This small restaurant has quite an extensive menu. I was quickly greeted upon arriving and since it was my first time, they were super nice in answering all my questions about their menu. I ordered the grilled pork bahn mi with pate for my husband, a grilled chicken and shrimp bahn mi for myself, chicken wings with mango habanero sauce and an iced banana latte. Their bahn mi is a decent size and both were delicious! Their chicken wings were ok, seemed a bit dry and overcooked but the sauce was good. Their banana latte surprised me. 10/10 for it! It was my favorite thing of all the items I ordered. Since they use fresh banana, it makes a difference. And it wasn't too sweet at all! It complimented well with their coffee. My husband really liked it too and he doesn't even like coffee!

Spring Roll - 2 Pieces (Pork Patty)

We finally got to dine in at Relo! We ordered Banh Mi for takeout a small handful of times, and since the first time, it has been our go-to Banh Mi place for this side of the Bay. This time, we were going to meet our friends here for lunch. We came around 11:30ish and this place has a good amount of foot traffic. There's two tables for parties of 2-4 people outside, and thankfully, we got one of the two tables because we had to park out bikes outside. While waiting for our friends, we started on appetizers first. Between my partner and I, we shared: 1) Spring Rolls with Pork Patty - This comes with two large rolls. It's pretty simple. Includes some veggies, vermicelli, and generous portion of pork patty. I love their Cha Lua the most, but their pork patty meat is second for me. It's very nicely flavored! Between the rolls options, this is my preferred one. The peanut dipping sauce is amazing with this. 2) Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce - There's a mix of drumsticks and wings in here, but their fish sauce with wings were delicious as well. It was steaming when it came out. The fish sauce is boiled down until it's caramelized so you get a slightly gooey coating on each of the chicken pieces. 3) Lemonade Passion Guava - This lemonade flavor was not very lemonade-like. I don't know if it's just because the passion fruit and guava overwhelms the lemonade flavor, or if it's usually more tea like, but it was a not bad either! Between my partner's drink and my drink, I think I preferred his mango smoothie more - his came out a little better than expected. 5) Mango Smoothie - This was a refreshing, sweet smoothie. It's got a really nice mango flavor to it. Nicely blended - no pulps or chunks. We ordered our mains right before our friends arrived and this time we got: 6) Egg Roll - This came out piping hot as well! The outer layer is so nicely crispy. There's a mix of veggies and vermicelli inside (maybe meat also?). It's not overly oily, which I appreciate. 7) Cha Lua Banh Mi - As I said before, Cha Lua is probably my preferred protein for banh mi and their banh mi had never disappoint. I think this may be the fourth of fifth time my partner came here (usually always for takeout), but our first time dining in together. The outer layer of their bread is crunchy, and they give a generous portion of both meat and veggies. 8) Grilled Beef Banh Mi - My partner was looking to try something other than his usual combo Banh Mi today and he said their grilled beef was okay. Not as good as the combo one! All in all, we had a great time here. It's almost like a self serve place so we had very limited interaction with the employees, but the place is clean and quick. I'm interested in trying their coffee next time as well.

Gee their banh mi is stacked. I've only been here a few times, but I always order BM1: Cold Cut Meats & Pate ($8.45) because I love pate. You can add it extra for 75 cents to any other sandwich. I also love the iced coffees I've tried (all $5.50): the Banana Latte, Pandan Latte, and Cafe Sua Da, which is coffee with condensed milk. I think there are 5 or 6 tables inside with a few more outside, but it seems to be a more grab and go place. I have consistently had friendly and efficient service; I think I waited just under 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches and the staff apologized for the wait. Girl I didn't even wait that long!!

Good food and great prices. Everything is made fresh after you order it. Small family run restaurant that serves milk drinks and primarily Vietnamese sandwiches and snacks. There's only a few tables so most of the orders are to go. If I still worked in the area, I'd be coming here often. Their peanut sauce for the spring rolls is very very good. Had to ask for extra sauce because it was so good. We tried the spam masubi which was just ok. I'd say stick with the Vietnamese options. Eggrolls were very good as were the spring rolls.

This place was recommended to me, came by and ordered a few items. The food overall was pretty good. They have decent prices and great customer service as well. Food ratings as follows: Chicken rice bowl 8/10 Bbq pork bánh mí 7.5/10 Bbq chicken bánh mí 8/10 Spam musubi 8/10 Eggs rolls 9/10 I was able to take pics of the bánh mí sandwiches and the eggs roll. The rest was be eaten.

