We stumbled across Tea Heart while shopping at the SF Premium Outlets in Livermore. They have a tiny storefront and a kiosk a ways away in the outlets as well. Service was ok, as we didn't have any questions. We ordered a Thai Milk Tea with Boba and a Lychee Slush with Lychee Jelly. They were both ready quick. Both drinks were yummy! Next time we're going to check out the kiosk!

I was curious about the negative reviews, and I only noticed these after I ordered from this place. I have been to the outlets before, but decided to give this tea place a try. I didn't know about any of the reviews, but I can only attest to the drink I ordered and not the food. The wait was a bit long for my taste. I was at the counter for a good 5 minutes before a worker addressed me. She seemed to be the only one there, so I was curious if they are understaffed or something. Rose Lychee: This was not a bad tea. I did taste the floral notes of the Rose in the lychee tea. And adding strawberry jelly was a good topping choice. At less sweet and less ice, it was the ideal combination for me. Overall, not a bad spot. Had a better experience here than the other tea shot I have been in this area. May consider coming back here again.

This was god awful I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum! I saw that they had an interesting looking coco/sago/melon drink and was interested into giving it a try as all three of these things are on my favorites list. Right off the bat the person told me that the drink was premade and they could not adjust the sugar level nor the ice. I thought that it was strange but didn't read too much into it. I definitely should have. What came out was a prepackaged drink, horrendously sweet, without much fruit flavor at all. I could not stand it after a couple sips to the point where I had to just toss it completely. It was a $9 drink as well and that $$$ could have easily been put to better use at Zero& nearby. I seriously hope this place goes out of business ASAP because that drink was just downright disgusting and harmful to health given how much sugar was dumped into it.

Tiny storefront inside SF Premium Outlets in Livermore. Order on left side and pick up on right side. Simple and straightforward beverage and snacks business. There's only one size for beverages, so do expect large cup $6.79 for honeydew milk tea, but if you want boba in it, it's another $0.60 added on top, subtotal $7.39. No added taxes or fees. Asian snacks look decent for grab and go after ordering. I didn't have to wait in long lines Wednesday noon lunch hour. Cashier doesn't smile much, so it's just business as usual. No need to tip. Regarding my iced honeydew boba milk tea, the flavor isn't as strong, but still very hydrating. They use very little ice in the cup here. Basically, you're getting more watery taste and it's not overly loaded with sugar compared to most other places. This is probably better for people who like lower sugar taste and less ice. Choose whatever you desire. This is a one stop visit for me. Boba was soft in texture and easy to chew. Overall, it's still ok if you need to stay hydrated to fix your thirst quench. Stop by for milk tea/fruit teas/slushes/smoothies or small snacks. Very straightforward here. Nothing fancy.

Tea Heart is the boba tea stand located between the outer ring and the middle of the San Francisco outlets. I've only tried their drinks and not the food. The drinks are adequate and the service is quick. Tea Heart has a couple tables and chairs around the outside of the Kiosk.

Not good at all and drinks were way too sweet for requested 0% sweetness levels

Popcorn chicken - didn't taste like normal Taiwanese popcorn chicken you'd find at your typical boba place, it was more like chicken nuggets from frozen. Bland and they don't even offer spicy option, just plain. Lobster balls - Salty Both of our drinks we got 0% sugar and they tasted like 150% sugar. Would definitely not be back, was a waste of money.

Stumbled upon this spot while shopping at the outlets in Livermore. It was a nice, quick bite before walking around. The staff were very friendly and had no issues with ordering. We ordered the honeydew smoothie, taro milk tea, Thai milk tea, pot stickers, cheese sticks, and curly fries. Everything was pretty good. Not bad at all.

I was actually surprised to see the poor reviews for this place, however in my opinion it wasn't bad at all. Just a typical boba place located in a shopping outlet. I do wish they had grass jelly but that's fine, drinks still came out good and fast.

