Cute little boba spot tucked in a busy plaza with about 4-5 tables. We got the honeydew and strawberry milk teas, both of which were a little above average. I've never paid so much for popcorn chicken and I've definitely had crispier, more flavorful popcorn chicken elsewhere. Our order also took a while to come out, which was a bit of a letdown since the shop wasn't too busy. But if you're in the mood to chill somewhere during the summer with friends and a board game, this place does the trick.

***DoorDash order*** I was so so bummed with what I got! I ordered a watermelon icy and based on the pictures here I was thinking it was going to be like a blended margarita consistency. Boy was I wrong. Ordered - watermelon icy, 100% sweetness, with tapioca. It was like an extremely watered down watermelon juice that didn't taste anything like watermelon. There was a lot of ice floating in the watered down watermelon juice. Then the tapioca was very under cooked. I took one drink, and did not like it at all. I took another sip to try the tapioca and that's what I realized it was going in the trash. This was not good at all! I have had an icy before from a milk tea place and it's never been watered down like this.

I have coming here for years with my late wife. More recently, a friend has discovered it to her go to place for her milk tea fix. So after years of absence, my friend has influenced me to stop by alone. Stepping in after lunch, there was no wait. My order and drink was made immediately. Today I had the honeydew melon milk tea with boba at 20% sweetness. It brought back memories. All good and you should check it out when you're in the neighborhood.

We have had the matcha boba, cookies and cream milkshake and popcorn chicken. All of it was really good (and we're picky). The guy working was so friendly and helpful and also there are so many board games and cards they put out that you can play. Our family really enjoyed our time here

A fun hang out spot! Be warned, the sweetness level runs on the SWEETER side! The selling point for me is the smoothies, which sets them apart from other boba shops. They make an avocado smoothie that my friend raves about. I got a lychee green tea, 50% sweet (but it tasted more like a 75% or even 100%), it was decent but tasted a bit on the bargain side. If I come back I'll definitely try a smoothie and stay for a game, there are so many options for both!

The boba is okay and so is the milk tea but it isn't terrible. Service can be slow at times depending on how many people may be working but it didn't take very long which was great. I liked the vibes of the place, but when I had went, the weather was pretty hot and the ac didn't seem to work. Okay boba, nothing to write home about but I wouldn't mind maybe trying one more time.

I think this place might be the only boba spot in Dublin/Pleasanton that opens past 9PM on a weeknight. That's how we found ourselves here at 8:59PM on a Tuesday night after having dinner in downtown Pleasanton and wanting somewhere to sit and chat for a bit over boba. It was definitely a last resort (we scoured Yelp but were met with many "closing-soon" places). It was empty when we got here so we ordered and got our drinks very quickly. I wasn't impressed with my drink itself and would probably give it 1.5/5 stars. I got the Creama Jasmine ($6.89), which unfortunately only comes in the large size; I was sad because I only wanted a regular but this is usually my default order for when I'm trying a new boba place as a control drink. I got 75% sweetness (my usual level) and 25% ice. They definitely delivered on the less ice but I felt the drink lacked sweetness; I guess their standard sweetness levels are already moderately sweet. The creama was not great; it was oddly super salty, wasn't sweet, nor did it have much of a cheese flavor. It was also very thin and basically distributed itself into the tea below without much agitation. I'm used to (and prefer) a thicker, creamier, sweeter creama. The shop interior was nice and had a good amount of seating. We occupied two of the four stools by the front window and two other parties were at the booths and middle tables by the time we got up to go. The lighting was bright and warm and there was music in the background; this made for a comfortable setting for me and my friend as we sat and talked until they closed at 10PM. I certainly would NOT come back for the drinks (at least, definitely not for the jasmine creama). It was audaciously pricy for a below average drink--nearly $7 for a tea with no toppings. However, given that this place is open 7 days a week from 11AM-10PM, I might find myself back here if I'm catching up with a friend and we want somewhere to chat after dinner on a weeknight.