Solid local spot for banh mi and coffee! I ordered for pickup through their website around 10:30am on a Friday and my order was ready in 15 minutes. I brought the goods home to eat. Pickup was easy and it's a small place inside. BM2 Pork: bread was a bit hard but nothing overly bad. Meat was good with some fatty parts. Popcorn Chicken: pieces could have been more meaty. It was fairly small/thin pieces but they had a decent crunch and good amount of salt/seasoning. Mild doesn't have too much spice. Not sure I'd get this again. Pandan Latte: good level of sweetness (regular). Not that much pandan flavor, but there is no weird aftertaste. Coffee tasted good. I wouldn't mind returning if I was craving something local or needed something fast and somewhat light (banh mi and coffee).

Tried the grilled beef banh mi, spring rolls with peanut sauce and the mayo smoothie with coconut milk. They have quaint indoor and outdoor seating. Not a place for large groups. Service was welcoming. The grilled banh mi was good, bread was extra crispy. The beef itself would've benefited from some sort of seasoning. The spring rolls were pretty bland too- just noodles, lettuce, and shrimp was hoping for more flavor there too. Otherwise everything was decent.

It's hard to find decent Vietnamese food in the East Bay, but I was pleasantly surprised when we tried Relo. It's a small, plain, hole in the wall shop that only sells banh mi sandwiches/bowls and drinks. Their sandwich was surprisingly small. Portions are not great here. But the quality and taste was satisfying enough. My 4 stars goes towards the drinks. This was one of the best avocado smoothies I've had. The perfect taste and perfectly creamy, rich, and smooth. The latte was also on point. Very, very good Vietnamese coffee.

Convenient location at Village Parkway x Amador Valley Road, 2 doors right next to Johnny's Donuts. More affordable prices than Lee's Sanwiches especially the drinks. I like that there are Pandan Latte, Uber Latte, etc. The Breakfast Sandwich tasted very good, even had Chinese Sausage. Staff was quick to serve, very accurate and friendly. Ambiance is casual and very clean. Can sit a few tables. Will come again just for the quick and accurate service.

Decent bahn mi spot, but unfortunately not for me. I got the bbq pork option and it was thicker pieces of pork, but mostly fat. I know some people enjoy that, but was too rubbery for me. Bread was also ok but not the light bread with crispy outside I was looking for. I did an add on of pate which I recommend doing. It was peppery and balanced well with the picked daikon.

Updated Review: Maintaining the 5-star rating for Relo, especially for Doordash. Their Vietnamese noodle bowls with pork or chicken are consistently good, and with a single bowl you get your carbs, proteins, pickled veggies, and loads of flavor. We also frequently get their default Vietnamese Iced Coffee, which is pretty strong, bitter, sweet and smooth. I also recommend saving some room for their dessert - Pandan Waffles! Its similar to those egg puffs from Hong-Kong style cafes / boba tea places but the Pandan Waffles with its characteristic green color is potentially healthier and just as good.

Relo Banh Mi & Coffee is a great option for fried snacks, Vietnamese sandwiches, vermicelli bowls and Vietnamese coffee and various iced drinks in the TriValley area for under $10 Things I've tried: :: Vietnamese iced coffee - cà phê sua dá - some strong stuff and sweetened with condensed milk and poured over ice. It's been awhile and got me amped up :: Coconut latte - less coffee and sweetened with condensed milk, coconut cream and poured over ice Both drinks I've asked for less sweet and was adjusted with no issue. The coconut latte is something I'll get again FOOD :: Fried eggroll - crispy with a nice filling and accompanied with bottled sweet chili sauce :: Grilled chicken Bahn mi - nice amount of nicely marinated chicken and soft/yet crispy baguette. Unfortunately, sandwich was missing something as it was a tad bland and flat...cilantro, jalapeño present but the pickled vegetable of carrots and daikon were shredded vs matchsticks (like other pics) so didn't have the crunch or texture I expected nor the balance of flavors (more sweet) from a Vietnamese sandwich. Still good and will try again SWEET SNACK :: Pandan Waffle - slight chew and crisp with nice coconut flavor...can't say I tasted pandan. A repeat item. Service friendly and efficient. Definitely a spot I would frequent and try their vermicelli bowl, spring rolls and other items. Seating available with 2 tables outside. Plenty of lot parking.

I ordered a 16 oz (large) coffee, but was served a 12 oz. When it was brought to our table, I politely asked about the size since it looked smaller than what I usually get. The barista told me it was 12 oz and mentioned it might just be a different cup, then walked away without really addressing the concern. I checked my receipt and confirmed I was charged for a 16 oz. I went back to the counter and explained that I simply wanted the correct size. Initially, I was told I would need to pay more, which was frustrating. After explaining again, she finally offered to remake it. For clarity, the drink hadn't been touched at all--I returned it exactly as it was. I really like this place and will continue to support it, but I hope the team can improve on order accuracy and customer service, especially when concerns are raised politely. A little more attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues would go a long way.

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!