Decided to give this boba spot a try to see how the fruit teas tasted before heading home. This standalone boba stand has ample seating in front and on either side of it. There's an order and pick up window. What drew me in was their fruit tea selection - I'm a fan of passionfruit and I haven't seen "Pineapple Passionfruit" on a menu very often so I tried it. It's $5.95 WITHOUT any toppings and there's no Yelp check-in deal either. Toppings are additional .50 cents which would put the drink at $7 with tax (quite expensive for a plain fruit tea). I ordered light ice and 75% sweet. My drink was a decent size, but it was just a bit plain for my taste. I don't think this place is as good as iTea or other places, especially since they actually have a topping(s) included in their drinks sometimes. If you're looking for a quick drink and not too picky about pricing or flavor, give this place a shot. Otherwise, I'd suggest waiting until you've completed your Outlet shopping to find a different place to take your boba needs to :) #trust

Time & Date: Sunday, 5/30/21 @ 2:40pm Order type: Walk In Payment: Card Items: Mango Fruit Tea & Strawberry Mood I really hate to give low star ratings, but I have to say it how it is! This was one of the worst drinks I've ever had from any boba shop. I'm talking worse than Quicklys... Both drinks I ordered tasted like sugar/syrup mixed with tap water. The drink had the most artificial fake tasting flavor, and there was absolutely no tea taste whatsoever. Straight up fruit flavored syrup mixed with water. Also just look at the color of the drinks, such an unnaturally bright neon color. I literally tossed the drinks after 2 sips because I felt like I was getting diabetes drinking it. Each drink cost me $5.05, and that's with no toppings. Totally do not recommend this boba shop! However I do appreciate that staff were friendly and quick!

I stopped at Tea Heart yesterday for a little energy boost while shopping at the outlets and yikes. Ive never heard of them so I thought they'd be a quality mom and pop shop, but no, they are equivalent to Quickly's. The "lobster balls" are just fish balls. The drink doesn't use real fruit and tasted artificial. Would not recommend or return. Lucky for them they are the only boba place in the outlets.

Walking around SF Premium outlets would be perfect with a drink in hand as long as it's not Tea Heart. Came here for some shopping before my vacation and I see this new tea spot that replaced the old I-tea and a second spot in a wooden shack a couple steps away in the plaza. I ordered the pink guava and guava lemonade and couldn't finish either of them. They were so bitter and watered down at the same time, would not order again and won't bother trying any of the other drinks.

I cannot get enough of it! Order here is very convenient as you can do so via the Snackpass app. They also have the QR code in front to order there and a standing ordering station that you can do so yourself. As for parking, it does get a little crowded at times, especially when people are waiting to get a spot or trying to parallel park along the median area. During the busy hours, the wait is a bit... but it's very worth it to me. The employees don't have much interaction with customers, but it seems that everything is done very efficiently behind the counter with order numbers constantly being called out and such. The shop inside is small with just a few seats to wait, mostly best to wait outside for your number to be called (or the app to notify you that your order is ready). Front is clean and cutely decorated, menu displayed clearly as well. The 2 go to drinks for me here is the Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Mango Passion Smoothie. QQ Noodles and Cubed Pearls are a must have for me as I love the chewy texture (makes me think of mochi cakes from Yi Fang too). The tea is always very smooth and yet present in the drinks. As for the Mango Passion Smoothie, there's a very strong mango flavor without it tasting artificial at all! Everything tastes made with fresh fruits and much care. My friend did order a Bubble Waffle here. Getting it fresh and having some, it was not the most memorable waffle. The flavor is as you'd expect it... but it doesn't fall a bit flat. I think I personally prefer Happy Lemon's bubble waffle. Overall though... I love the drinks here enough to honestly ignore the food. Final Thoughts: This will definitely be my to go place in this area and I'm already craving a stop here already.

I wish I could get less ice . The taste was good . But just too much ice for me. I will remember to change the ice level next time. Also the straw was too short for the cup . Our recent visits have been to return for the avocado smoothie, which is not a common drink offering at Boba places, and popcorn chicken. The avocado smoothie is okay and not the best, however, it will do given none of the nearby places offer this drink. But the real winner is their popcorn chicken which comes with a decently sized-portion and the batter is perfect in amount and flavor. We don't particularly like our food spicy, so we always request for them to not add additional pepper sprinkled on top. That makes it perfect for us. However, if you like your food more spicy, definitely let them know. The only way to do this is if you order directly through a cashier or you somehow get their attention before they finish your order. Otherwise, ordering through the kiosk does not allow you to input any special requests. Service is not particularly fast especially when they get bombarded by the students from the middle schools and high school in the afternoon. I have yet to try their milk tea, but I haven't come to want to take the chance given one of my favorites is not that far of a walk from Honi-Bear. In any case, the location is great in the heart of downtown to treat ourselves to some drinks and snacks!
