Orange dream machine
Jude G.

I Asked for a orange dream machine with almond milk instead of soy milk and the asian kid in there was having a attitude, even at the beginning of our order

Nichelle B.

I usually go to the Jamba Juice on Hopyard but that location closed and the nearest one is at Hacienda Crossing. It's a small location tucked in between other eateries. I went in for my birthday smoothie and ordered the Peanut Butter Moo'd my absolute favorite smoothie at Jamba Juice. The establishment was clean, and the employee was kind and gracious. I was the only customer in that morning, which was great no additional waiting for my order.

What an acai primo bowl is advertised as!!

I have NEVER received such a poorly made acai primo bowl than what I received this evening from this location!! I'm a huge fan of Jamba Juice, and my rewards account can prove it. But I highly suggest customers to STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! And the girl with a poor attitude, and obviously poor training, should find a job that doesn't include customer service. I wonder what she might think if this fiasco mess was served to her or a family member who paid their hard-earned money for anything like this!?

Drink

They done messed up our drinks and workers started fighting eventually one of the workers got knocked out. 0 stars

When you call the store and no one picks up
Jay N.

Came in to grab a drink, service was okay and usually don't have a problem, left to the other side of town for my doctors appointment and they made the drink wrong. Still no problem, mistakes happen what's infuriating is I spend 20 minutes calling the store to see if I can just pick up a remake after my appointment and no one answers the phone and then after 20 minutes they just hang the phone so no calls can go thru. Waste of 10 dollars and what's even more frustrating is I tipped for this kind of service .

Ice all the way up to the too

Service was super fast…read more Originally I was going to rate this 5 stars after our visit but after looking at the nutritional information online now, this is really a place that seems healthy but is actually loaded with added sugar (which they are not upfront about in store) and now I'm annoyed we gave our kids this food. Strawnana Berry Smoothie ($9.29 for large) - Basic flavors but nice for our family to share, the large is really big so it's a great value. However I didn't realize how much sugar is in this until looking at the menu online right now - 82g yeesh!! That's crazy, no wonder why they don't have it up on the menu in the store. Açaí Tropical Mango Bowl ($11.29) - This was my first time trying an açaí bowl and I wasn't really a fan. It was very sweet with the honey on top and it was weird to be eating basically a smoothie in a bowl with fruit on top. Now looking at the online menu I can see why it was so sweet - 86g of sugar, wow.

Yum! Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon for a quick smoothie and acai bowl, and was not…read moredisappointed. The bowl was filled with fruits and a generous dose of honey, and the perfect size to split. A friend and I ordered the featured turmeric juices, and it was delicious! Super punchy and flavorful, and at a reasonable price. Pretty small place, but it has cute juice bar vibes with a couple outdoor tables.

She was…read morefriendly to talk to and offered a complimentary Chocolate Jaggery cookie for being patient with her. I came here to try their most popular menu: Himalayan Chiya (hot) w/ almond milk- less sweet, not too much spice, yet comforting to drink since I had a dry throat earlier. Frankie Wrap in Paneer- flaky Himalayan wrap with paneer bits, and vegetables paired with the green sauce, which was my favorite. Nimki- it's like salted pita chips that I recommend dipping it in Chai Chocolate Jaggery Cookie- chocolate chip cookie with brown sugar topping- it was too sweet that I had to take some brown sugar away unless paired well with plain hot chai If you don't want to deal with people while working/studying, come from noon to 3 pm. So relaxing to sit and dine inside by myself. I would recommend trying their Momo next time.

The interior was bright, modern, and comfortable. Soft ethnic music played in the background. There were several smaller tables as well as a central seating area with cozy armchairs and a low table next to a welcoming wall filled with games and books to borrow at leisure. Definitely recommended!

Our recent visits have been to return for the avocado smoothie, which is not a common drink offering at Boba places, and popcorn chicken. The avocado smoothie is okay and not the best, however, it will do given none of the nearby places offer this drink. But the real winner is their popcorn chicken which comes with a decently sized-portion and the batter is perfect in amount and flavor. We don't particularly like our food spicy, so we always request for them to not add additional pepper sprinkled on top. That makes it perfect for us. However, if you like your food more spicy, definitely let them know. The only way to do this is if you order directly through a cashier or you somehow get their attention before they finish your order. Otherwise, ordering through the kiosk does not allow you to input any special requests. Service is not particularly fast especially when they get bombarded by the students from the middle schools and high school in the afternoon. I have yet to try their milk tea, but I haven't come to want to take the chance given one of my favorites is not that far of a walk from Honi-Bear. In any case, the location is great in the heart of downtown to treat ourselves to some drinks and snacks!
