh ice cream, and the olive oil for balance. The meal was absolutely flawless, and with the aperitivo, the Topo Chico, both entrées, and dessert, it came to $150 before tip. Honestly, it's a steal. I spent $300 at LB last weekend for a birthday dinner -- granted, I did get some A5 wagyu, an $80 14-ounce ribeye, a bunch of sides, and a couple of non-alcoholic drinks, which was amazing, but hardly a fair comparison. And if you go to the city or Oakland, you can easily spend $300-$500 on a meal, more if they have a Michelin star or two (or three). But for the quality you get, Range Life is an amazing deal. The fact that you can get this quality in Livermore is both convenient and remarkable.

The Kinako shaved ice was filled with mochi which was a nice surprise and the roasted matcha was smooth. The owner was really sweet and patient! Definitely will come back for the shaved ice :D

The Wife and I have been there for a couple of Flapper Fridays, which is speakeasy night. Some drinks of that ilk can be too sweet for me, since the original speakeasies were using fruit juice or whatever to mask the awful booze they had available. But you can also order off menu. The first time we went, I ordered a carrot cake that was fantastic. The second time, we ordered bites, including a pizza flatbread, golden potatoes with different accompaniments, and of course another cheesecake. The Wife was able to order cocktails and beautifully served tea! Service was excellent, as they were very accommodating, and could recommend items easily based on our discussion. There appeared to be staff members on break nearby; they looked up and told us someone would be with us shortly, but no one ever came. After waiting close to 10 minutes with no service, our party of4 walked out, along with two customers who arrived after us. Being ignored when you walk in the door makes the place feel very unwelcoming, and it was disappointing to see multiple customers leave because of it. Too bad, we were excited to try this spot.
