Liz is a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job on my husband's cake ! Thanks for making it a special birthday and I would recommend her whole heartedly !

    Space Themed Sixth Birthday Cake
    Kinjal N.

Liz made my son's space themed sixth birthday cake and we were so pleased with how it turned out. Not only was it how we envisioned but it tasted super. Liz made the cake on such short notice, worked with me on my vision and budget. She even delivered it on the day of our event!!! Super convenient and hassle free service. Our son loved it so much and will be saving his astronaut topper! Guests raved about it and will also be ordering from her again soon. Thank you Liz! We wish you the best and will surely order from you again in the future!

Lizzy is a super talented baker and quite an artist when it comes to custom made cakes. I ordered my daughter's first birthday monkey cake from her. She is awesome to work with, she listened to all my ideas, gave her expert advice and created the most beautiful and tasty cake ever. She also delivered the cake herself and on time. Thumbs up!!!

I'm so thankful I found Lizzy D's! I live out of state and wanted to get a special cake for my best friend's baby shower. From the moment I inquired about a custom cake, Lizzy was very quick to respond. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, and she was able to incorporate the different elements into one cake design. Everyone at the party, especially the mom to be, was amazed with the look of the cake. We all spent a good few minutes just taking pictures of it! And the taste of the cake you make ask?! It tasted as good as it looked! The cake was moist and not overly sweet. Thanks so much Lizzy, you are a talent!

Cutest Minion smash cake EVER!!!! The mini cupcakes were perfect bite size for children who loved it (too sweet for most adults.) Delivered on time as requested. Will be using her again (perhaps request less sweet cupcakes).

Lizzy D Minis is THE best, and we will never go anywhere else for our dessert needs. Liz is so kind and professional, and willing to listen to even the craziest of ideas and turn them into a (delicious!) work of art. I've used Lizzy D Minis for several occasions, and people can't stop talking about how beautiful and tasty her creations are. Thanks for everything, Liz!

Delicious and Beautiful! A few weeks before my wedding I decided to add on cupcakes. After evaluating a few places, I decided to go with Liz since she was located fairly close to my venue and had the best pricing. A part of me was a little worried since I didn't have much to go off of besides Yelp reviews, but it worked out great. Honestly I couldn't have been more pleased and am super happy I ordered from Liz. We communicated through email but she had a reasonable response time frame and was super accommodating for my requests which I really appreciated. She delivered to my venue without additional charge and was willing to provide me the documentation needed by my venue for delivery (proof of insurance and signed code of conduct) which was awesome given we had so much going on that day. I think the picture speaks for itself. The cupcakes were beautiful and tasted really good - my favorite was lemon drop! I actually got specific compliments about them afterwards from my guests wanting to know where I got them from. Totally recommend!

Here is a picture of the gorgeous henna inspired cake.

Lizzy made me a gorgeous cake for a very special someone. It was the centerpiece of the party, people couldn't stop talking about it. Not only did it look good, it tasted delicious. We got mango and strawberries with whipped cream. The cake was moist and not overly sweet. She's so easy to work with! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Lizzy for making our night!

The strawberry and mango cake was a huge hit. Beautiful cake and super moist. Got about 10 comments. Liz is fast and reliable. She delivered and set up on my table. Will definitely order from her again. She is made a princess cake and a smaller ninja turtle cake for my son....both simple and beautiful. My go to cake lady from now on!

Very unique and made me look like great and my lady feel even better! Thank you

Reached out to Lizzy for a Valentine's Day for a Bouquet of cupcakes and my lady absolutely loved them! Her co workers were in awe of the bouquet. Thank you!

Awesome cupcakes!! We used Lizzy D for our sons graduation party. All the samples were so good, the hard part was deciding which ones for the party. We settled on lemon, salted caramel, and my fav strawberry. Liz delivered and set up well before the party started. All the guests loved the cupcakes. We would not hesitate to use Lizzy D's in the future and would recommend her for your special occasion. Many thanks, Lizzy D's!!

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!

It's a great location, but you have to give them a bit of patience here. Pastries/breads/cookies/cakes all looks great and tastes good. Everything is fully stocked and plentiful in the mornings. After placing my order at the kiosk for a medium iced Tiger Boba Latte/milk beverage, I waited 15-20 minutes before getting my drink. I'm still glad it only costs me $4.90 for the cup and they haven't raised prices on beverages. It's the only beverage I purchased here for years. Decent and good tasting, more milky flavor, and not overly sweet. $4.90 is much better than $7 elsewhere. I wish they had more tables and chairs inside. When that happens, I have to give them kudos because at some places, the changes are so subtle they're almost meaningless. The drinks were OK, and they did the job on a a cold and rainy morning. As for the pastries, they were just OK. I've had better at other bakeries (and other branches of this same company), and with the plethora of options around for baked goods, you can find better. With that being said, it may just have been the couple of choices we had for food. The ube filled baked good was not very good, but I say that as an ube fiend. I have ube a lot, including back in the motherland. It was more like taro than ube, when it came to taste. As for the quantity, there wasn't a lot of it either. The actually bread part was soft and nice, and it was pretty. The egg tarts weren't the best. They left something to be desired. I would suggest getting something else. Maybe we made the wrong choices this time at 85, because I've definitely had better baked goods at their other locations.

That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.
