We drove to the bakery to pick up a sample box, which was $40. This came with a variety of cake flavors and mini desserts. After trying everything, we decided to go with the raspberry almond bavarian flavor! In total, our 4-tier cake cost $1,310, which includes a $95 delivery fee to the venue the day of. We hired Cake Delight for our August 2022 wedding reception at the Bridges Golf Club (which Cake Delight is a preferred vendor of Bridges). We worked with Fatema leading up to it to design the cake. It was awesome that they had so many photos from previous weddings on their website, so we could easily point out which style we liked best. We also did a cake box to go to taste some of their cakes and ended up doing different flavors for each layer since there were multiple we loved. The cake turned out exactly as we wanted. Today my husband and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary. 14 years ago Fatima with Cake Delight made us the most gorgeous and most delicious cake centerpieces for our wedding in Livermore. She made a special two tiered wedding table cake as well. Everything was utter perfection at my wedding. The cakes were gorgeous, delivered on time, and so good that my friends talked about them every year on Facebook for almost a decade and my husband dreams about her cakes that remind him of "the best birthday cake ever" even 14 years later. So this year we had planned a wonderful date night away from kids until the pandemic derailed our plans. So very last minute (barely a week ahead) I emailed Cake Delight to ask if they could recreate our wedding cake in a smaller 6" size as a surprise for my husband. She delivered and this cake is everything we remember fro lm our wedding day. I sent a photo and she recreated everything beautifully and we couldn't be more happy with how special she helped make today feel. I drove from Concord to Livermore today for this pickup and it was worth every mile and minute especially to see my husband's excitement. I actually think this cake may even be better than the ones at our wedding. The cake itself was so soft and light. The chocolate ganache (we had marble cake and chocolate genache filling) was rich and fudgey. The buttercream frosting was so fluffy and just the right touch of sweetness. I cannot recommend Cake Delight enough for your wedding or special cake needs (or honestly, even if you just need a really, really good cake to eat yourself!). I can also confirm that her cake freezes beautifully and still tastes amazing. We had so much cake left over from our wedding due to no shows that we ate Cake Delight cake for two years. It was fantastic even then. We will be back for sure as everything Cake Delight creates is a truely delicious work of art. read more

It was great that Casa Real & Cake Delight have worked together on many weddings in the past, so they were familiar with the venue and the wedding coordinators at CR. CD is amazing and prompt when answering emails/ calls and their communication makes it super easy if you're unable to go into the bakery. I changed my mind on the type of cake I wanted up until a few months before the wedding, and they were super cool about it and were flexible with all the changes I decided to make.