    Lobster Balls & Coconut Smoothie

We came because of Coconut Smoothie with only the hope that it be good. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a big "Hello"! We ordered the Coconut Smoothie & a Honey Lemon Green Tea with Lychee jelly. The Coconut Smoothie was good. It tasted like it was made with powdered coconut, but the coconut flavor still stood out. My hubby who only likes coconut smoothies said he would definitely come back for this. The Honey Lemon Tea was not too sweet & blended well with the lychee jelly. We liked our drinks. It paired well with the lobster balls. We liked how they were on two skewers which made it so easy to eat. The dining room is really cute. A large screen played pop music. Wooden tables with benches with soft cushions lined the perimeter of the wall. It made for a comfortable area to enjoy our afternoon snack. This place closes at 10pm so I can anticipate thos being a hang out during the long days of coming up.

My 6yo's favorite place for chicken. He loves the No-spicy chix and French fries. I love that they have a spicy option when I order for myself. The shakes are tasty too.... Order for pickup on DoorDash for faster service, especially when ordering hot items.

This is my favorite local Tea House. My favorite is the Royal Milk Tea, 50% sweet and no toppings. They're is a cute little community seating area and retail space. Not much more to say; they have a wide variety of milk and fruit teas and toppings as well as smoothies.

My 9 year old wanted boba, so here we are. He ordered the mango milk tea with rainbow jelly. It was pretty good but a tad bit sweet for me. I had the the watermelon juice with boba. It was good and they used real fruit to blend it. A nice place to stop by when I'm in the area.

The worker at the register told me that my drinks were still being made so I proceeded to wait patiently after about 7 minutes, then I went back up to the counter to ask about my drinks only to find that they were sitting in the refrigerator for God knows how long. The employee tried to tell me that they called my name which was 100% not the case because I was standing there at the counter and the entire time waiting for my drinks. These type of operational mishaps really affect the way your customers feel. This was the first time back to Jamba Juice since 2024 and with this experience, I have no plans to ever go back. Not only was the employee not apologetic that I was waiting for no reason they try to make up an excuse that they already called my name, which was absolutely not true. On top of this, your company now charges a 3% fee to use your app. As a large corporation, you should be ashamed of yourself to nickel and dime your customers. If this was a small pop store, I would completely understand but a large corporation like Jamba Juice charging a fee to order online using your app. Terrible customer service.

The staff is generally polite and they have yet to get my order wrong. Jamba Juice in general, I love the menu options for taste and health. This time I ordered the açaí peanut butter with chocolate hazelnut bowl. It was tasty. There was plenty of açaí at the bottom so it was very filling. I would recommend it but be sure to mix it well so you don't finish all the toppings first.

Mom's Go-To Healthy Food Partner…read more I'm a self-proclaimed "super lazy" cook with a very active son who eats 4-5 meals a day. Honestly, just figuring out what to feed him every single day used to leave me completely stressed out. We eat out about three times a week, and we usually reserve one day on the weekend for a big, indulgent feast where we don't worry about calories or nutrition. For the rest of the week, however, I try to keep things as healthy as possible. That's why "Bentonlicious" has been such an incredible partner in my child's growth for over a decade. When the owner first started her group-buy service more than ten years ago, I became a loyal customer right away. The reason is simple: she sells exactly what she cooks for her own kids. Of course, the fact that my son absolutely loves "Auntie Jessica's" homemade meals is a huge bonus! A few years ago, Bentonlicious opened a physical storefront, which made me rely on them even more. On school days, my son eats three meals at home, and it used to stress me out so much that I would stock up on Costco frozen foods just to survive. Then I had a lightbulb moment: since I was serving frozen food anyway, why not replace the processed stuff with Bentonlicious? Now I buy their freshly packed frozen wontons and hot bentos, then freeze them for later. This has become my ultimate "lazy mom" healthy survival hack! As for food safety and quality, you really don't need to worry. Just try it once and you'll immediately understand why I trust them so much. They're a truly conscientious business!
