Soft Opening. Regular hours are still being worked out. I actually visited this place twice today because my first impression was not good. The music was way too annoyingly loud. One could not hear the person across the counter. The person at the counter could not hear the customer. Patrons at the tables could not talk to each other. The atmosphere was harsh and tense. There were about 8 people behind the counter and not one of them was paying attention to the line of customers who wanted to place an order. It's a soft opening. The people are getting trained. The place deserves a little grace. So I returned less than an hour later. Things were better. The obnoxious music was toned down to a level where people could talk to one another. I spoke with a couple of employees, maybe managers. They were helpful, informative, and very pleasant. The interior is wide open and clean with a decor that pays homage to the Arabic. The flame logo is a stylized calligraphy of the Haraz name. It's a relaxing atmosphere when the music is soft. The coffee drinks are made in a variety of styles but the prices are about 20% higher than a Starbucks or Peets. The food selection looks good but I was scared to ask about the prices. They don't display the food prices by the items. I will come back for their grand opening. I can't wait to see how they improve.

I had the pleasure of checking out Haraz, and it was a great experience! The ambiance was amazing, and the place was very welcoming and family-friendly. The customer service was attentive, friendly, and timely. The drinks we ordered had the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. I also got to check out the game room, which was a great bonus to keep the kids entertained! Definitely recommend checking it out, and I'll absolutely be coming back!

I recently discovered one of the Bay Area's best kept secrets. 100% Kona Coffee, right here in our…read moreown backyard. I'm talking about Mokulele Farms Kona Coffee. Who are they? Quite simply, they are a husband and wife team who splits their time between the Big Island of Hawaii and Pleasanton. They own a small farm in Kona, complete with acres of coffee trees that grow from volcanic rock, producing coffee that has been certified as 100% Kona (meaning it is not blended with other types of coffee beans). After the coffee is grown, picked, roasted and packaged, they bring it to Pleasanton where they sell it at the local farmers' market and other events. That's where we become the winners. Having the chance to purchase a half-pound or one-pound bag of this amazing whole bean coffee, direct from the farmers is extremely rare on the mainland. But that's exactly what you get when you buy from Mokulele Farms. The coffee itself has a wonderful aroma that is only outdone by its smooth taste and rich flavor. Oh, and by the way. They also sell wonduful tasting, fresh macadamia nuts, that are also grown on their farm in Kona. These macadamias are full of natural flavor and are even bigger than the over-roasted, salty ones that you find in the supermarket. I also found out that Mokulele Farms sells their products online through their website. So if you can't get out to the farmers' market, you can order right from home. Don't be fulled by the other so-called Kona Coffee's out there. Mokulele Farms 100% Kona Coffee is certified as such and you will find that every drop of this amazing coffee is well-worth every cent that you pay for it.

I have been purchasing this wonderful delight from Debbie, which will respond personally via email, for the last 3 years. I'm very happy and pleased with the service but moreover, the product. I hope they don't get too big and outgrow the personalized serve and next door neighbor feel.

We sparked each other with common topics and she was very inviting and polite as we chatted. I knew I had to try them out. Good service as needed. Toss your own trash. For this type low key casual tiny cafe/small business, it's actually legit and good quality here. Good menu options. I had the delicious avocado toast on sourdough. 5/5 outstanding. It turned out very fresh and perfect for my tastebuds. Simple and good in presentation. I ordered a hot cup 12oz. Organic Golden Tumeric Ginger Tea and ended up with a large teapot to enjoy. Perfect taste. Loved it. I purchased a bag of organic chamomile flower herbal tea leaves from the gift shelf with my order. Soothing. Inexpensive. All beverages/pastries/teas/coffees/boba drinks looked good and I'm sure they taste very good too. Overall experience was very good. Again, not fancy and not luxury here. Plenty of seats and tables indoors and outdoors. All positive. Himalayan food items are worth trying. Amazing. Looks like a place worth stopping when convenient in Pleasanton, CA. Nice. Seemed like there was only one person working. I was disappointed that there was hardly any human interaction. When you walk into the store nobody's greeting you and I had questions and nobody was there to answer them. What happened to customer service these days? Wow I'm from Orange County and customer service is Incredible there, but have found in the Pleasanton and Dublin, customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be important. That's really sad. My Earl Grey milk tea tasted nothing like Earl Grey and tasted just like a black oolong tea. Pretty disappointed, so I won't be returning.

Normally I'm used to seeing mango coconut. But this place had banana coconut and it was delicious. You could taste both banana and the coconut. The sago is cooked perfectly and same with the boba. The sweetness was perfect to my liking too! My only suggestion would be to use more ripe bananas since some banana pieces were clearly not ripe ones. Service wise, they work pretty quickly so my husband and I didn't have to wait long. All in all, probably coming back here given the chance.

I'm gonna be honest, I had their matcha from their OG store in Westwood when they were called Sip! The staff was welcoming every time I opened the door. They were kind enough to tell me which seasonal drinks I could adjust to oat milk, and the rest you can adjust the sweetness and add toppings for an extra charge. I tried their Snoopy Chocolate Hazelnut Matcha Latte with oat milk, less sweetness, and less ice. There was a strong Nutella flavor with good consistency, but the matcha wasn't strong enough for me when I didn't mix it. I even got myself a Snoopy matcha plush keychain as my birthday gift for $18, which is pricey but durable enough to hang on your bag. It's a pretty small shop, yet it's covered in cute and colorful decor. Plus, the tables are clean since most customers usually wait for their drinks and leave rather than sit down.
