Cute place with good service. I wouldn't say it's the best coffee house but it's definitely not the worst. It opens earlier than the mall does so it comes in handy. The service is good, staff is friendly and quick. At this point I've tried a couple of their items: Iced Chai 3/10, it was suuuper strong even with less chai and more milk, I couldn't even drink it. It made my stomach hurt so bad. Iced Caramel Latte 8/10, yummy but I wish it had more of the espresso. Iced white mocha 9/10, very good and not too sweet Coconut crunch blend 10/10, it's like a frappe & had the perfect amount of coconut taste. Cheese Danish 10/10 very good. Chocolate croissant 6/10, nothing special. They also get a plus for their crushed ice :)

A cute little coffee shop inside the mall! I'm so glad to be an early bird shopper so I can have the place to myself! Good latte and a nice stop the next time I go to the mall.

Iced caramel latte

Such a hidden jem! I got the iced caramel latte and cheese pizza. I would say skip on the pizza, but the iced caramel latte was honestly one of the best lattes I've had in all of Pleasanton! Their sizes are very nice; fast service and a cute Little shop next to Macy's.

I never knew this place existed because of its location at the mall, but I'm glad I saw it! It's a great to see another coffee shop other than Starbucks ( no hate, I love me some Starbucks! ). The shop was very open with lots of seating. I ordered a medium extra hot white mocha, and it was delicious! They made it just right and it was extra hot. The service was fast and friendly.

What can I say, it's coffee in the mall. I had a plain cold brew which was fine, just nothing special. My wife had an iced pistachio latte which was also fine, but my iced pistachio at home has quite a bit more depth than this one. If you need a coffee, go for it. If you are more of a coffee snob, you should pass this and go somewhere down the street when you head back out of the mall.

Solid coffee shop in the mall. Was greeted warmly upon my arrival and had an espresso and brownie. Both were spot on. Worth stopping by when you are shopping at the mall.

I came in on a Friday during the day as I was in the area. At first I couldn't find it since I didn't realize it was in the mall! But it's a grind took over the old Starbucks location. Honestly an upgrade! I was helped quickly! I asked for a nutty latte and asked how it would be. They said it was really good so I got it! Sure enough, they were correct! I used to go to it's a grind when I lived in SoCal and I loved it! I'm not sure if it's the same company here, but it's just as good! I will totally come back! the environment is a bit loud to do work but I still was able to get some things done while waiting for my drink. Staff checked in after to ask if I liked it and they shared the WiFi with me. Overall, great experience and nice staff! I'll be back and you should give it a try!!

Artwork to enjoy and purchase!

It was my first time at this cute coffee shop today called "It's a grind coffee." I loved the atmosphere here when I first entered. There's beautiful artwork and then I later found out that you can purchase them. They also have a wall of wonderful cups for sale. I ordered my first ever beautiful mocha latte. It was a perfect temperature and beautifully executed. I also ordered lots of food for my family. The pizza and quesadilla were delicious and made in house. The service here was just very warm and family oriented. Thank you all for my wonderful first visit here. I'll definitely be back.

marble loaf and large iced americano

staff were friendly and helpful. they promptly took my order. I ordered a marble loaf and a large iced americano. both were phenomenal. this place is great for study even though it's inside a mall. I guess that's the only down side.

It's a Grind took the place of Starbucks across from the Apple Store in Stoneridge Mall! So excited to see a small business open in a central location, and there aren't other coffee shops in the mall. I didn't get to try anything yet, but I'm enticed by the food options (hello all day breakfast items) and 24oz as a default size for most drinks :o Holy moly. I'll need to sit down and work here to properly enjoy such a mammoth size lol (and imagine the caffeine!). There were cute mugs and tea that they also sold next to the checkout line. Tables available both inside and outside. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

This was my first time here. As I was looking at the menu, the cashier told me, "Everything is good," I just thought okay but taste is personal. I decided to order a bagel with avocado spread and tomatoes. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it, the bagel wasn't baked properly, and the bread had a raw flour taste as I chewed. I wouldn't order it again, and a bit pricy. On the bright side, the caramel blended coffee was excellent, for a small it was 7 something which I though was pricy.

Affogato

I got some affogato. The service was nice and friendly, didn't take too long. It's pretty quiet and chill place and not too crowded

Cappuccino! Well done!

Fantastic coffee and great company to go along with it! I always get their cold brew as a good pick up before work and it's amazing! Very chill vibe inside and a perfect spot to sip, study, and have a cup with friends.

Biscoff Matcha: 6.5/10 matcha w/ a cookie butter swirl, topped with/ vanilla cold foam, biscoff cookie and crumble on top. felt like a good amount of sweetness, got it at 50% for the sweet lvl. wished the matcha powder had a more earthy and strong flavor. cookie butter swirl was nice, would've been great w/ a concentrated syrup to enhance the flavor. Biscoff Latte: 7/10 similar to the matcha, latte has a rich coffee flavor. not so sweet, which i enjoyed. just the same w/ the cookie butter from the matcha. needs more of a strong flavor profile for the biscoff taste. Macarons: 8.5/10 love getting the macarons! we got the salted caramel, fruity pebble, and strawberry cheesecake. they were all great! however, i felt like the flavor didn't shine through for the strawberry cheesecake. highly recommend the salted caramel.

After trying so many different disappointing places, I wasn't expecting much, but iSee Cream has an extremely smooth and creamy soft serve. The soft serve was also super milky and similar to taste to Hokkaido milk, similar to cremia. I'm not sure if it was just because we caught them on a good day, but i definitely will be back!! My cravings are satisfied for sure!! The workers were also so super nice and let us try a sample before purchasing! There's limited seating, so we ate the the ice cream standing outside.

The interior was bright, modern, and comfortable. Soft ethnic music played in the background. We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!

The combination is spectacular and the head cheese is home made and not mass produced and it has that head cheese taste I love. The Xu Mai is one of the best I have had, not to tomato tasting and tart. It is indeed a great tasting sandwich. The chick is solid...Though I don't see cured pork but they have the crunch one which I am just ok with it. The bread is good and the size is nice and not small. Service is nice and typical so don't expect white glove but there is no rudeness either. The sandwich makes up for it easily. Ambiance is tiny and cafe style but could be improved. It would be nice if it was upgraded a little but that is not what they are gunning for I assume but again the sandwich is to die for and is competitive to ones that my Viet friends have taken me too. Are they better than Cuy Cafe in Milpitas? No, but for my area they are the best one....Lees has the selection but not as tasty and their bread is just ok. The pate in the banh mi is probably the most flavorful I've ever had. But the cuts of meat were the most tendony I've ever had. Quite hard to chew through.
